Clean park but very rude owners. They do not care if you rent from them or go somewhere else. Very quiet park. No activities. Does have swimming beach and boat ramp but no docking and no place to leave your boat once it is in the water. Only has 15 amp service. Most sites do not have sewer. The owners here only cater to seasonals who have been with them a long time. This is the first year I have rented from them and paid for a seasonal site. I was told they had a place in the water for my boat but when I put it in the water the owner literally yelled at me for taking a spot and was called a newby with no rights. Will move my unit to a different park at the end of the season. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
