Nice manager who opened office on a Sunday for us. He said that's why a "reservation strongly suggested". This park was almost completely occupied by long term renters which may explain the very poor bathroom conditions. Great cable TV and channel selection. There are 2 individual bathrooms with shower toilet combo which were very darkly painted and shower stalls stained. Wife won't let me return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an OK place to stop for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful management. They cater mostly to longer term residents, but they have several fairly new, long pull through sites with full hookups. Good utilities. The cable TV worked great, lots of channels. Didn't try the Wi-Fi as we have our own. The price reflects the PA rate. There was some road noise, but not a problem. It mostly quieted down after dark. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
