While visiting Canada we decided to spent one night in Canada's equivalent of a US "State Park". This park had three campgrounds. We stayed in Portage in site 415. We were a long drive from the office. The sites were huge a private, but the electrical hook-up was in the bushes. Also, at midnight someone started to play an extremely loud movie, which woke us up and we could clearly hear every word. When we tried to call the office/rangers we got no answer. After 30 minutes the noise subsided, but I felt we were on our own if an emergency were to occur. Although I don't think there is a pool, there is a beach on the lake. Very pretty, but I probably wouldn't stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
