Great place for kids. Not many sites available. Most are permanent and season sites. We enjoyed the pool (s) and recreation facilities. Better have a bike or scooter to get around if you want to tour the place. It's HUGE. Golf carts are all over the place! We camped here in a Motorhome.

NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY! With a 42ft MH we did not fit. Sites are not level. We would have snapped off our tailpipe if we dropped our air because of the incline. Tight and narrow does not even begin to describe the sites and roads. The roads are so narrow two golf carts would be tight, let alone a MH. Forget about satellite, too many trees. Antenna, nothing. Cable did not work. No Wi-Fi. One bar on cell phone, if you stand the right way. They have a ridiculous $3.00 extra charge for "resort" fee. And if you want to take a shower, that willl be .25 cents extra. In the bathroom there are no paper towels or blowers to dry your hands. Management does not care about sites let alone park. When we told them about us not fitting, they did not care. They had the typical answer, "We've had rigs your size here before in that spot". Hard to believe. Park itself is maintained to the bare minimum to get by. Mostly seasonal sites. Some well maintained, most are falling apart. It says volumes when a seasonal camper had a sign out front saying, "Watch your stuff, there are thieves among us everywhere!" Very overpriced for this campground. We will never come back here. We were here in a 42ft MH with a tow in a "pull thru" site which had a tree in it! Management was not even present during Labor Day Weekend, hard to believe but it shows the care they put into the park. Stay Away! All of this is in my humble opinion, mileage may very. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here several times and will again. We prefer the wooded area as it is more shaded and private. It can be a little tighter to navigate than the more open areas but we made it in with a 38' dsp and a motorcycle trailer in tow. The open areas are closer to the activities but often tend to have more partying going on. Seasonal campers were very friendly, they helped a few years ago when we lost an awning to a sudden storm. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For us, this is another campground that is OK for an overnight or at most a couple of days if you need to do something in the area. Access roads from the interstate (I-81) are good 2 lanes, but the campground is somewhat out of the way. Roads in the campground are dirt in near poor condition. We found mostly seasonal occupancy but most units were in good condition and reasonably well kept. There are also several park models. The swimming pool is across the road at the associated motel complex as is the office for RV check-in. Utilities were adequate. Campground was quiet at night. It was raining when we were there and we noted quite a few low areas within the sites that contained standing water as did the roads. The sites are advertised as being gravel but all we could see were grass. Sites appear to be reasonably level. TV reception with off-air antenna was decent. There were no Satellite dishes in view anywhere and we did not attempt to use ours. We would probably try to find another campground in the area that might be more convenient. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice family oriented park. Rec staff were great (thanks Penny!) well organized, family friendly and facilities adequate for rainy days and sunshine alike. Beach is nice but bring water shoes as it's a bit rocky in the deeper areas. Sites are adequate but can accumulate standing water in a storm. Park staff is very nice, good patrols. Nice paved access for bike riding and excellent trails. No critter problems, fire pits are nice size as well. We really enjoyed it there and will definitely be back! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a hidden gem. We booked this campground because it is close to the I-81 and half way between Watertown and Syracuse. We were taking our very first trip in our new 5th wheel. The staff was very friendly when we booked and when we arrived. We were escorted to our site which was gravel and level, very wide and had a picnic table. Road from the interstate to the park was newly paved. Roads in the park are a little rough but OK, no pot holes. The park is on city water (40 psi) and there are no issues with the electricity. We had strong, free Wi-Fi at our site. Our site faced the 4th hole of the 9 hole golf course. This course is 2537 yards from the blue tees. If you stay 2 nights, for an extra $15, two can play 9 holes of golf with a cart! This park is pretty much an adult park. There are no kiddie structures or pool, but there is a small restaurant and covered patio that offer snacks and beverages before or after golf. Or anytime else for that matter: for a reasonable price. We will definitely return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice, clean RV park with very large spaces, in the middle of a small golf course. Free golf with two nights stay as well. Seasonal residents seem very friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
