The park was excellent. There are two circles to the park. The lower end of the park with lower space numbers have the electricity very close to camping spaces. Higher numbers you will need a very long extension cord to reach electricity. The park was clean and well shaded which means leaves all over (it was the fall) and apples on the ground in the upper areas which smelled like rotting apples (again it was the fall) It was a beautiful park. Well kept, kid friendly, very clean restrooms. I would stay here again without hesitation. I ranked it a 9 because there wasn't anything 'extra' but for a place to camp it was great. For being as close to civilization as this park is, it truly has an outdoorsy feel. The shaded sites, one of which we had, were extremely private. The campsite was essentially carved into the woods, there was no sight of neighbors on either side. Paved and level pads for the camper were very nice. The sites are a bit on the smaller side, but I personally enjoyed that, made it feel more rustic. The paved roads are a bit narrow, so I can see how bigger rigs may have a problem. One large motorhome had a shaded site, and just barely had enough room to expand his slides. The sunny sites would alleviate that problem I would imagine. Bathrooms were a bit older, but were kept quite clean. The shower facilities also were older, and had some bug issues, but all in all weren't terrible. If you're looking to camp in the woods, this is the place to be! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
