This campground did not meet our expectations. We pulled into the very narrow entrance road a 2 p.m. and walked to the office door only to find a note stating to go to the house. Where's the house? A person walking her dog, not staying at the campground, explained the house is further down the road in the middle of the campground. Fine. We walked to the house and observed the small river front sites. We knocked on the door several times and no answer. This was a good thing because we did not like anything that we saw. Old trailers, a pile of old tires, old propane tanks, close sites. We walked back to our RV and hi-tailed it out of there. This campground might be OK for tent camping, tubing on the river, but it was not the kind of place we prefer. There is a very nice state park not far away. We camped here in a Motorhome.
