I have been staying at Crooked Lake Resort for years! I bring both my family and church youth group there regularly, and we always have a great time. The grouse hunting is great in the fall. They have very nice cabins (no running water) and excellent shower facilities. The sauna is wood-fired and as hot as any I've enjoyed. I highly recommend Crooked Lake Resort for those who don't mind a little "roughing it." The campground and cabins have "out house" facilities, but there are modern bathrooms available in the restaurant. The lake is excellent for fishing, and the shoreline is shallow and good for swimming, especially for children. You won't be disappointed! We camped here in a Campground Cabin.
