Price paid reflects senior/disable discount of $3 per night. Site #14 is one of the nice ones as far as that goes. Campground is in rough shape with hardly any grass. Long, dusty, gravel road to campground. Showers/baths/laundry are in a building that is elevated in case of flood, but are clean. Many dead leaves on the ground. Sites are level. Water and electric. Biggest problem is the access after 8 pm. The lock on the gate is hard to see at night - the finger wheel is like one of those on a suitcase lock. While husband was behind the wheel, I had to attempt to deny access to a pickup truck that came in behind us - the driver did have the security code so I let him in and had him help me re-lock the gate. I shouldn't be put in a position to have to control the access and the control should not be so mickey mouse as this. Do not look forward to doing this again the next two nights. Next time we visit family in this area, we will park in their driveway. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access from Interstate 55. Nice location, close to many restaurants. I will camp here again. There is some traffic noise, but it is very minimal considering that it is only minutes from two major roadways. We camped here during the Dixie National Rodeo weekend. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

The campsite was very shady and on the lake. Fishing was allowed with a license. The rangers were very nice. The road to the campsites was white gravel but was in great shape. The bathrooms were clean but there were only two showers. It was very peaceful. It was amazing to have such a place right in the middle of downtown Jackson, Mississippi. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have a dually/36' high-profile fifth wheel. Our pull-through site was very difficult to access. This park is primarily a residential park model location. The touring area is a small section. The whole touring area is on what appears to be a steeply-sloping parking lot with varying site lengths. The slope is a big problem and there are large holes in the blacktop caused by bus jacks. Levelling - both side-to-side and front-to-back is demanding because of the slope. The largest sites were only just long enough for our trailer and were quite narrow with side by side hook-up. When another 5th wheel trailer parked alongside our slides were almost touching. Not a very pleasant location for other than a couple of nights, but located near to the Interstate (not noisy). Laundry room tiny but functional. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at this park after Katrina and found it to be exceptionally nice and well located near I-20 for easy access. All sites are paved with full hookups that include free cable tv. WIFI was available and a blessing. We stayed several days and there are several good restaurants nearby. The lighting was very good making it very comfortable to hook up at night. Good Sam and AAA discounts are offered and sales tax was included in their rate. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Arrived in heavy rain & was directed to a site that although paved was not level and had 50 Amp hookup 2" above ground and right next to sewer. Managed to maneuver to another site in very tight area, also not level. This is basically a mobile home park with an RV area, suitable for small motorhomes or trailers, not motorhomes with towed vehicle. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Views on here won't the best, but with our size wasn't able to find anything else so decided to try it. Stayed one week. Gravel interior roads, gravel and paved sites. The best place to be is behind the office. Very little interstate noise, no problems of lights and noise from the mini-mall. The race tracks we only heard 3 out of the 7 nights. Did hear train horns maybe twice a day but never was woke up by one. There is a swimming pool but it's locked up and not being used. There is Wi-Fi for a fee. The other part of the campground the gravel roads have potholes and would be a little tight for a big rig. But, like I said behind the office is the place to be. Easy in, easy out with a HDT and 35 ft trailer. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is located behind a strip retail center. There are two race tracks near by so noise is a problem at night. The pull thru site that we were given had two separate full hook ups, which was a good thing as the hookup closest to the concrete pad had the water line broken from someone pulling off with the water hooked up. This is an OK park for an overnight, but not a destination. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites fairly level however gravel roads generate dust. Seems to be more of permanent RV park not catering to overnight stays. Although I stayed several weeks, the water hydrant leaked constantly. The manager (Jerry?) was notified twice for water leak to be repaired but seemed not to be interested, in fact it was never fixed. WiFi was said to work but after paying for site I found out it does not. Management was not concerned about that either. Close to busy strip center makes for noise. Bath house just so-so. Although most everything could be overlooked if management was interested in customer service. Don't recommend anyone else spending their money here, I won't be back! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
