This is a MH park, thus you are surrounded by Mobile Homes. The sites are large and level, the owner/manager is very nice. This is just off of Hwy 47, 2 miles south of all the shopping you could ask for. Only 25 miles south of Albuquerque. I didn't put in the nightly rate because I'm paying $275.00 + electric per month. 50 amp sites have to be developed by owner, so far we are the first to find this park. Neighbors are very nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
