Family owned, friendly park with trout pond, winding brook, recreation hall, store, picnic area, lots of Canada geese, & permanent RVs. Very small playground for the kids, but nothing else for them to do. Older summer residents take wonderful care of their lots. Daily lots are in the back under the trees. Couldn't get out with our satellite, but got 6+ local stations (analog - NOT digital!) Wi-fi is free & reception & bandwidth is good. Price includes HST (taxes). Actual posted rate is $30.00 per night. So-so rating is for lack of facilities for a 'destination' park, which it seems most of the campers are looking for. We found it a wonderfully quiet, relaxing park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
