Our rating reflects value for money. The rate includes HST and PA discount. Most of the sites are occupied by seasonals with older but good maintained equipment. Our site was more than spacious right on the lake with an incredible view. Leveling was not an problem, the 15 amp hookup was flimsy but worked well. No Wi-Fi, no cable but we were entertained by the geese and their cute chicks. At night it was surprisingly quiet. We would stay there again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
