This was a great park to spend a four day weekend at! The sites are well shaded for the most part and have at least a view of the lake. This was a relaxing get away for the wife and I and some friends so we didn't explore too much. There was quite a bit of road noise right from the traffic directly behind out site, but it was bearable. Overall I would recommend this park to others. The bike trail was awesome! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our third visit here. We are the previous poster, and this CG has improved. Sewer sites have increased. Fish cleaning building w/disposal equipment. Storm shelter. T-Mobile data connections work here. VZN works also, but couldn't dial-up VZN's ISP. Circle track racing within about 2 miles and Bike/Hiking path nearby. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

CG operated by city of Sauk Center. First come, first served, no reservations. Nice location on lake, next to beautiful City Park. Downtown just four blocks away. Not all sites have sewer. Most of sewer sites taken by seasonal residents. Weekends, CG fills up by Friday mid afternoon.......on weekdays, CG is less than 1/2 full. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
