Very nice campground. The sites were large and shaded, on sandy soil. There are lots of seasonal sites but we were not near them so that was nice. The bathhouses are basic, but clean and very large. The pools are wonderful. One for playing games (volleyball) and one for relaxing (has a 1ft kiddie pool at the end). Only thing is that they close the pool at 7pm. Could have been until 9pm at least. The Wi-Fi is located at the game room and is perfect for checking emails and what not. Campground is close to grocerys and Wal-Mart and other stores. Also close to Wildwood beach. However there is a tremendous amount of traffic to reach the beach, we spent a lot of time stopped at red lights! Staff was friendly, park is very secure, with gate cards necessary to enter. Our kids could ride their bikes freely until 8pm as cars do not go fast in the campground, we very much appreciated that. Overall very nice campground, good price, close to beach, wonderful pool. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
Where to start? When we first booked, I was a little nervous because there have not been any recent reviews. Were my concerns warnted? Half and half. We had friendly service from the moment we booked till the time we left. We did arrive way before check in and we were not charged for that. There are 2 fishing ponds but not easily accessable. They are surrounded by seasonals, tall grass and a lot of bugs due to the stagnet water. There are also 2 pools, one has a 1ft. Kiddie pool which was nice. The hours to the pool were only from 11am - 7pm - didnt make sense since office was open till 10pm. There were no kid activities which we knew when booking. There were a lot of horse flies and the bugs were bad. We were not able to eat outside at all during the week. Like previous reviews, there are a lot of seasonals. We happened to be placed in between several of them. Many will walk right though your site (under your awning) as they feel a sence of ownership due to being a seasonal. We did not use the bathhouses but I did take a quick look inside. Looked clean and primative, nothing fancy. This campground is about 15mins. from the Wildwood beach. If we come to the area again, we will not stay here again unless we are on a very tight budget. They are cheaper than most campgrounds in the area and give the 7th night free. Our site flooded when we got a good rain. site was mostly sand with a little bit of gravel. Site was also well shadded. Just too many seasonals and not being able to use the fishing ponds and limited pool hours were not working for us. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
As others have stated, there are FAR too many shanty style seasonal sites. We even saw a few pop-ups with additions and enclosed porches attached (yes, pop-ups). That being said, the store and game room were nice and clean, the pool and grounds in general were clean and well landscaped. If they did something to help clean up the folks that built second homes onto their campers they would have a very nice campground! We will be looking to stay elsewhere next year when we go to Wildwood, this campground was just too much like a trailer park for our tastes. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very nice staff. A few too many permanent sites for my taste, but that's a personal preference. Bring mosquito repellent! Our site was nice and secluded. Quiet, because of an enforced curfew for kids and bikes. No golf carts or scooters. Free wi-fi at rec hall. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I liked this place for its location close to Wildwood. They have a clean campground and were very friendly. I would have rated it higher, but too many seasonal run down trailers. I also had the last site available which was next to a site too wet and mushy to rent. I would go back in a better site. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
