With a scenic river to float on, a jumping pillow for the kids, and new bathhouses, this park is a diamond in the rough, but as of now, very rough. Serious infrastructure issues: insufficient electric service and water supply caused entire campground to go hours with no water and only sporadic, limited electricity at a full hookup site. Pool was filthy throughout our stay. Lots of mosquitos: almost too annoying to sit outside even in midday. In 5 years of camping, we've never left a park a day early: until this one. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Wife said, "Great bathroom" as each was separate private room with toilet and shower. Pool looked nice. Weather wasn't the best so we didn't check all the facilities. Minor issue with electric as the first site had no power and the pedestal needed repair. They quickly moved us to another site. Entrance road off 209 will be a challenge for Class-A coming from or headed to North due to very sharp turn. Would definitely stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is under new management according to the sign and it looks like they are doing a very good job. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and well stocked. The bath house we used is new and very clean. If you have a dog they require a rabies certificate. The Wi-Fi worked well as did the cable. We were just passing through but this would make a good place to stay for a few day. If you are traveling in a big rig there is an overpass coming from exit 53 in Pennsylvania that is just over 12'. I suggest you call for directions for the alternate route. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
