Mostly grass sites: overall a nice park. Has a very nice playground. Rained whole time we were here: did not have any water build up. Park is close to everything. You won't go wrong chosing this park. Noticed several bus-style rigs, can easily handle the large rigs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I hesitate to give this campground an "8" only because of the trains. However, wherever you stay in Biloxi, you will hear the trains. Ask for a site near the road. The couple who own this park have improved it and it's really a nice park: probably the best in Biloxi. They try to do anything to make your stay pleasant. There is coffee and danish everyday. That's a nice touch. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice campground close to all the activities offered in Biloxi. It is close to casinos and just across the street from the beach. It offers full hookups and a nice selection of cable channels. The WiFi works great. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again whenever in Biloxi. We checked every campground on Beach Blvd and this is the place to stay!!! Spacious, big pull thru sites. The facilities were up to date and clean. The owners and their staff went above and beyond to make our month stay a terrific vacation.(although we were working) The train that runs all along Highway 90 (including all other RV Parks on Beach Blvd) was not a problem. A small price to pay for terrific beach access. We will be staying there anytime we are in the Biloxi area!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed a week and really had a good time. Beach is right across from the park. Bathrooms were very clean and the Wi-Fi worked very well. They have a very big dog walk for our pets. The train noise was not that bad. If you are worried about that ask for a spot close to the beach. I will return. This is the best place to stay in Biloxi in my opinion. This park has paved interior roads with grass sites. The sites are narrow and if you need to dump your tanks a couple of extensions may be necessary. The park is located across US 90 from the beach. Restaurants are limited, outside of the casinos, as most have not been rebuilt since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. This park would be rated higher but for the railroad that runs behind the park. The tracks are very busy, mostly during the night. There is also an Air Force base nearby that provides some additional noise. We will not return to this park due to the noise, but if incessant train whistles do not bother you, this is a nice park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Casinos all around, if you do that sort of thing. This was only my second day to travel (ever), and told the staff, and they went out of their way to help me. They took me right to my site. Campground is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean well organized park with great management and employees assisting. Coffee and rolls every morning, activities nearly every night, either organized or spontaneous. Will stay here every time we are in the area. The park has been rebuilt from Katrina and continues to improve. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is situated right across the road from the Gulf. The location is 3.3 miles from the Beau Rivage Casino. The staff were very friendly, and we were escorted to our site. Our site was a pull-through, and large enough for our 38 foot Class A Motorhome. The cable tv has many channels with good reception. The wifi signal is excellent, one of the best we have encountered on our trip. The site was considered grassy, but we found it to be mostly sandy. The only drawback to this park would be the trains, and there are many, which pass by the back of the park. We were parked closer to the Gulf side of the park and away from the train tracks, but the noise from the trains easily reached us. However, with that said, we would still stay here again for one or two nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were really helpful, and the CG is very well kept. The park has a gazebo in the center with gas fire pit and plenty of seating. There is a casino shuttle for Treasure Bay, although the casino is within walking distance. Though our site wasn't perfectly level, it was very managable. The hookups were great. The view of the Gulf from our site was outstanding. As far as the train and noise, it wasn't that bad. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We camped here for 3 nights and found the staff very helpful and always available. The sites were level the enitre area was clean. Will return here the next time in the area We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was the first time we were able to stay at Cajun RV Park since prior to Hurricane Katrina. While we've always found the staff and owners exceptionally caring, and have always enjoyed our stay; we found the transformation of the park dramatic. Same caring staff, with an even more inviting ambiance. We can't say enough good things. I love that you can now walk straight to the beach and even see the Gulf from the park. We recommend Cajun RV to everyone. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I would like to rate this park higher but I can't. The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to go the extra mile. They offered free breakfast at the office which consists of coffee and a danish. The people who are full-timers at the park are all very friendly, they treated my children like royalty. The bathrooms were immaculate. On the downside was the noise. Between the trains behind us, the fire engines next door, and the garbage truck at 3:30 in the morning, it was hard sleeping at night. You also have to plan ahead when you drive into the park. The median on the road makes it impossible to enter from the west. You have to find a place to turn around and enter from the east, and most of the side roads are very narrow with low trees. Having said all that, would stay here again though We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here one night in out 5th wheel and went to the Beau Rivage Casino for a unforgettable crab buffet. The park is in a great location between Casinos and across the street from wonderful beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. My suggestions is to walk around the park and look at the site you want. There are a mixture of sand, gravel, and grassy sites. Lots of room for big rigs. I thought the price was a little steep at $38 but everything is new as they rebuild from all the hurricanes. These people are trying hard to make this work and would highly recommend this campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very well kept park. Clubhouse, Restrooms and showers completely remodeled after Katrina. People exceptionally friendly. Views of coast available. Walking distance to beach close to casinos restaurants and shopping. Have stayed there several times and will come again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here in November 2008 and enjoyed so it well that we have booked for the last weekend of this month. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Close to all the fun that the town of Biloxi has to offer. All hookups worked very well and my pull thru site, #99 was plenty long for 30 ft. Class C/dolly/toad. We will use the CG anytime we are in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is just now re-opening after Katrina hurricane. The park is just across hwy 90 from the beach. The location is great. BUT, the park is not completed yet. When completed, this park will be most desireable. The owners are installing all new plumbing and electric. The sites are very spacious. The only reason for the mid range rating is due to the park not being completed. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It is located Right On Beach Blvd. This is a great Big Rv Park 15 Acres right off of the Main Hwy 90 Beach Blvd. Wi-Fi worked great and my Rv site was very nice. The Beach is right across the street. We walked there every Morning and you can also walk to Treasure Bay Casino or take the Shuttle. The place is just in the middle of it all. We will stay there Again :) We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We talked to the security guard at the park and he told us that FEMA had rented the entire park and that FEMA RV'S would probably be moving out by the summer 2008 or early winter 2008 for snowbird season, Overall the park looked great considering hurricane Katrina ravaged the entire place. Some workers were fixing the fence and pavilion and it looks like they were getting the place back to normal. I would stay there if they were open but can't wait until they're back open wish thoses people down there the best. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The RV Park is still advertised in the RV Campground Directories so I drove by the Park to check out its status after Katrina. There was a No Vacancy sign posted at the entrance. The Park is completely full of FEMA trailers with families living in them full-time. The office was closed. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. We have been on the road for over two years and have had our disappointments along the way. Great location clean and well maintained. Nice park. Hosts were friendly. Campground across the road from the beach area. Swimming pool closed at about 8PM which was a disappointment for us as we pulled in around that time. We stayed only one night. We would stay there again if traveling through. Restrooms and game rooms were clean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in the newer pull thru sites at the front of campground. Nice lighted pedestals containing the electric and cable hookups. Pull thru sites are all on large crushed stone - no grass. Nice level sites. Some of the speed bumps have been removed. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Treasure Bay casino. Train runs in back of campground - we didn't hear it very much. We would go back again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First time staying there. We stayed a month for $375. Was the only park available, but we will return. Clean park overall - they were working on sites and it rained a lot when we were there so there was mud on the road. Sites are grass; no patios. Friendly staff. Park is close to casinos and we ejoyed our stay. We are going back this year because of the staff and proximity to the ocean - it is right across from it. Negative was the utilities that 4 rigs share - which means 2 rigs have the utilities on the wrong side of their units. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We really enjoyed Cajun RV Park. The facilities are roomy and very clean. We also learned alot about the area through the staff. We are looking forward to going back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Only reason we stayed here is because other campgrounds were full. This place catches the overflow from some of the other campgrounds. Like all campgrounds in Biloxi it is next to the railroad. The 3 AM train blows the whistle right behind the place. The hookups for our site were on the curb side of the rig. There are speed bumps all through the campground. Not good for motorhomes becaue they are not all perpendicular to the roadway. Causes flexing of body. Scary. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Were told that trains came by occassionally. We were parked on the track side and trains came by all night long, every 10 to 15 minutes. Permanents park vehicles at vacant sites. Otherwise sites level, park mostly clean. Staff could be improved in attitude. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a good two day stop at Passport America prices. The pool was clean and ample sized sites. The casino shuttle picks you up at the office. We had no trouble entering from the east and leaving towards the west. The train could be a bother if your on that side of the park. We will go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the first park that has received positive ratings on this site that we were disappointed in. The park has several full timers whose sites are very trashy and unkept. We visited park in 40' motorhome. The sites are concrete with grass but narrow. The electric post is on the patio side of site while the other utilities are on driver's side. The site appeared that a snowbirder had left & site was not cleaned-I picked up cigarette butts, broken glass & tie wraps. Many people had to partially park their tow or towed vehicles into roadways which made maneuvering a big rig difficult. I had to back out of the site when I left-luckily the 2 sites behind me were vacant. A train track is within only a few feet of the campground and is active all day & night. Sleeping was very difficult. We understood why the office had a "no refund" sign. The park is a 1/4 mile from a beautiful white sand beach. Several casino shuttles provide transportation to several local casinos. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Clean park - is situated behind a motel turned apartments all owned by same people. The husband and wife team that manage the place are quite friendly. Not the easiest place to find, but the sites are good sized and level. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is very nice and well cared for. The place is always clean and looks very nice. A Cajun family from La. owns park and do a great job to see that you are happy. We stop here a lot on our way West on I-10. Biloxi is also very nice place to see. We camped here in a camper.

I have given some other parks a rating of 10, and now I’m sorry because this park has redefined the high end of my scale. All the spaces were roomy with immaculate level concrete pads, joined by an immaculate roadway. The landscaping was lovely. The front desk clerks were helpful and friendly and looked like movie stars. Everything about the place was first rate, and although it was expensive, I feel like I got my money’s worth. The staff recommended Ole Biloxi Schooner as a great local restaurant, and we thought it was fabulous. Get the gumbo. The only things I didn’t like were that it wasn’t that close to the beach and that the spaces were close together. I would have liked a little more elbow room between my rig and my neighbor’s. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Awesome campground. Clean and well managed with the most friendly staff. Clean pool, propane, RV supplies, laundry, and free coffee... I'm going back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week. This is an upscale RV resort, and it is magnificent. It is well designed and kept very clean. The park management is very helpful and friendly. They hosted a barbeque at noon on Saturday and provided all of the fixings, chips and soft drinks for the whole resort. They did a great job. It was one of the most enjoyable weeks we ever spent camping. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Majestic Oaks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This RV Resort is extremely well kept. The sites are close but the grounds are very well maintained and beautifully manicured. The concrete pads are large enough for our triple slide motorhome and outside sitting and cooking area. Zack and Sherry are wonderful people who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. I loved the temperature of the pool although locals said it was too warm. Free Wi-Fi worked great and the sound of the trains were hardly noticed. The Kessler AFB was close and the training they did one day a week was enjoyable to watch. I would recommend this resort to others! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the best campground on the Mississippi coast. Manicured landscape. Fantastic staff. Some of the sites have small trees that my awning would not roll out, but the staff gladly put me in another spot where it would roll out. Other than that this place is the only campground that I will stay in on the coast again. The staff had a free BBQ, raffle, and a rented water slide for the kids on the 4th. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is just an RV park (a lot of concrete and side by side spaces) but a very nice one. Very clean, well lit, and modern. A matter of only a few blocks to Beach Blvd. and Biloxi's beautiful beaches. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to the casinos. We had a pull through site but I did not see any sites that would be difficult to get into with even the largest rigs. Also, plenty of room for your toad. It was very hot the day we arrived and our central A/C had not been working on the road due to a problem with the generator. So, we were anxious to take a dip in the pool to cool off. This is our only complaint. The pool water was very warm. More like a hot tub. Perhaps the sun and ambient temperature (high 90's) caused this but coming from the South, we've never been in an unheated swimming pool that was this warm even on the hottest days. Only a minor complaint. It was still refreshing. We would recommend this park to anyone paying a visit to Biloxi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An outstanding RV park. Clean, level sites, all paved, landscapped beautifully, well lighted, an "easy do" and choice location. One small irritant: The WIFI was inconsistent. Reserve early to be sure you get a spot and there are no bad sites! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

What a wonderful surprise. This is a lovely park with magnificent old oak trees. The staff is fantastic. The rate of $28 is based on a weekly rate. We would definitely stay here again. The beach is 1/4 of a mile away. Of course, there are the casinos and lots of shopping. All the sites are paved as well as the interior roads. Yeah, finally a park that lives up to the website. This was the prettiest, most well maintained campground we've found. The landscaping was very nicely done. The office staff was extremely nice. While it was advertised as a Good Sam park, I was told that it is not, so there was no discount. It is convenient to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage and close to the beach. I had no problem with Internet access. We had a very strong signal. We asked and were given a pull through site. They were all concrete sites with picnic tables. We also had no problem with getting our satellite to work, even though they had cable at the park. We'd definitely go back to this lovely park, even though it was more expensive than most in which we have stayed. It was worth the extra money. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very well kept park. The sites are all concrete and landscaped. Keesler AFB is very close, but aircraft noise has not been a problem. We had an unexpected surprise as the spring airshow was held while we were here. Lawn chairs on your site provide an excellent view of all aerial demonstrations. We stayed 5 nights and will return. What an incredible park. It's close to both the Beau Rivage & Hard Rock. casinos. The park is immaculate as well as the bathrooms and showers! The sites are decent with full hook ups (site 56). We stayed only for a night but we will be back to enjoy the campground as well as the local sights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A luxury park we would go back to even if it is slightly snobbish with restrictions on RV type and age. Spotlessly clean facilities, all level concrete pads. It’s about 1/2 mile to white sand beach and only a short drive to the casinos. Unlike some others, I had no problem with WiFi. Don’t miss the beautiful chainsaw tree carvings along the Beach Boulevard. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice campground.The sites are all concrete and landscaped and ours was perfectly level.The only thing is that the concrete on the awning side doesn't go far enough back, so we could not back the camper all the way in. We had to leave about 10' behind the camper open so that we could enjoy full use of the awning. Not a bad trade off for such a beautiful place. They also have pull-thrus with ample parking. The pool is well kept and the bathhouse is clean and has A/C. There are some beautiful oak trees on the premises, most being up front near the office. The staff was extremely friendly. It is less than a mile from the beach. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as the ferry boats to Ship Island located a short drive away in Gulfport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park very well kept. Sites very close together. Pool clean but small for number of users. We stayed for 3 nights and had continual problems getting WiFi. When we did get on the signal was very low. Needed internet for business planning. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The amenities are very nice. However, the back in sites are tricky to back in. They have mulched the pet walk area so it is useless. I asked about several discounts such as Good Sam and Escapees and was told it was already a discounted rate. That is pure BS. We paid $38.50 plus tax. We stayed there since it was only for 1 night but will not stay there again. The WIiFi dropped very often as a previous poster noted. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice luxury RV Park. The buildings, landscaping, pool, etc. are of a much higher quality than average and you pay accordingly. (My rate of $20 reflects the monthly rate.) We stayed here because it is in central Biloxi instead of right off of I-10, and the attractive monthly rate. It is very popular with folks that come down every year for Biloxi's Mardi Gras celebration. We've stayed here twice, this time, and April-June 2007. The people are friendly, and the park is very well maintained. Eat at Shady's, just a short walk up Pass Road for good Pad Thai and gourmet pizza. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it's a long 15 minutes if it's between June and September and the temperature and humidity are both above 90. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were surprised to find this expensive park nearly full in mid January, but we saw many Lincoln and Cadillac toads next to ultra-expensive rigs. Concrete streets and pads; sites very close together. Major airplane noise from nearby Air Force Base. Meticulous landscaping; gardeners with screaming leaf blowers several hours a day. Train noise. Small pool, no hot tub. No rigs older than 10 years allowed. Lots of dogs, but we noticed no barking. Propane available on site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Well maintained park. While sites are wide enough, the park feels very crowded. We could see in the windows of those next to us, and out your widows is a wall of RVs almost blocking out the sky. The facilities are very nice and landscaping great. The WiFi did not seem adequate for the number of users in the park. Often couldn't get on or once on were dropped, and then couldn't get on again. Train noise is significant, and so are jets from nearby Air Force Base. We have blackout shades and this is the first time that it was so bright in a campground at night that the blackout shades could not blackout the light. Also, two years after devastating hurricanes, Biloxi and Gulf Port are still in great need of rebuilding and getting rid of all the rubble. It looks like a war zone. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a truly beautiful park, with meticulously-maintained landscaping, stately trees and a lovely pool. The owners have made maximum use of their property, giving the impression of spaces too close together, but each concrete site is wide enough for a rig and a vehicle parked side-by-side and plenty long with a landscaped area in between. They have free cable TV and free Wi-Fi, although they are still working out some kinks with the Wi-Fi. The laundry is spotless, and they have a limited amount of RV and grocery supplies for sale in the office. They are not far from some train tracks, so you will get the train noise, but there is not much road noise. While we were there, the owners even treated everyone in the park to a shrimp boil one day at lunch! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very neat, attractive park, easy parking, good interior roads. Only complaint was the wifi was slow, slow, slow and would drop you offline frequently. Other than that, a great place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful, well maintained park. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and to accomodate us on a very busy weekend. We especially enjoyed the very large grassy space in the front of the park as it gave us a nice area to exercise our dogs. We will return to this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice, new park, however, very expensive. The spaces are a bit small in length if you have a MH and a toad. The pull thrus require you to unhook and park your toad in the parking space provided. Had I known this, I would have opted for a back-in and saved some money. The grounds are pristine and the Wi-Fi & cable work well. The rate shown is the "special" rate and I was told the normal rate for a pull-thru is $55 night. When I tried to use Passport America, they refused to honor it, even through they are in the PPA book and on the web site. We have paid more for a site, but that was in downtown New Orleans, about 3 blocks from the French Quarter, not Biloxi, Ms. Although tents are not allowed, we saw something that looked like a tent on steroids, with a window AC hanging out the side and electric cords running to the pedestal. For what you get for the $$, we won't be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful campground. Although it is basically on blacktop the sites have grassy area in between. Landscaped with palm trees and flowers. Each site had two benches that you can put together and make a table. The pool refreshing. I believe this campground is fairly new. With Katrina's destruction still very present in Bilouxi Gulf Coast this was a great find. Within walking distance to the Beach Blvd. - (20 mins on foot), but nothing to really see there. The casinos are nearby. I would definite stop here again if I was in the area, once things get build backup. The office staff was very friendly. - Free coffee too. WIFI connection was very good. Family friendly, but no planned activities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A small RV park but excellent. All concrete slabs, very clean restrooms. Very nice pool. Free coffee at office. Nice gift show, but pricey. Very quiet with many local restaurants close by. An incredibly beautiful & well maintained LUXURY RV park. In fact, it was so nice I was afraid that our kids (5 & 7) would mess something up. Post Katrina, the coast is still a mess. This park is new since Katrina. I believe it was a trailer park before. The new owners have really put some money into this place. The whole place is beautifully landscaped - palm trees, azaleas, crepe myrtles, liriope. The pool is heated, although it was still a little bit cool for Easter week. The bathroom was cleaner than mine at home, and I pay someone to clean my bathrooms. The paint, tile & decor was beautiful. Only draw-back - they ask that dogs are walked in the doggie area - which is at the back of the park (not a far walk). It's low and mostly sand which is hard to get off of little paws. It would be great if part of it was fenced in to let my dog run around freely for a little while. This is NOT a campground - it is a LUXURY RV park. No tents, and I don't think they'd allow pop-ups. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and riding their bikes. Oh - and another kind of draw back. The place is SO well lit at night, that the light would wake us up and we actually thought it was morning. I would sit up & lift the window blinds to see if it was am or pm. But then again, this could be a "pro" for those wanting extra security. I've highly recommended this place to my in-laws & other adult RVers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

In this case, you get what you pay for. It is a nice, well planned, easy to maneuver concrete road /pad park. Sure, there are trees and grass, but the roads are wide, and the sites are good width and length. A great place just minutes from the casinos. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is nicely landscaped and meticulously maintained. The sites are all paved, with space to park your TV or Toad beside your rig. The WIFI was good, the bath house was spotless, but the pool was quite small. Just wish they had more kid amenities -- no playground, basketball court or game room. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice new park for visiting Biloxi, Gulf Port, etc. Sites are close together, but clean and paved. There are lights in hook up post which is nice if you arrive late. Great laundry facility. Clean showers. Small pool was open, but it was too cold to swim when we were there. Staff was very accomodating when I kept calling to delay our arrival date. This park is clean, very well landscaped with some shaded spots. We stayed for a month for $535.00, which included all hookups and free Wireless Internet in our Coach. Majestic Oaks is located just minutes from the beach and centrally located in Biloxi. Gulf Port is just a few miles down the Road. We found great restaurants at the Beau Rivage Casino, a world class destination by itself. Both the bathrooms and laundry facilities were some of the best we have seen. Enjoy!! The staff was very friendly upon arrival and gave us an escort to our site. The roads are paved but narrow. I was able to manuever around them even with our 36' fifth wheel. Many trees in the park, but nothing overhanging the sites or roadway. The park is near the interstate but very quiet. Long, level pull through sites which have concrete pads. We did not hook up our sewer line as the connection was covered with a plastic bag. The park is close to Biloxi and Gulfport. It appeared to be a clean park in general. We stayed only one night and would return. We camped here in a fifth wheel. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground appeared to need a good cleaning...limbs, leaves,etc...right off I-10 so you could hear the traffic all night,,other than a nice place to spend a couple of days We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at Parker's Landing approximately 10 times over the past two years. For us it is the first stop out and the last stop back on our trips from Texas to Florida to visit our kids. Not a place we would vacation at (although the casinos are close and provide bus service by request) but it has been a great overnight stop as required. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have our favorite spots and on most all trips, they can accommodate our request for those spots. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access in and out park off of IH-10. We arrived late and left early the next morning. The pull-through site we had was level and easily accessible. There appeared to be several long-term residents at the park. We did not notice any amenities (playground, etc.) but really weren't looking either. There is some road noise from IH-10. The front desk staff was friendly and recommended a seafood restaurant called Tug's Wharf which was excellent. Biggest reason for lowering the rating - when I opened my truck door, I almost stepped in poop that someone's dog had left and they didn't bother to pick up. It was sufficient for a one night stay, especially for the price. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground isn't even ok for overnight stay. It's not a very safe campground. We observed a drug deal & fight between some of the long term residents in site # 14, 15, 16, or 17. We couldn't get a good cell signal to call the local SO. If the would provide security or get rid of the trashy people then we could recommend this campground. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Place is a dump. Ratings are way off; should be re-rated. "Internet Available"; sure, at $5.00 We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a long-term home to a lot of low-class rigs and trailers belonging to the locally employed fishermen. They have done very little to up-grade and maintain their facilities. I would not choose to stop there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The noise from the interstate was not a problem on sites up close to the office. In back I can see it as a problem. They have a very very small pool. A lot of what appears to be permanent residents. It's a nice park overall visually. The staff was not talkative and I thought their face would break if they smiled. They did not seem happy to be there. A little pricy and extra $ for the modem. There are other choices in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is, to put it charitably, a dump. Sites are not level, place needs maintenance, we could smell the sewage treatment facility, and it was noisy, noisy, noisy. Too many other good places to stay nearby to even consider this place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was this most awful park I have ever been to. The Owners and people that worked there aren't friendly at all. As a matter of fact, rude would sum them up. The park itself was not very well taken care of. The grass was uncut and the sites are very crammed together. If you enjoy some nice scenery, don't come here. The scenery consists of a conjested interstate. The park is right next to it and the noise is awful. If you have kids, this is not the place to come. Also, it's a fifteen minute ride to the casinos which includes getting back on the interstate to get there. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A nice park with a new addition across the bayou with 30 new sites. The "older" section includes level pull thrus which easily handle a 40' 5th and toter. Decent laundry facilities. The newer section are all backins, again level and wide and easily handling big rigs. Each site in the newer section backs up to the bayou and has nice views. The park is on the south side of I-10 and suffers from a fair amount of road noise. It is, though, our favorite Biloxi park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall, a nice campground. There are limited amounts of trees but Katrina is responsible for that. The sites are very level. The bathrooms/showers were clean. Lots of hot water. We did not use the pool. The casinos are close by but you do need a car to get around. The only problem what we had was that they left a note on our door while were gone stating that we had not paid enough for all the people that were staying with us. We had paid for 4 and actually had six. However, we told them when we checked in that we had six people and assumed that they would have charged us the right amount. They apologized and ultimately did not charge us the extra amount which we would have gladly paid had they not been ugly about it. But is was kind of rude to leave a note on our door stating we still owed more money. I would camp here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed from May thru July. Excellent location across the street from white Gulf beaches. Pool and park was kept clean. Staff picked up our garbage bags every morning. (The owner had no plans to repair the hot tub though). The game room is run down. They did have a lot of long term campers in the back and it got a bit rowdy some nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground itself is not that bad other than being tightly packed. The staff is very nice and courteous and the sites are level. The sites up front are dirt and the ones in the back are dirt with a little gravel and grass. Our problem with the campground was the train track which joins the campground immediately to the rear. All night, every night, long trains come lumbering down the main line with their horns blaring at each crossing. It sounds like they are inside your RV. Not once but at least a dozen trains a night, all night. Worst two nights of almost sleep we have ever experienced in 25 years of camping. All campgrounds along Beach Boulevard have this problem. But, I never will again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrived around dark but appeared to be very nice park with easy access to beaches and casinos. Casinos provide shuttle service. Only problem was the freight train that managed to pass within 25 yards of the campground about every 1.5 hours all night with horn blasting all the way through Biloxi. $22.15 w/GS discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I have to say that I was not impressed. The signs to the place consisted of the back of a park bench at a bus stop. The other signs were so small that we drove by the place and it was very difficult to get turned back around. The staff was friendly, but the gal who checked us in, needed some MAJOR dental work done. The sites were fairly level, lots of shade, but the site we were in was extremely tight. We had to wait for two other people to leave or move their rig, so we could get ours out. The train going through at all hours of the night was quite an experiance. I wouldn't go back again. We saw several other campgrounds with a lot more room just down the road, with bigger signs! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The people there were extremely friendly and we had an enjoyable stay there. It is just across the street from casino's and you can call for a ride when you are ready to go. If the office is not open when you need to call for a ride to the casino there is a pay phone in the breeze way and a list of numbers provided for you so you will still be able to call. They also provide trash pick-up at your site, you do not have to walk it to a dumpster yourself. I would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a camper.

Many nice shaded, level pull thru on grass. Gulf beaches across the highway are not visible from 99% of the sites and crossing the highway on foot to get to beach would not be recommended. Nearest casino is Treasure Bay, about 2 miles west. As are all the beach road cgs, this one is adjacent to the railroad tracks and the train that rumbles through at 2-3am, complete with horn, feels and sounds like it is invading your RV. Not only no office modem hookup but owner is quite dismissive of the idea. Location of utilities on some sites is strange - some curb side and some requiring a 30'+ sewer run. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
