Dumpy. Small cinder block bathroom. Showers 3 no fan hot and sweaty. All of the swings and playground stuff was made of 2x4, 2x6 or 2 in pipe. Appeared to have been made in their garage. Tent sites had grass but poor drainage. I will admit there had been 11 days of rain prior to my stay. Game room cheap. Poorly marked entrance on main road. The largest green area in the place was the leech field. No close by food or stores. We camped here in a Tent.

Crowded, unkempt, dirty, poorly maintained. Surly owners. Pool not open on major summer holiday weekend. Small sites, unsuitable for most modern motorhomes. Due to unsatisfactory conditions and extremely poor treatment by owners, did not stay and will never go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
