The only good thing about this place is there is a good view of the lake. The sites are grass and they are not level. You have to pull straight in which is awkward because the electric is at the road and our hookup is at the back of trailer. Not easy to get a truck in site because of limited space. Very tight. No sewer hookup and ask you to pay $3.00 to dump, yeah, right! I don't think so after the nightly fee. It is honor system. Wash house nasty and old. There was a man and his dog camping outside it. They said, "oh don't worry about him he stays for 2 wks. every year. I'm not going in and that's that. Very strange situation. Don't trust him. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We always enjoy a stop here after a long day of driving. There are level gravel sites available but we prefer the grassy sites right by the lake even though they are somewhat uneven. Such an attractive and peaceful spot and so nice to be able to stroll through the nearby residential neighborhood or through the historic downtown area. We have always found the grounds to be well kept and the washrooms to be neat and clean. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a great park to spend a four day weekend at! The sites are well shaded for the most part and have at least a view of the lake. This was a relaxing get away for the wife and I and some friends so we didn't explore too much. There was quite a bit of road noise right from the traffic directly behind out site, but it was bearable. Overall I would recommend this park to others. The bike trail was awesome! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
