The campground was awesome! Me, my wife, and two kids stayed there for three nights. You do have to pay $.50 for the showers but they were spotless and the bathrooms were fully stocked. The RV section is at the bottom near the lake and the tent sites are up on the hill overlooking the whole campground. They have a dining hall that has a large flat screen with cable. They have two large propane grills on a deck with tables and chairs for use. They have a playground for the children and the boat rentals are great $8/hour. They have two cabins, one near the RVs and one off in the edge of the woods. Both are very close to the bathrooms. The Cabins have a full bed and bunk beds, microwave, small refrigerator, and air conditioner. We had a blast and will be going back next summer. We camped here in a Campground Cabin.
Not in Woodalls. Only advertised locally in Watkins Glenn area. Price given includes Good Sam 10%. This park has the strangest entrance with a dozen or more mud-flap scraping speed bumps. To register you must park 50-75 yards short of the office and walk the rest of the way, also strange. The attraction of this park is being on Lake Cayuta, however the lake front sites have permanent residents except four 30 foot back-in sites with water/electric. Numbers 16 and 17 have 30 amp. Number 18 has 20 amp and 19 is padlocked so I can't tell... again strange. On the next tier up there are full hook-up sites that can accommodate large motorhomes. Our site (#18) was close to level with good electric and water. Two local TV stations. No cable or satellite. The reason for selecting this campground was to use our kayak but after seeing the thick green scum and algae over this end of the lake we said no and left the next morning. We camped here in a Motorhome.
