We stayed at this park for a season. The washrooms, laundry room and restrooms were not as clean as they should be. There is a nice new pool, but we didn't use it as there was no rules and children were not controlled. The playground consists of a broken down tree house, and a sand box in disrepair. Horseshoe pits were not usable. The rec center was not in use, no association and dirty. They allowed aggressive dogs in the park so we didn't feel safe. Wi-Fi fee was excessive and didn't work half the time. Our site was nice as we did the work on it. The park has a lovely view of the Trent River. With better management and a good cleanup it could be a lovely place to camp. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The campground is located across the street from the beautiful Trent River. The owners are new to the campground and appeared to have a limited knowledge of camping. They offered clean bathrooms, clean laundry room and a camp store. Wi-Fi was available for a fee. The FHU 30 amp electric campsites are small, grassy, unlevel and unattractive. The 15 amp w/water sites offered a beautiful view of the Trent River. A $10.00 fee was charged to dump, for those camping in the non FHU sites. The roads are paved but small, curved and uphill. The campground is located on the side of a mountain and are not friendly to navigate. We don't plan to return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
