Rate is Coast to Coast. This is a fully-sold residence park, mostly park models. The Coast to Coast spaces are outside the main park, not behind the gates. You do have access to the main park. Sites are heavily wooded, very tight, all grass, fairly level, and subject to muddiness when it rains. About half are ostensibly pull-thru, but internal access paths (not really roads) are very narrow. No possibility of satellite service. Dump station is also outside the park, about 1/3 mile from campsites. Sites are u-pick, first come, first serve. Even medium size motor homes (30-35') will have challenges maneuvering. Quiet times are not well enforced. That said, if you want to camp in the trees several miles from anything, this place would be ideal. Not our cup of tea, though. We camped here in a Motorhome.
