This is a courtesy park up for two days. After two days, they request you contact the City Hall. There is a dump station and a water spigot. A short walk to the town square. The sites are gravel and level. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very clean park with playgrounds for the kids and a new city pool. The maximum stay is 7 days but it is free to camp there. There are alot of nice trees as well as a shelter to use for gatherings. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a beautiful city park that allows free camping. Donations are accepted. We spent one night here. Our site was level and had 50 and 30 amp hookups. There are no hookups for water or sewage. There is a dump station and a separate water spigot if you need water for your tanks. Verizon cell service was not good, probably because of all the beautiful trees. Because of the trees, I doubt if I would have been able to find a satellite signal. Our Verizon air card was unable to keep us online. We would stay here again if we were only going to spend the night. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park asks that campers make a donation for it's maintenance, with no set fee. Thus, the rate represents our donation. The best thing about it are its grounds. As part of the city park, there are flowers everywhere. Everything is mowed, weeded, and trimmed. A canopy of large trees provides shade. Very nice. Water is available, but not on-site. The restrooms were not as clean as they could be. There is a dump station. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stayed here overnight while returning home from our vacation. The review would not let me put the price of 0, the smallest I could enter was 1 dollar: however it is free for two nights. It is a city park. The swimming pool is located within the park, but not the campground. The bathroom was old and did not have showers. The campground surprised us very much. It was very clean and well taken care of. Some of the sites were small, but we had a large site and the only other site taken was by a large Class A. A very nice place to stay if you find yourself passing through this way. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
