Very nice campground! It's true it's a snowbird camp favorite - and for good reason - very clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Trains? Yeah, tracks run behind the park, but you really don't notice within a very short time. Good Management, friendly people - campers and staff - literally within sight of the Gulf of Mexico. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great owners who go the extra mile for their guest. Layout of the park, makes the walking through your site a regular thing if you are parked in the middle of a row. Shame that veterans RVers don't have a clue about that, but that's life. Park was clean, well kept and will stay there again when/if we visit Biloxi again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 5 days on our way to NOLA and had a great time. The campground was very clean and well maintained. The owners and help were great and it was a pleasure to have them around to help us when needed. Having a clean camp is most important to us so seeing spotlessly clean bathrooms, showers and laundry was fantastic. The campground has plenty of activities for the snowbirds during the winter time and it was nice to know they were available to us. They served coffee and Danish pastry or fruit in the morning in their activity room. The only thing that was disconcerting was people constantly cut through your campsite day and night to get to the store, bathrooms or activity room. In our travels, I do tell young campers that it is not good camping etiquette it cut through a camper’s campsite but how do you tell the snowbird-types they should not be doing this? We decided to stay quiet and just watch the old folks wander through our campsite. There are trains during the day and early morning so if you can’t get used to that, it may be a problem. We plan to return later in the spring, this is a wonderful campground to visit. Biloxi is a great city to visit. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for 1 night in a pull through site. Campground elevation is 15 feet. Maneuvering my 40 footer towing a dinghy was somewhat tight. Roads are asphalt, site and patio was grass/sand. Site spacing is close. My site was a full hookup 30/50 amps. Wi-Fi & cable is included in daily rate. I was able to receive AT&T Wireless G3/4 Internet & Cellular service. I received Dish Network 110/119 Satellite TV from dish on roof of motorhome. Campground is pet friendly. Walmart and Grocery are 4 miles away. I am unable to comment on other amenities due to not using them. This campground is mostly snowbirds and most of the sites are back-ins and but up against one another. My site was actually 2 sites because I requested a pull through no unhook site. They accommodated me very well in that regard. The big negative is the trains that run right next to the fence of the campground. Especially bothersome are the trains at 4:20 am and 4:35 am. There is also a switching station right next to the campground compounding the train noise. Other than that, it is a pretty nice campground with the beach straight across the road. I would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park was in a great location, across the highway from the beach, but there were two train tracks near the back of the park. The other campers who were there for the winter said they got used to the trains, but for shorter stays, maybe not. The washrooms were clean, with lots of hot water. Large laundry area and a guest lounge where they served coffee and snacks in the mornings. Everyone was very friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Everything worked fine! Very good cable TV and Wi-Fi. Only negative was a lot of train noise at night(horn blowing) and an amusement park close by(go carts) was noisy if you sat outside near the street area of the park. Biloxi beach is nothing special--no waves but nice sand. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Unlike the guy that rated this park a 1 in July, 2011, we love this park. It is not a field; the layout of the campers on some rows is somewhat different than other parks, but if you have a group of campers or even just 2, they can be set up to where the awnings will face each other and makes it a nice way to socialize with your family or friends in a site facing you. If you don't like this way, you can get a back-in near the trees or a very well kept concrete parking lot with all the hook-ups as far as I know; never tried those spots. We like the ones near the office and pool. The pool is always very clean when we go. We had reservations during Tropical Storm Lee from Friday to Monday; needless-to-say, we only stayed one night and then headed north on Saturday. The very friendly staff understood and didn't hold us to their cancellation policy; we only paid for one night. Love the free shuttle to Treasure Bay Casino. However, the fire ants did get me too. Still have the welts. Sites are pretty much level; Wi-Fi is good; didn't use cable, our digital TV picks up fine and so does cell service. Any problem you have, just call the service guy; he'll fix anything. He fixed their sewer connection when we were there back in May, 2011, so that our hose would fit properly. We always come back to this place. Prices do go up during holiday season however. But its all worth it. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Across the street from the Gulf. Not a swimming beach area though. Close to food and some shops. Staff was very friendly and got us a good site. Outer sites are all gravel but are closer to the ocean. Inner section is more traditional. Only issue I had during our stay was fire ants. They got me good when I was hooking up! The campground was very clean and quiet. We did hear a couple of trains as others mentioned, but not bad at all. Not a reason not to stay here. The staff was beyond friendly. The maintenance man fixed our camper toilet and fixed a problem with our water hose for free. The location was great right on the sea wall. Nothing negative to say about this place. We will return! The play ground for the kids was really really nice! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Please, before anyone comes here: look around. This is NOT a nice place. Not what I would call a campground and we've camped for years and traveled around the country. Nothing more than a field with hookups. No reasoning to the lay out and just a plain mess. Hated every minute we were here. Pool was dirty, cloudy, couldn't go in because afraid of diseases. Will never camp here again. I warn you. Don't do it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The train noise is the biggest negative. They run 24/7. We asked for and got the closest site to the gulf. Could see the water across the highway. Otherwise you do not see the water. Wi-Fi was good except for a couple of slow times. Extensive cable. Friendly staff. There are no parks on the water in either Biloxi or Gulfport so if that is what you want, go elsewhere. Long, level gravel sites in the front part of the park. Nice pool area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects our prorated daily rate as we booked a week and stayed longer. Nice park, convenient to the beach, restaurants. I agree with previous reviewer who stated the mapquest would have them do a U turn. Our GPS would have had us do the same thing but we are 40 ft. and always double check the route before we go. Very friendly staff and efficient, making for an easy check in. Pool is terrific, laundry wonderful. We enjoyed the beach and the tour to ship island, well worth the time and expense to take a picnic lunch on the ferry to the island. Elaborate Vegas style casinos in the area held our interest for a short time but we would rather play outdoors. Enjoyed several short motorcyle trips from this park. Watch the sand burrs in the pet areas but other than that we had a terrific time here. We will come back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to see you. Mapquest directed us East on Beach Blvd which would have meant a U turn on Beach to access the campground, which is not desireable with a 36 foot rig with tow. Luckily our GPS directed us East of the campground so we were able to access the entrance from the west. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pluses: Across the street from the beach, full hookups, Wi-Fi and cable. Minuses: Dirt sites were uneven and small. There is a train that runs behind the campground. The train whistle is blown continuously as it travels behind the park. (Not the park's fault, but noisy nonetheless.) Very difficult to sleep at night due to the train traffic. There is a shuttle from the local casino down the street. I don't think that we will return to this campground, because of the noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you are looking for southern hospitality and are near Biloxi be sure to stay here. It is a short walk to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a pool, full-hookups, pull-throughs, park activities and coffee and pastry every morning. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He explained how to find Wal-Mart and the various things we might like to see here. We will go back and this time stay longer than 2 days: that just wasn't enough time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The best thing about this park is the location. The sites were gravel and not level, cable and Wi-Fi is OK. Train track runs adjacent to the park behind the office and it is well used. That said, it is a great location, right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Park is well maintained. Our last time here in Biloxi, I thought this park "the best deal on the beach." I still think so. It's mid-way between the casino groups, neat, clean, friendly, level, easy to find and rea$onably priced. This time we got what I guess is the most awkward space (128) in the park. Has a large tree in just the right/wrong place, that made it difficult to get near the utilities: but that won't stop me from going back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We endorse all other positive comments about this park. We are 12 year full-timers; there are several unique features at this park that we have not seen before including outdoor fire extinguishers located at center of each row of RVs. Owner/operators are more committed to customer satisfaction than anywhere we have ever been. Some social activities are partially subsidized by the park. Yes, there are trains, but that’s just part of this region of Mississippi coast. 50# water pressure. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Price reflects Passport America discount. CG is across the street from the Gulf. Clean park and amenities, good (free) Wi-Fi, good satellite reception. Sites are close together, and there were no picnic tables or fire pits where we were (site 127). I would have rated the park a little better, but the location is half mile away from an active railroad line, which is noisy with horns blaring through the night. Bring ear plugs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Love this park. Its very quiet. All hookups worked great, no problems. Across the street from the ocean, which sorry to say we didn't get to visit. Shuttle pick ups to Treasure Bay Casino. Large gravel and grass sites, pretty much level. Train whistle did not bother us; hardly noticed it. Did not try the pool since it was November; owner said it was a heated pool. Wi-Fi and cable free; had no problems with connections. Complementary breakfast in lodge. All was good. We will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park. True to the website pictures. Sites are nice and spread out. No one close, which is nice. I asked if the pool was open since it was November and they said 'yes' and that it is heated but they were working on it. They do have a complimentary breakfast every morning. Wi-Fi is free. We did not need cable, our digital TV worked fine. Free shuttle to Treasure Bay Casino. Had no problems with water hook up or electric. They lead you to the sites and show you where everything is, which is nice. Cell phone worked great. Sites were pretty level, grass and gravel mix; some concrete sites. Only a few sites had picnic tables. Nice Good Sam Park. My only corrections would be to have concrete slabs and picnic tables on all sites. That's my reason for giving it a 9 rating. Trains didn't bother us at all and we were close to the lodge. We will be back next time around. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The proprietors are some of the nicest people we've met in our travels. The park is very clean and tidy. Spaces are large and reasonably level. All utilities work well. Cable TV was a little fuzzy on the lower channels. Beach is nice but NO DOGS ALLOWED. It's a shame, but not the park's fault. If ever we're back through Biloxi, we'll surely stay here. This park was an extremely pleasant surprize. I've been to quite a few campgrounds and this one takes the all around prize. This is a nice, clean, friendly space. Sites are not too tight for a resort type area and you couldn't ask more from the staff. Very family friendly with a beautiful pool and awesome play area. Need ice at night? They tell you to just take it and settle up in the morning. Garbage, don't worry about it they pick it up for you. Clean everywhere you look and the whole place feels laid back, not like some you go to and worry about breaking a rule and getting a fine. Yes, there is a train track, and yes trains pass, but if you don't come here because of that, you are cheating yourself. Will definitely be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 5 days for the 4 of July weekend 2010. The staff was very nice. There are no spots setup for groups wanting their campers to face one another, so normally you'd pull one in backwards. (But they won't let you do that). Bring along a water pressure regulator as the pressure is very high from the F.E.M.A upgrades after the hurricane. The grounds are also nice, as well as the pool. The reason I givie it a 6 is because of the constant barrage of train horns and sirens. There is a mainline track located directly behind the park, and a busy fire station is next door. If you decide to get a spot up front, then you have the noise from the busy Gulf hwy. When the train horns or sirens weren't blaring it was nice and quiet. The beach was for the most part free from tarballs. (Thanks BP) We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed at this campground in the past. When we came this time, they have really upgraded the whole park. Very nice facilities. Bathrooms and showers very clean and they just put in a whole new laundry room. You can walk across to the beach (carefully, as you have to cross a busy street). NO oil is seen here. (Hopefully they will stop this leak soon. We're from Florida and are getting very nervous!) But again, a great park and, except for the trains, we high recommend it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent park. The pool was very nice and clean. They have private restrooms and showers. Owners are helpful about the area if you need information. Owners are the friendliest, and it has level sites and easy access. There is a beach across the street. Casino's are right down from the park, on beach blvd and they have a shuttle. We stayed here in 08 right after it reopened, the sites were very green and level and we thought it was a lovely park, especially with it being right across the road from the Biloix Beaches. When we came back through in April 2010, we were shocked at how rundown it was. Sites are not level, grass is unkempt and brown. Having said that, it is the best place on Beach Blvd to stay with nice wide sites, just needs some TLC. Good Wi-Fi & cable. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have been going to Cajun RV every year since 2004 returning in 2008, 09 and this year for 2 months. Only reason we didn't go back before was do to a lil' ole' storm called Katrina. We have a class A motorhome and find the sites a very roomy and the restrooms and showers clean and very nice to use. The WiFi is excellent all through the park and is included along with everything else in the base rate. The beach is directly across the entrance and everything you could want is close. Recent improvements are the patio cover adjacent the pool, and the kid play area. The park is overall kept up very well. Cajun has all the things any really great RV park should have but what really sets it apart is the owner/managers as well as all the employees. They are friendly, incredibly helpful and informative. Complimentary coffee, fruit and danish in the am. They accommodate special parties at the clubhouse and the beautiful pavilions. I would recommend this park to anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.

So, here we are back in Biloxi. This time we're at the "middle-class" park. I call it that because the park a little farther up the road, although very nice, had a bit of a snooty feel. This park has a little more of a home feel. (I was going to say "homey" but that has a different connotation nowadays.) Nothing to complain about. Tight spaces unless you are out near the beach road. Free coffee in the morning. Good cable and Wi-Fi. Nicely located mid-way between the casinos and near Beauvior (Jefferson Davis home). This will be my choice when I return to Biloxi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the closest RV park to the casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi. It's right across from the beach. We walked there every day. It is also a great place to ride your bike. Ask for a site close to the beach so you can enjoy the view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The rest rooms were very clean: we used them alot. We love going to Biloxi and this park looks great. The casinos are really fun too. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a wonderful park. They have sites with a lot of extra room. Pads were not concrete, but were in good shape. Friendly staff willing to help in any way. Great place for pet owners. We have a 42' motorhome with a 14' trailer, and they let us use two spots. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Biloxi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean and the sites are level. Pull thrus that are easy to hit and great Wi-Fi and cable. Not hard to find and the entrance roads are divided highway. Right across the street from the beach (you can walk there), just up the road ( 3 miles) from the casinos and eating establishments. The biggest advantage is the management, which is some of the friendliest I have encountered. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a great park run by extremely friendly and helpful employees. Great location near all the casinos and golf courses. Wi-Fi was free and worked perfect. I hesitate to give this campground an "8" only because of the trains. However, wherever you stay in Biloxi, you will hear the trains. Ask for a site near the road. The couple who own this park have improved it and it's really a nice park: probably the best in Biloxi. They try to do anything to make your stay pleasant. There is coffee and danish everyday. That's a nice touch. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We checked every campground on Beach Blvd and this is the place to stay!!! Spacious, big pull thru sites. The facilities were up to date and clean. The owners and their staff went above and beyond to make our month stay a terrific vacation.(although we were working) The train that runs all along Highway 90 (including all other RV Parks on Beach Blvd) was not a problem. A small price to pay for terrific beach access. We will be staying there anytime we are in the Biloxi area!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed a week and really had a good time. Beach is right across from the park. Bathrooms were very clean and the Wi-Fi worked very well. They have a very big dog walk for our pets. The train noise was not that bad. If you are worried about that ask for a spot close to the beach. I will return. This is the best place to stay in Biloxi in my opinion. This park has paved interior roads with grass sites. The sites are narrow and if you need to dump your tanks a couple of extensions may be necessary. The park is located across US 90 from the beach. Restaurants are limited, outside of the casinos, as most have not been rebuilt since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. This park would be rated higher but for the railroad that runs behind the park. The tracks are very busy, mostly during the night. There is also an Air Force base nearby that provides some additional noise. We will not return to this park due to the noise, but if incessant train whistles do not bother you, this is a nice park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is situated right across the road from the Gulf. The location is 3.3 miles from the Beau Rivage Casino. The staff were very friendly, and we were escorted to our site. Our site was a pull-through, and large enough for our 38 foot Class A Motorhome. The cable tv has many channels with good reception. The wifi signal is excellent, one of the best we have encountered on our trip. The site was considered grassy, but we found it to be mostly sandy. The only drawback to this park would be the trains, and there are many, which pass by the back of the park. We were parked closer to the Gulf side of the park and away from the train tracks, but the noise from the trains easily reached us. However, with that said, we would still stay here again for one or two nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were really helpful, and the CG is very well kept. The park has a gazebo in the center with gas fire pit and plenty of seating. There is a casino shuttle for Treasure Bay, although the casino is within walking distance. Though our site wasn't perfectly level, it was very managable. The hookups were great. The view of the Gulf from our site was outstanding. As far as the train and noise, it wasn't that bad. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was the first time we were able to stay at Cajun RV Park since prior to Hurricane Katrina. While we've always found the staff and owners exceptionally caring, and have always enjoyed our stay; we found the transformation of the park dramatic. Same caring staff, with an even more inviting ambiance. We can't say enough good things. I love that you can now walk straight to the beach and even see the Gulf from the park. I would like to rate this park higher but I can't. The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to go the extra mile. They offered free breakfast at the office which consists of coffee and a danish. The people who are full-timers at the park are all very friendly, they treated my children like royalty. The bathrooms were immaculate. On the downside was the noise. Between the trains behind us, the fire engines next door, and the garbage truck at 3:30 in the morning, it was hard sleeping at night. You also have to plan ahead when you drive into the park. The median on the road makes it impossible to enter from the west. You have to find a place to turn around and enter from the east, and most of the side roads are very narrow with low trees. Having said all that, would stay here again though We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here one night in out 5th wheel and went to the Beau Rivage Casino for a unforgettable crab buffet. The park is in a great location between Casinos and across the street from wonderful beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. My suggestions is to walk around the park and look at the site you want. There are a mixture of sand, gravel, and grassy sites. Lots of room for big rigs. I thought the price was a little steep at $38 but everything is new as they rebuild from all the hurricanes. These people are trying hard to make this work and would highly recommend this campground. When completed, this park will be most desireable. The owners are installing all new plumbing and electric. The sites are very spacious. It is located Right On Beach Blvd. This is a great Big Rv Park 15 Acres right off of the Main Hwy 90 Beach Blvd. Wi-Fi worked great and my Rv site was very nice. The Beach is right across the street. We talked to the security guard at the park and he told us that FEMA had rented the entire park and that FEMA RV'S would probably be moving out by the summer 2008 or early winter 2008 for snowbird season, Overall the park looked great considering hurricane Katrina ravaged the entire place. Some workers were fixing the fence and pavilion and it looks like they were getting the place back to normal. First time staying there. We stayed a month for $375. Was the only park available, but we will return. Clean park overall - they were working on sites and it rained a lot when we were there so there was mud on the road. Sites are grass; no patios. Friendly staff. Only reason we stayed here is because other campgrounds were full. This place catches the overflow from some of the other campgrounds. Like all campgrounds in Biloxi it is next to the railroad. The 3 AM train blows the whistle right behind the place. The hookups for our site were on the curb side of the rig. There are speed bumps all through the campground. Not good for motorhomes becaue they are not all perpendicular to the roadway. Causes flexing of body. Scary. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Lots of loud trains 75 yards away. Many permanent residents, some quite shabby. Sites are very narrow but because it's not near full there was lots of room. Office gave us incorrect Wi-Fi login info but Sprint cell & hotspot worked very well. This place is way, way, way overpriced, they even charged $20 to wash the rig, tried to get $30!!! This park is a long narrow "parking lot" backed up against a set of train tracks with trains running night and day. By the way, "day" begins with the 3 A.M. train, which is followed by 2 or 3 trains running at about 5 A.M. with whistles blaring for several minutes for every one of them. The day continues with more trains, which I could get used to...but the early morning trains ruined my sleep. The majority of the units are full timers, and some are 20 to 30 years old and look it. Since the pool is not heated, it was useless on our stay. The internet is spotty at best, and about the speed of dial up. Had we not paid for a week in advance, I would be pulling out this morning! The reason we stayed was that it was Mardi Gras and all other places were booked. On the upside, there is plenty of security lighting and the distance from the beach is only about 2 blocks. You can bike ride or walk for literally miles. We don't have a car with us, and the proximity by bike to everything was wonderful. This park is totally lacking in "amenities" but totally close enough to Biloxi to enjoy it via bicycle. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week while we visited the local sights around Biloxi. It's a quiet park except for the trains that come by. I slept thru them but our friends traveling with us in their TT would be awakened. This is a mixed park with permanent residents but with plenty of space for those traveling through. The park is clean as was the ladies shower/rest rooms. There is also an adjacent apt complex but it is also a quiet area. The park is easy to navigate - we were able to "drive" thru to our space as spot behind us was vacant. The sites are concrete and level. Called ahead about site for 40' motorhome with toad. I was told no problem unless I needed 50 amp. I told the lady 30 amp OK. I asked rate for the night, she asked if we were Good Sam or Passport America, I said Passport, she said rate would be $27/night. On arriving she told us to pick a site, hookup and come to office and check in. We found the sites to be level but very tight and have some intruding bushes. The power hookups are on the passenger side of the pad with the water and sewer on the driver's side. On opening the power panel the 30 amp plug was hanging out of the mount. The sites were pull-through as described except actually back-ins that share the same concrete pad. So I connected to the power panel on the rear of the pad and informed the office, she said she'd have her man to check it out. When we were ready to pay, she said they weren't Passport but, the same discounts were given to all clubs at the same rate of $27 a night. She actually charged us $32 without any notations on the receipt of taxes paid. They have a very good reason to have you pick a site 1st since the whole thing is a put-on. Looks to be a lot of Katrina victims and workers in the park, a lot of kids running around. Will not be back, the park is hard to find and isn't worth $20 a night. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We found the campground in the Escapees book, and made reservations. Upon arrival we were told that they did not honor Escapees any longer. However, they said they would honor the Passport America at $24. Since Passport America is usually 1/2 price, this was excessive. The park is in poor condition. The cable was not working, apparently due to non-payment. There have been 2 break-ins in the last week, and one was the manager's home. Would definitely not recommend this park to anyone. According to the Passport America (PA) International Camping Directory, the regular nightly rate is $27.00 and the (PA) discounted rate is $13.50. However, when we checked in, the discounted rate went up to $25.50 per night! This is the first park that has received positive ratings on this site that we were disappointed in. The park has several full timers whose sites are very trashy and unkept. We visited park in 40' motorhome. The sites are concrete with grass but narrow. The electric post is on the patio side of site while the other utilities are on driver's side. The site appeared that a snowbirder had left & site was not cleaned-I picked up cigarette butts, broken glass & tie wraps. Many people had to partially park their tow or towed vehicles into roadways which made maneuvering a big rig difficult. I had to back out of the site when I left-luckily the 2 sites behind me were vacant. A train track is within only a few feet of the campground and is active all day & night. Sleeping was very difficult. We understood why the office had a "no refund" sign. The park is a 1/4 mile from a beautiful white sand beach. Several casino shuttles provide transportation to several local casinos. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of the best military campgrounds in the system. Convenient to the Interstate and just across the highway from the main base with it's excellent BX and Commissary. Most sites are back in, huge, and all have concrete pads. The free Wi-Fi worked reasonably well, and Verizon cell and data service were good. Our experience here was not good to start. The campsite they put us in had a steep slope to it and we were going to have trouble unhooking our fifth wheel. If we had been able to unhook, we probably would never have been able to hook back up. So we asked to be moved, there was only one site left, it also had a slope but not quite as much. It was only 30 amp, but we made it work. Many of their sites have steep slopes, so be careful. Otherwise, a very pretty park with trees and good roads. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the nicest parks we have stayed in, military or otherwise. A private park this nice in Vegas would be charging $75 a night. Spaces are long, wide and far apart; concrete pad with gravel in rest of site. Quite a few trees and nice desert landscaping. Restrooms have individual rooms with sink, shower and toilet. Very friendly, helpful folks in the office. There is quite a bit of airplane noise (this is an advanced jet fighter training base after all), but they rarely fly late at night. The Keesler FamCamp is a nice little RV park within a residential area off base. It's located less than a mile from the Biloxi VA Medical Center and a couple of miles from Keesler AFB. All the sites are wide with concrete pads and grass between sites. The restrooms and showers are clean and has good water pressure. The laundry has 5 washers and drivers that all work. Fishing is just outside the park. What more could you ask for? How about a staff that works together without bad mouthing the other staff members. How about staff that doesn't lie about the campers in order to make themselves look better. How about a management that knows how to run a RV park. Policies have changed whereas monthly rates start on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month with no pro-rating. If a camper comes in on the 15th of the month and wants to stay until the 15th of the next month, the camper has to pay the weekly rate for 2 weeks the first month and 2 weeks for the following month. Well maintained and well run. Price absolutely the best in town. Located near the hospital and near all the amenities available on the base. Large sites, nice facilities, Wi-Fi worked, staff worked with us to get a north facing site so didn't have sun in the coach all day long, just over us. One of the better military campgrounds. Sure beats anything else offered around Las Vegas in price and amenities. We paid the extra dollar for an extra person, well worth it. Second time we have been here about 3 or 4 years apart and its only bigger and better. We had several trees around our site so we didn't get all the hot sun but still warm. Will come here anytime we are in the area as I can't say enough good about this place without repeating others. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The best Military Park we ever stayed in. There is no pool at site but, you can use all the facilities at the main post across the road. The management is very friendly and helpful. They even through us a cookout for Labor Day, all we had to do is bring a dish to pass or volunteer to help with the cook out we did both and we met a lot of retired and active military and had a good time talking with them. We will stay there anytime we are in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sorry to read of the pet limit problem of the last reviewer, but this is the finest military, and one of the finer all-round, parks I've stayed at. Very large pull-throughs, nicely shaded and landscaped sites and surroundings. Sure, the Thunderbird aeronautic team based at Nellis AFB fly by once in a while, but I consider that pretty good company. Nice, friendly people. No cable TV or I'd give them full grades. I had no trouble getting a reservation, but imagine that snowbirding makes that a bit tougher in mid-winter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park's website says pets are allowed if they are on a leash and picked up after. At the registration desk, they have a sign with little pictures of dogs and cats saying there is a 3 pet limit. We were not allowed to camp here because we have 4 parakeets. No dogs, no cats, no hamsters, nothing else -- 4 little birds all in one cage who never leave the rig. This policy is the most ridiculous campground policy we have ever seen. I hope no one with a fish tank ever tries to stay here! We camped here in a Motorhome.

As a military campground this is one of the best. Gravel sites with cement patio. Ours was a pull through and we're a 41 foot 5th wheel, and we had plenty of parking. If they have a swimming pool it is away from the campground and on the base mainside. They could use some "events" within the camp such as pizza night or pot lucks. Guess they figure those staying here will hit the shows or casinos. (We hit the casino buffets - great ). They offer reasonable laundry charges (.75) and they have a nice fenced dog run with grass and clean up bags and tools. The Sunrise Vista golf course ( 27 holes )has wide fairways and is reasonably priced ( cheap for Vegas ). Good wi-fi connection in our rig. Very nice/helpful office staff. Make your reservations early if you plan on being here during the winter season. We'd stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent park in North Las Vegas; about a 15 min drive to the Las Vegas strip if you drive down I-15. Friendly, helpful staff. One of the few military famcamps which take reservations. (Why?) Sites are large, both length and width; we had a pull thru (PT-1) which was over 80 ft long. Free (during July and August) Olympic-sized pool on base with diving boards and water slide was perfect for kids. Wi-Fi worked well from all locations. No cable TV, but regular antenna pulled in about 5 local TV stations. Laundry room clean and cheap. Stayed three nights while visiting the area (including Hoover Dam). Most others at campground were staying for weeks or months. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is vastly upgraded since last person reviewed. They've added 8 spaces. We had a marvelous time here, the staff are very cordial and helpful. This is a well maintained, well run park. Cable TV is available for all but the sites, 43 - 52. There are about 30 Katrina recovery RV's, and it'll be several more months before they're gone. IMPORTANT NOTE: With the construction of the military housing on Jim Money Road, most directions in directories will not get you to the office correctly. Here's the simple correction: go down (North) Jim Money Road, to the four way stop, turn right (East) for about 1/4 mile, turn right into the FAMCAMP. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park with level sites. They are fairly narrow. Used to rate this park a 10. However, they have let the landscaping go. We actually had to cut back palm branches ourselves after notifying the office that they were making a lot of noise brushing the roof of our RV. Additionally, there are a lot of snowbirds who stay the entire season. They were friendly. However, some of them seem to think that they own the park. One person had a green area fenced off at the end of a road. Additionally, there were cars and a huge truck parked in the access roads. Kind of hard to dodge them in a large motorhome. Office manager is a gem. Will stay again. Very nice park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a top-notch, quality run operation in every sense of the word. Beautiful, well-kept facilities and a wonderful, professional staff. All sites are fully concrete, 100% level and (unfortunately) a little tight. Landscaping includes palm trees and beautiful flowers. This is a gorgeous RV park. Now the bad part. They censor the internet. This is a first in my extensive RV experience. They have instituted controls on their Wi-Fi to block sites that “they” deem inappropriate, but don't mention this when you check in. I really don't like anyone telling me what I can and cannot look at (especially since I'm paying for it). Management seriously needs to reconsider this poorly conceived, un-American policy. Also, even though the signal was strong, my connection dropped all the time for some reason. Although the park itself is beautiful, the location is just OK. Not bad by any means, but there are a lot of bums along the main street where the park is located. I imagine this is due to the closeness of the VA hospital. Overall, this is a lovely, well-run park and I highly recommend it in spite of my disdain for the censorship issue. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We had plans to spend the winter here but personal problems prevented an extended stay. The owners were nice enough to provide a refund for the time not used on our deposit. Overall, I liked this campground. Facilities were clean, all sites were concrete, all services worked well. The sites were small, however, and required you to line up the left side of your RV on the very edge of the pad thus placing the shrubbery under the slideouts once extended. Even under these conditions my car would not fit alongside my motorhome and had to be parked cross-wise in front. Access to the campground is very easy off city streets and all interior roads are paved and easy to maneuver even with larger units. Pull through sites have a little more slope than is necessary resulting in a few units with their rear wheels off the ground once jacks were dropped. Very quiet at night except for an occasional train. I would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Where else can you find free Saturday afternoon cookouts every Saturday and meet the friendly, generous owner? The kids are treated with free ice cream, and can swim in the clean pool daily. The bathrooms/showers are comfy and clean. There is a very safe feeling, a warm feeling in this park. Without question the nicest RV park in Biloxi. Although it is fine for Big Rigs, some sites are too tight for the slides due to side hedges and a rear fence. Our assigned site was impossible to back into with our 45 ft motorhome. Fortunately the staff was very accommodating and we were able to get a larger site. Stayed here on a PA rate for one night. The park has one long pull through they save for overnight such as I. At 60' long we appreciated the spot. Some of the other back-ins can fit a 45' MH. If in doubt call ahead as we did. It's an older park with narrower concrete roads but if you are careful you can navigate it fine. Don't arrive at night. Staff was accommodating and we enjoyed our one night stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We picked this park after reading several favorable reviews. Thankfully we were not disappointed. Our week stay here was very pleasant. Close to restaurants (including two Food Network Triple D) and the gulf beaches. The park is dog friendly with several places to walk your pets. Sites are level and paved. The reviews are correct - this is a beautiful well maintained park. Cement sites and roads with nice grassy area's. Our second day there we went to the pool which is on the small size (there is no hot tub) and the water was freezing and the wooden chairs are not comfortable for sunning at all. Later in the week someone said the pool was heated but we left the next day so I'm not sure if it is or not but it was a pleasant stay and a great location. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have camped here several times and always enjoy it very much. It is a small park but beautifully landscaped and very beautiful place to walk around. They do have a small pool but we didn't use it this time. I don't know what one viewer was saying about seeing Kessler AFB at entrance, I did not notice it. The beaches are just a few blocks away and the casinos are not 20 minutes away, more like 5 to 10. Hopefully oil spill out there now will not hurt their beaches. The office staff was very friendly and they have coffee every day and while we were there, they had a cookout too and we met the owner. Very nice place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful campground. Not a large campground, but is beautifully landscaped and all streets are paved with paved sites. The staff was very nice and helpful and the wifi worked well. CATV was adequate, the reception was a little fuzzy. We were disappointed in the site that we stayed in due to the slab was not level. We were here for the month of March and loved it. The park is very clean, nicely landscaped, paved sites and roads, well lit for a secure feeling in the evening and centrally located in the heart of Biloxi. Just a few blocks from the ocean. This would be a 10 rated park except for the construction going on right next to our site. Much equipment noise started at 7 AM. Other than that among the office staff, one young man, was the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member I have ever seen! He provided us with a variety of information on the local attractions, and also has made up a sheet of his personal favorites as far as restaurants ect. as he grew up in the area. He is a most impressive young man. The owners take pride in their resort and it shows. This park is highly recommended. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed a few months, so the daily rate reflects monthly. Only other complaint is yappy dogs; lost track of how many times we got woke up by barking; but that's getting all too common everywhere. We had one of the few spots with a lot of grass, so it was the dog walk of choice... not much grassy area for pets. We camped here in a Motorhome.

After going to another park close by, finding that we could not stay for one night because of the Labor Day Weekend and would have to pay $60 for one night: we called this park. We were so glad it worked out and wish we had longer to stay. We were just passing through, but found this to be an excellent campground and site. Satellite was readily available at no extra cost. The sites and drives were all paved and level: no leveling was even necessary. When we arrived: food was available and offered from the cookout and was great. The staff were so pleasant and helpful in providing entertainment ideas for the one night we had to spend in Buloxi. Would definitely return if we have a chance and stay longer. I have given some other parks a rating of 10, and now I’m sorry because this park has redefined the high end of my scale. All the spaces were roomy with immaculate level concrete pads, joined by an immaculate roadway. The landscaping was lovely. The front desk clerks were helpful and friendly and looked like movie stars. Everything about the place was first rate, and although it was expensive, I feel like I got my money’s worth. The staff recommended Ole Biloxi Schooner as a great local restaurant, and we thought it was fabulous. Get the gumbo. The only things I didn’t like were that it wasn’t that close to the beach and that the spaces were close together. I would have liked a little more elbow room between my rig and my neighbor’s. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a week. This is an upscale RV resort, and it is magnificent. It is well designed and kept very clean. The park management is very helpful and friendly. They hosted a barbeque at noon on Saturday and provided all of the fixings, chips and soft drinks for the whole resort. They did a great job. It was one of the most enjoyable weeks we ever spent camping. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Majestic Oaks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This RV Resort is extremely well kept. The sites are close but the grounds are very well maintained and beautifully manicured. The concrete pads are large enough for our triple slide motorhome and outside sitting and cooking area. Zack and Sherry are wonderful people who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. I loved the temperature of the pool although locals said it was too warm. Free Wi-Fi worked great and the sound of the trains were hardly noticed. The Kessler AFB was close and the training they did one day a week was enjoyable to watch. I would recommend this resort to others! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is just an RV park (a lot of concrete and side by side spaces) but a very nice one. Very clean, well lit, and modern. A matter of only a few blocks to Beach Blvd. and Biloxi's beautiful beaches. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to the casinos. We had a pull through site but I did not see any sites that would be difficult to get into with even the largest rigs. Also, plenty of room for your toad. It was very hot the day we arrived and our central A/C had not been working on the road due to a problem with the generator. So, we were anxious to take a dip in the pool to cool off. This is our only complaint. The pool water was very warm. More like a hot tub. Perhaps the sun and ambient temperature (high 90's) caused this but coming from the South, we've never been in an unheated swimming pool that was this warm even on the hottest days. Only a minor complaint. It was still refreshing. We would recommend this park to anyone paying a visit to Biloxi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful surprise. This is a lovely park with magnificent old oak trees. The staff is fantastic. The rate of $28 is based on a weekly rate. We would definitely stay here again. The beach is 1/4 of a mile away. Of course, there are the casinos and lots of shopping. All the sites are paved as well as the interior roads. Yeah, finally a park that lives up to the website. This was the prettiest, most well maintained campground we've found. The landscaping was very nicely done. The office staff was extremely nice. While it was advertised as a Good Sam park, I was told that it is not, so there was no discount. It is convenient to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage and close to the beach. I had no problem with Internet access. We had a very strong signal. We asked and were given a pull through site. They were all concrete sites with picnic tables. We also had no problem with getting our satellite to work, even though they had cable at the park. We'd definitely go back to this lovely park, even though it was more expensive than most in which we have stayed. It was worth the extra money. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very well kept park. The sites are all concrete and landscaped. Keesler AFB is very close, but aircraft noise has not been a problem. We had an unexpected surprise as the spring airshow was held while we were here. Lawn chairs on your site provide an excellent view of all aerial demonstrations. We stayed 5 nights and will return. A luxury park we would go back to even if it is slightly snobbish with restrictions on RV type and age. Spotlessly clean facilities, all level concrete pads. It’s about 1/2 mile to white sand beach and only a short drive to the casinos. Unlike some others, I had no problem with WiFi. This is a really nice campground.The sites are all concrete and landscaped and ours was perfectly level.The only thing is that the concrete on the awning side doesn't go far enough back, so we could not back the camper all the way in. We had to leave about 10' behind the camper open so that we could enjoy full use of the awning. Not a bad trade off for such a beautiful place. They also have pull-thrus with ample parking. The pool is well kept and the bathhouse is clean and has A/C. There are some beautiful oak trees on the premises, most being up front near the office. The staff was extremely friendly. It is less than a mile from the beach. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as the ferry boats to Ship Island located a short drive away in Gulfport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The amenities are very nice. However, the back in sites are tricky to back in. They have mulched the pet walk area so it is useless. I asked about several discounts such as Good Sam and Escapees and was told it was already a discounted rate. That is pure BS. We paid $38.50 plus tax. We stayed there since it was only for 1 night but will not stay there again. The WIiFi dropped very often as a previous poster noted. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice luxury RV Park. The buildings, landscaping, pool, etc. are of a much higher quality than average and you pay accordingly. (My rate of $20 reflects the monthly rate.) We stayed here because it is in central Biloxi instead of right off of I-10, and the attractive monthly rate. It is very popular with folks that come down every year for Biloxi's Mardi Gras celebration. We've stayed here twice, this time, and April-June 2007. The people are friendly, and the park is very well maintained. Eat at Shady's, just a short walk up Pass Road for good Pad Thai and gourmet pizza. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it's a long 15 minutes if it's between June and September and the temperature and humidity are both above 90. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were surprised to find this expensive park nearly full in mid January, but we saw many Lincoln and Cadillac toads next to ultra-expensive rigs. Concrete streets and pads; sites very close together. Major airplane noise from nearby Air Force Base. Meticulous landscaping; gardeners with screaming leaf blowers several hours a day. Train noise. Well maintained park. While sites are wide enough, the park feels very crowded. We could see in the windows of those next to us, and out your widows is a wall of RVs almost blocking out the sky. The facilities are very nice and landscaping great. The WiFi did not seem adequate for the number of users in the park. Often couldn't get on or once on were dropped, and then couldn't get on again. Train noise is significant, and so are jets from nearby Air Force Base. We have blackout shades and this is the first time that it was so bright in a campground at night that the blackout shades could not blackout the light. Also, two years after devastating hurricanes, Biloxi and Gulf Port are still in great need of rebuilding and getting rid of all the rubble. It looks like a war zone. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a truly beautiful park, with meticulously-maintained landscaping, stately trees and a lovely pool. The owners have made maximum use of their property, giving the impression of spaces too close together, but each concrete site is wide enough for a rig and a vehicle parked side-by-side and plenty long with a landscaped area in between. They have free cable TV and free Wi-Fi, although they are still working out some kinks with the Wi-Fi. The laundry is spotless, and they have a limited amount of RV and grocery supplies for sale in the office. They are not far from some train tracks, so you will get the train noise, but there is not much road noise. While we were there, the owners even treated everyone in the park to a shrimp boil one day at lunch! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice, new park, however, very expensive. The spaces are a bit small in length if you have a MH and a toad. The pull thrus require you to unhook and park your toad in the parking space provided. Had I known this, I would have opted for a back-in and saved some money. The grounds are pristine and the Wi-Fi & cable work well. The rate shown is the "special" rate and I was told the normal rate for a pull-thru is $55 night. When I tried to use Passport America, they refused to honor it, even through they are in the PPA book and on the web site. We have paid more for a site, but that was in downtown New Orleans, about 3 blocks from the French Quarter, not Biloxi, Ms. Although tents are not allowed, we saw something that looked like a tent on steroids, with a window AC hanging out the side and electric cords running to the pedestal. For what you get for the $$, we won't be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful campground. Although it is basically on blacktop the sites have grassy area in between. Landscaped with palm trees and flowers. Each site had two benches that you can put together and make a table. The pool refreshing. I believe this campground is fairly new. With Katrina's destruction still very present in Bilouxi Gulf Coast this was a great find. Within walking distance to the Beach Blvd. - (20 mins on foot), but nothing to really see there. The casinos are nearby. I would definite stop here again if I was in the area, once things get build backup. The office staff was very friendly. - Free coffee too. WIFI connection was very good. An incredibly beautiful & well maintained LUXURY RV park. In fact, it was so nice I was afraid that our kids (5 & 7) would mess something up. Post Katrina, the coast is still a mess. This park is new since Katrina. I believe it was a trailer park before. The new owners have really put some money into this place. The whole place is beautifully landscaped - palm trees, azaleas, crepe myrtles, liriope. The pool is heated, although it was still a little bit cool for Easter week. The bathroom was cleaner than mine at home, and I pay someone to clean my bathrooms. The paint, tile & decor was beautiful. Only draw-back - they ask that dogs are walked in the doggie area - which is at the back of the park (not a far walk). It's low and mostly sand which is hard to get off of little paws. It would be great if part of it was fenced in to let my dog run around freely for a little while. This is NOT a campground - it is a LUXURY RV park. No tents, and I don't think they'd allow pop-ups. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and riding their bikes. Oh - and another kind of draw back. The place is SO well lit at night, that the light would wake us up and we actually thought it was morning. I would sit up & lift the window blinds to see if it was am or pm. But then again, this could be a "pro" for those wanting extra security. I've highly recommended this place to my in-laws & other adult RVers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is clean, very well landscaped with some shaded spots. We stayed for a month for $535.00, which included all hookups and free Wireless Internet in our Coach. Majestic Oaks is located just minutes from the beach and centrally located in Biloxi. Gulf Port is just a few miles down the Road. We found great restaurants at the Beau Rivage Casino, a world class destination by itself. Both the bathrooms and laundry facilities were some of the best we have seen. Enjoy!! We spent one night traveling east. Our site was a nice long pull-through. It has mostly full-timers. This is not a satellite friendly park. There are too many trees even making driving through a challenge. They do have catv with more than enough channels. One major complaint I have is that the electric box is too close to the ground. My guess would be the outlet was 6 to 8 in off the ground. I like to use my surge protector at all times. I was forced to take a chance. It would seem in wet weather this could be a problem. This park had a friendly and helpful staff. It even had WIFI, IF, the full time residents that you "piggy-backed on" had their modems on. The office was kind enough to give me three passwords to chose- the one with the strongest signal. The park is very crowded with a lot of full time residents. We saw many school children being dropped off by the school bus. This may be a sign of the times where more and more parks are renting their spaces to "full time" residents who may have lost their home and are forced to live in a travel trailer. When we arrived, there were only 5 spaces open for overnight stay. The spaces were fairly close dirt sites but the roads were paved. There were so many trees that our roof top satellite would not work. The cable service was marginal. . We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were traveling along I-10 westbound and called 4 hours in advance and made reservations at this park. The gentleman asked me to pre pay with a credit card because the office might be closed by the time we got there and so we did. An hour before our arrival, we had a blowout on the freeway. After a few phone calls we discovered no one in the area had a tire the right size. We were able to get one a little over sized to get us off the road but we could not drive far on it. I called this RV park and explained my situation to the gentleman and said we could not make it in and asked for a refund. He said to come the next night. I said that we were on our way to Texas and could not. He said to stop on our way back. I said we could not because we are from Washington and going home from there. He got quite rude from this point and said he would not give us a refund even though we pre paid and that it wasn't his fault we got a flat tire. He then hung up on me. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and gave us an escort to our site. The roads are paved but narrow. I was able to manuever around them even with our 36' fifth wheel. Many trees in the park, but nothing overhanging the sites or roadway. The park is near the interstate but very quiet. Long, level pull through sites which have concrete pads. We did not hook up our sewer line as the connection was covered with a plastic bag. The park is close to Biloxi and Gulfport. It appeared to be a clean park in general. We have stayed here twice as we passed through the area. It is a good place for over night stays, but there is very little there to keep you entertained. Pretty park, would not recommend more than one or two night stay. We were warned but did not listen. HBO and many other channels snowy, Wi-Fi worse than dial up if you can get on. Long term (yearly) residents several with fridges outside. Some Fema trailers too. Alcoholics with mean stares that made many campers very uncomfortable. Sewage smelling problem too. Paid for one month stayed 4 days, asked for a refund, they said no way Jose! Took the loss, could not take the rude language and unwelcoming long timers, felt like a low grade trailer park. Office staff made us feel more than welcome, and answered all our questions. Our site (#60) was plenty large enough for our RV. Nice restrooms and showers, great water views, good cable and Wi-Fi. We are staying an extra month because we feel at home. Very pet friendly, this is a big plus. We will be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a one night stop over - convenient off I-10. Nice office staff - helpful. Large pull through - mostly concrete pad was a plus. There were RV's for sale (apparently for a very long time and vacant) in my area and a tremendous amount of large/industrial trash piled about. Many permanent looking RV's - not well kept at all. Woodall's has this with a crazy rating. Close to restaurants if you want a stop over, but I would never stay in this park again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were on the road heading from Texas to Florida so we chose this park because of its proximity to I-10. It was relatively easy access. We stayed one night and chose a pull-through site so that we would not need to unhook. Site was level. Campground was quiet. We did not use any of the facilities, like the pool, restrooms or showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. I rated it 8 as it fitted our needs for the one night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Would stay here again. Liked the trees and ease of getting into and out of the park. One of the showers in the men room was out of order and that just left one to use. Near the interstate but I like highway noise and train whistles. Office folks were nice and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has had it's ups and downs. After 7 feet of water in Katrina the facilities aren't as good as they once were. But, we used the park often due to it's easy off I-10 location and generally good sites. However, we stopped using it about two years ago because of security issues; fights, drinking and drugs among the recovery workers who had taken over a large part of the park. We stopped overnight recently to see what changed. The good news is all of the ratty trailers are gone and it's back to mostly seasonals and over nighters. The facilities are a bit worn, but again it makes for a handy stop. Glad to see they cleaned it up. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I was impressed with this RV Park. All the roads were paved and the sites had very nice concrete pads. The Wi-Fi was fast and the cable TV good. The Interstate noise did not bother me. There was a lot of space between sites and the mature trees made the RV park seem more like a state park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very easy to find right off I-10. Some highway noise but not bad. 11" of rain in the last 30 days therefore most of the sites were holding water. Check-in was friendly and quick. Were were allowed to move to a different pull through site after we discovered we could not put out our awning due to trees. Great place to stay for a couple of days. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

An older Park. The maneuverability is adequate. We are a 45 footer pulling a pickup. This park is just off the freeway. Has concrete pads. Park needs some upgrading and general clean up. The staff was friendly. An OK overnight stop. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent 6 days here and the rate is based on paying for a week (it was cheaper than paying for 6 days; there are no discounts except for longer stays). The employees were friendly and told us to shift sites if we did not like the one we had been assigned (they must have had a feeling we would not like it...it was small and overgrown, even though there were many open and wider sites and with 4 slides you do not want them in the brush). We enjoyed the seafood restaurants in the area; but they were not as close as implied in the ads. Also, the "newest" park in Biloxi was misleading; this is not a new park and the laundy did not quite seem "beautiful" to me :) We did not have much trouble getting in, but it was tight in some places because of other trailers and vehicles. Also, the wi-fi is "Air DSL" and you have to pay for it, so we chose to stick with our air card. We would consider staying here again, but might look for other options. We camped here in a Motorhome.

There is easy access on and off I10. The staff is friendly. There are good wide spots for my 38' 5th wheel. Propane is $3.00 gal, laundry wash $1.50, dry 1.25. The only drawback was some road noise from I10. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff were congenial but I wouldn't return. The rest rooms were stark and the commode wasn't working properly. The Park is immediately adjacent to I-10; we heard traffic all night long! OK for an over-night but not for longer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at Parker's Landing approximately 10 times over the past two years. For us it is the first stop out and the last stop back on our trips from Texas to Florida to visit our kids. Not a place we would vacation at (although the casinos are close and provide bus service by request) but it has been a great overnight stop as required. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have our favorite spots and on most all trips, they can accommodate our request for those spots. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access in and out park off of IH-10. We arrived late and left early the next morning. The pull-through site we had was level and easily accessible. There appeared to be several long-term residents at the park. We did not notice any amenities (playground, etc.) but really weren't looking either. There is some road noise from IH-10. The front desk staff was friendly and recommended a seafood restaurant called Tug's Wharf which was excellent. Biggest reason for lowering the rating - when I opened my truck door, I almost stepped in poop that someone's dog had left and they didn't bother to pick up. It was sufficient for a one night stay, especially for the price. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground isn't even ok for overnight stay. It's not a very safe campground. We observed a drug deal & fight between some of the long term residents in site # 14, 15, 16, or 17. We couldn't get a good cell signal to call the local SO. If the would provide security or get rid of the trashy people then we could recommend this campground. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is a long-term home to a lot of low-class rigs and trailers belonging to the locally employed fishermen. They have done very little to up-grade and maintain their facilities. I would not choose to stop there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The noise from the interstate was not a problem on sites up close to the office. In back I can see it as a problem. They have a very very small pool. A lot of what appears to be permanent residents. It's a nice park overall visually. The staff was not talkative and I thought their face would break if they smiled. They did not seem happy to be there. A little pricy and extra $ for the modem. There are other choices in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was this most awful park I have ever been to. The Owners and people that worked there aren't friendly at all. As a matter of fact, rude would sum them up. The park itself was not very well taken care of. The grass was uncut and the sites are very crammed together. If you enjoy some nice scenery, don't come here. The scenery consists of a conjested interstate. The park is right next to it and the noise is awful. If you have kids, this is not the place to come. Also, it's a fifteen minute ride to the casinos which includes getting back on the interstate to get there. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A nice park with a new addition across the bayou with 30 new sites. The "older" section includes level pull thrus which easily handle a 40' 5th and toter. Decent laundry facilities. The newer section are all backins, again level and wide and easily handling big rigs. Each site in the newer section backs up to the bayou and has nice views. The park is on the south side of I-10 and suffers from a fair amount of road noise. It is, though, our favorite Biloxi park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Dirty - Sites are not well laid out. Many, Many full time residents. Trashy looking. We were sticking out into the roadway. They could not accomodate the size of our 40 ft. motorhome. We paid for 5 days then found another place. They would not refund our money. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First week of stay we discovered management problems with employees. Very poor management never keep advertised office hours. Very difficult to contact with problems. Every other hookup was on the wrong sides. Outdated electrical plug ins. Tent people living in back. Witness excessive use of alcohol of tent people. Nightly parties way past curfew times. Homeless people breaking through back gate to shower. Frequent visits by local police due to suspected drug use. Men and women's shower room share the same pass code, that we were told had been the same for more than two years. Manager's space across from office now occupied by "new" managers, (third ones since our stay) in an extremely old camper with home window unit sticking out the side. Also heavy drinkers and suspicion of drug (crack) use. Felt very unsafe: no place for children. Worse campground in Biloxi. For your safety PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! So very sad to give the beautiful town and beachs of Biloxi such a bad name. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Traveling in an Aliner pop up, the restroom and shower facilities are very important. This site has large restroom shower facilities that are clean. They need a little updating and maintenance but are good overall. The camp has a lot of Katrina evacuees still living in FEMA trailers. There are quite a few shady characters in the area where they put me. I was flanked on each side by tent campers. One of them was a long term tent camper and his site looks like a trash heap. The site on the other side was occupied by a woman and a dog and it too looked pretty sad. A train track goes right by the campground so the ground shakes when a train goes by. The noise is too much to sleep through. You can walk to the beach as it is just across the road. Be aware, this area was completely destroyed by Katrina but did not make the news like New Orleans. There are a lot of parking lots without buildings. This place is coming back but very slowly because it is not on the news like New Orleans. Very little FEMA money made it here, so praise be to those who are trying to make a comeback on their own. All the businesses and houses are new so in time this place will look great. Not a place to bring kids as this is a casino town. Lots of shady characters around. Saw a female working the street right outside the RV park. Beach is not pristine like Florida beaches. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The term "Resort" should not be in the name. This is the worst park we stayed in during our long trip. I called ahead and was told there was large pull through sites. That was true, but with the car on the back of the motorhome, and the water and electric on the opposite side of the MH, I had to unhook the car and back the MH up to be able to reach the connections. We could literally feel the ground shake as the trains would pass thru during the night. I think the tracks went through the park! We would not stay at this park again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

$16 rate is for a month. The pull through site is a little tight for a 37' 5W and dually. Water and cable TV is on the wrong side of the site and 30' of sewer hose was needed. We didn't get the site we reserved due to staff problems. We were led to another site and the worker quickly trimmed a tree of some small branches touching the 5W. The rooftop TV dish worked well between the trees, and the Sprint cell phones and air card work pretty good. Lots of channels on CG cable TV. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Located next to RxR track with many trains passing through day and night. Sites are barely adequate for 37' rig, are grass and gravel. We are spending a month here. Staff is very nice & helpful. We had a pull through in the back, lots of grass. Little tight with the truck but OK. Wi-Fi works good. Sprint cell and air card work pretty good. We have a spot were no trees interfere with roof top dish. Railroad tracks at back of park with ~6 trains a day, no road noise & occasional USAF planes from nearby Kessler AFB which are nifty. Haven't tried the pool or laundry yet. Very few kids, several workers in last row but no problems or concerns. Nice park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is close to Gulf Coast, across the street. We visited during two weeks of rain and coastal flooding. Saw employees putting out sand bags by doors and asked employee if park floods easily. Employee stated that even during Katrina it never really flooded. Did get a lot of high water in all sites, but it did drain quickly. WI-FI was good; satellite reception was good. As for anything over 40 feet,your rig is on the edge of the road both front and back. Was able to maneuver on roadways, but it is close to other units and buildings. Employees were very nice. I would not stay here again as I do not like gravel and sand for a base with a heavy rig. Other than that this is a nice park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

There were several campers at this resort that may have been displaced still by Katrina. Not a lot of great walking areas for dogs. The train tracks are directly behind the campground so it can be loud. The staff was super friendly and the grounds and buildings clean. Biloxi is still rebuilding so there is not much near by. Only Treasure Bay casino is close enough to walk to. Bus service is still scares. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our site was paid for and reserved for us by a friend. When we arrived there was a mix up about our arrival date so we were put in the overflow section for the night which was no problem. However, the next day they decided that we didn't look "good enough" for that site and we were not even allowed to move into a spot with sewer and ended up spending the week in the overflow section. There were many campers and motorhomes in much worse shape than ours, some even sat with parts missing and flat tires. No explanation or apology was given to us. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overall, a nice campground. There are limited amounts of trees but Katrina is responsible for that. The sites are very level. The bathrooms/showers were clean. Lots of hot water. We did not use the pool. The casinos are close by but you do need a car to get around. The only problem what we had was that they left a note on our door while were gone stating that we had not paid enough for all the people that were staying with us. We had paid for 4 and actually had six. However, we told them when we checked in that we had six people and assumed that they would have charged us the right amount. They apologized and ultimately did not charge us the extra amount which we would have gladly paid had they not been ugly about it. But is was kind of rude to leave a note on our door stating we still owed more money. I would camp here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed from May thru July. Excellent location across the street from white Gulf beaches. Pool and park was kept clean. Staff picked up our garbage bags every morning. (The owner had no plans to repair the hot tub though). The game room is run down. They did have a lot of long term campers in the back and it got a bit rowdy some nights. The campground itself is not that bad other than being tightly packed. The staff is very nice and courteous and the sites are level. The sites up front are dirt and the ones in the back are dirt with a little gravel and grass. Our problem with the campground was the train track which joins the campground immediately to the rear. All night, every night, long trains come lumbering down the main line with their horns blaring at each crossing. It sounds like they are inside your RV. Not once but at least a dozen trains a night, all night. Worst two nights of almost sleep we have ever experienced in 25 years of camping. All campgrounds along Beach Boulevard have this problem. But, I never will again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrived around dark but appeared to be very nice park with easy access to beaches and casinos. Casinos provide shuttle service. Only problem was the freight train that managed to pass within 25 yards of the campground about every 1.5 hours all night with horn blasting all the way through Biloxi. $22.15 w/GS discount. I have to say that I was not impressed. The signs to the place consisted of the back of a park bench at a bus stop. The other signs were so small that we drove by the place and it was very difficult to get turned back around. The staff was friendly, but the gal who checked us in, needed some MAJOR dental work done. The sites were fairly level, lots of shade, but the site we were in was extremely tight. We had to wait for two other people to leave or move their rig, so we could get ours out. The train going through at all hours of the night was quite an experiance. I wouldn't go back again. We saw several other campgrounds with a lot more room just down the road, with bigger signs! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The people there were extremely friendly and we had an enjoyable stay there. It is just across the street from casino's and you can call for a ride when you are ready to go. If the office is not open when you need to call for a ride to the casino there is a pay phone in the breeze way and a list of numbers provided for you so you will still be able to call. They also provide trash pick-up at your site, you do not have to walk it to a dumpster yourself. I would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a camper.

Many nice shaded, level pull thru on grass. Gulf beaches across the highway are not visible from 99% of the sites and
crossing the highway on foot to get to beach would not be recommended. Nearest casino is Treasure Bay, about 2 miles
west. As are all the beach road cgs, this one is adjacent to the railroad tracks and the train that rumbles through at
2-3am, complete with horn, feels and sounds like it is invading your RV. Not only no office modem hookup but owner is
quite dismissive of the idea. Location of utilities on some sites is strange - some curb side and some requiring a
30'+ sewer run. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
