Rate reflects weekly. Quiet and clean. Minimal bathrooms (no paper towels) and showers. Sites level but small. Most sites are permanent. Not much to write about. Many trees that will possibly mess up satellite usage. Many residents use golf carts but not excessively. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Don't be fooled by the beauty of the entrance to the park. Once you are behind the owner's home you will see that this park has not had maintenance in some time. One shower for men and one for women in a park with 200 sites. If you are parked in the electric and water area you have true "outhouses" to use. Majority of campers are here permanently and almost all use gas powered golf carts constantly. It smells like you are parked in a rest stop instead of in the woods. Every weekend night at 9 PM they have a parade with their golf carts, circling the park 2-3 times and blowing their horns all the way! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
