The RV Park is just off of Beach Street in the busy section of Biloxi. Street noise is discernible like ambulances, fire engines, and police. Behind the property is a very active railroad track and intersection. When the trains come thru they have to blow their horn. The trains are frequent. The staff is fantastic! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park is located across the street from the beach and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly office staff; too cold to swim. Shuttle was available to the casino. We would return here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a travel stop over for us on the way to Florida. Friends of ours from Houston were vacationing at one of the local large casinos so we thought we would combine a visit with them with a normal stopover. The park was extremely nice. The office staff were friendly, and facilities clean. The restrooms/shower room was what I would call upscale with nice tile decorations. The walk across the road to the beach was easy. A hint: If driving from the west on Beach Blvd. (and I recommend you do this for the forty mile beautiful ride down the beach) get on the little 'feeder road' a few blocks from the U-turn to the park. This makes things much easier. If you miss that the first time as I did, you can drive around a little BBQ cafe on the corner. We will stay here again if we are in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of loud trains 75 yards away. Many permanent residents, some quite shabby. Sites are very narrow but because it's not near full there was lots of room. Office gave us incorrect Wi-Fi login info but Sprint cell & hotspot worked very well. This place is way, way, way overpriced, they even charged $20 to wash the rig, tried to get $30!!! Rooftop dish worked well. Paved roads and sites with grass in between. Only reason we stayed here was to visit family nearby. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a long narrow "parking lot" backed up against a set of train tracks with trains running night and day. By the way, "day" begins with the 3 A.M. train, which is followed by 2 or 3 trains running at about 5 A.M. with whistles blaring for several minutes for every one of them. The day continues with more trains, which I could get used to...but the early morning trains ruined my sleep. The majority of the units are full timers, and some are 20 to 30 years old and look it. Since the pool is not heated, it was useless on our stay. The internet is spotty at best, and about the speed of dial up. Had we not paid for a week in advance, I would be pulling out this morning! The reason we stayed was that it was Mardi Gras and all other places were booked. On the upside, there is plenty of security lighting and the distance from the beach is only about 2 blocks. You can bike ride or walk for literally miles. We don't have a car with us, and the proximity by bike to everything was wonderful. This park is totally lacking in "amenities" but totally close enough to Biloxi to enjoy it via bicycle. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week while we visited the local sights around Biloxi. It's a quiet park except for the trains that come by. I slept thru them but our friends traveling with us in their TT would be awakened. This is a mixed park with permanent residents but with plenty of space for those traveling through. The park is clean as was the ladies shower/rest rooms. There is also an adjacent apt complex but it is also a quiet area. The park is easy to navigate - we were able to "drive" thru to our space as spot behind us was vacant. The sites are concrete and level. The park is located near Jefferson Davis home and across from the coliseum. We would stay here again when visiting the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects the buy 3 nights get 1 free rate. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and to me by far the best in the area. We really appreciated the concrete pads and roads since it rained while we were there. The front desk staff are always friendly, informative and helpful. For those who like to walk, the bridge is a great workout although noisy. Looking forward to staying here soon. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very attractive park: beautifully landscaped, wide cement pads and roads, and conveniently located to see Biloxi and the area. They did a nice job of redeveloping this park post Katrina. Very friendly staff. All the amenities are here. Would have rated it a ten if the wi-fi were more reliable. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is the Passport America rate. Nice park and staff are great. Love the exotic ducks that roam around the park--very tame and never noisy. Our first site had a terrible drainage problem and we were able to change to another site without any problem at all. Now for the negative: It is the condition of the long term residents' sites. All sorts of junk around, ramshackle decks and tarps hanging over the patio areas. I think the park owners should make them tidy up their spaces or get out! Not sure if we would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was an RPI campground for us and we paid $15 per night and then $2 a night each for cable and 50 amp service. People were very friendly checking us into this busy campground. They were not knowledgeable about the things to see as a tourist but that might be explain that they were crazy busy when we arrived. The camp has a nice pool and hot tub. Our site was fairly level with a picnic table. I have rated them lower due to the number of people allowed in there for long periods of time with trashy looking areas. There is junk and trash all over the site. If it was cleaned up it I would have given a better impression. They had a problem with theft a row over from us when someone stole a marine battery and out of another person's rig. We will probably use it again as a one night stay as the price is right. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Had I known this was a Coast to Coast park before I arrived, I would have chosen a different park. Made reservations over the phone for 2 nights but only stayed 1. The whole campground seems to be run down. Streets are very narrow, all sites are back-in, restrooms are disgusting! The only good thing about this park is that it has a working hot tub. Will not return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Level, long, all amenities. The electric pedestal was not of sufficient height to allow the use of my power cord surge protector. I had to remove my surge protector and plug in - discomforting. Otherwise an OK overnight facility. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Crowded park. Mostly permanent residents from all appearances. Pull-through site was fairly level but covered with ant beds. We had to spray them with bug spray so we could step out to walk our dog. This park looks old and tired with no amenities but it is close to the interstate so it is easy to find. Not too much road noise, but the interstate traffic could be heard. Wi-Fi was acceptable but cable hookup was fuzzy. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good for a night or two. Campground has a lot of full timers and therefore a lot of stuff everywhere. We stayed in a pull-through site for one night as we were passing through area. CATV is limited, with fuzzy reception on most channels. However, the park manager was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again for a night if passing through the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here a week+ while visiting family in the area. Very clean and very quiet park. For us the I-10 highway noise could be ignored. I would have liked a rec hall for a longer stay. Some of the back-in sites seemed longer. At our site we could let rear of RV hang over the grass for room to park the truck in front. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little park. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The site are small however. On over night stops, I usually leave the truck and 5th wheel coupled. However, the sites are too short to allow this. For an overnight stop, I would recommend this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a decent park but the sites are a little too close together for RVs with slides. The park is clean and well cared for, but stay away from the row along the freeway--noisy. The Wi-Fi works well and their cable TV also works well. The staff is helpful and bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed on the island, site #15, right on the stream. Plenty of room on passenger side; no one moved into 14, on the driver side, or it would have been crowded. The campground was quiet, with mainly permanent residents in our area. There were rules in place, obviously well observed by the residents, that helped keep this an attractive, well maintained campground. The high point of our stay was watching the many types of water fowl, pelicans, white herons, even a great blue heron, all of which are rare or non-existent back home. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We actually spent one year at this park in our motorhome. This is a quite, crime free, well maintained and managed park. The staff is friendly and will help in any way possible. The maintenance man responds to all and any problems with efficiency. After a short time we felt like extended family and always felt welcome. For anyone looking to relocate in an RV to Biloxi, MS, this should be your first choice. The park has water access for boaters, which is an added plus. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First week of stay we discovered management problems with employees. Very poor management never keep advertised office hours. Very difficult to contact with problems. Every other hookup was on the wrong sides. Outdated electrical plug ins. Tent people living in back. Witness excessive use of alcohol of tent people. Nightly parties way past curfew times. Homeless people breaking through back gate to shower. Frequent visits by local police due to suspected drug use. Men and women's shower room share the same pass code, that we were told had been the same for more than two years. Manager's space across from office now occupied by "new" managers, (third ones since our stay) in an extremely old camper with home window unit sticking out the side. Also heavy drinkers and suspicion of drug (crack) use. Felt very unsafe: no place for children. Worse campground in Biloxi. For your safety PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! So very sad to give the beautiful town and beachs of Biloxi such a bad name. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Traveling in an Aliner pop up, the restroom and shower facilities are very important. This site has large restroom shower facilities that are clean. They need a little updating and maintenance but are good overall. The camp has a lot of Katrina evacuees still living in FEMA trailers. There are quite a few shady characters in the area where they put me. I was flanked on each side by tent campers. One of them was a long term tent camper and his site looks like a trash heap. The site on the other side was occupied by a woman and a dog and it too looked pretty sad. A train track goes right by the campground so the ground shakes when a train goes by. The noise is too much to sleep through. You can walk to the beach as it is just across the road. Be aware, this area was completely destroyed by Katrina but did not make the news like New Orleans. There are a lot of parking lots without buildings. This place is coming back but very slowly because it is not on the news like New Orleans. Very little FEMA money made it here, so praise be to those who are trying to make a comeback on their own. All the businesses and houses are new so in time this place will look great. Not a place to bring kids as this is a casino town. Lots of shady characters around. Saw a female working the street right outside the RV park. Beach is not pristine like Florida beaches. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
