We stayed 1 night and would not stay again unless it was the last resort. Water, electric and sewer worked, but as others have said, the long term residents seem to have it better than the transients. They far out number the overnight people. We were led to our site from the wrong direction. We were expected to make an impossible turn with our dully and 33 foot 5th wheel. Once we got to the site, it was an OK sized pull through on grass. It had rained and the site was pretty squishy. We were able to set up our satellite dish. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
