This is a newer CG it was opened in 2010. The roads and sites are gravel. There are a lot of long term sites but they appear to be weekend vacation use for the most part. The winters here are long and cold and I saw no sites that were prepared for year around occupancy. The Wi-Fi here is pretty fast and they have a decent selection of channels on the cable. Verizon and MiFi works OK. They have a nice swimming pool with hot tub. The showers at the far end of the CG are temporary and it looks like they will build a new shower house in the near future. All the shade trees a young and the ones with shade are long term. All the sites along the river looked to be filled with long timers. They have no discounts available. It's in a quiet location right along the river. I'd stay here again if I get back to the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
