The cg is laid out in several sections. My lot was fairly level with full hookup. Roads are dirt and makes for a dusty environment when the wind is blowing right. Staff was friendly and helpful. Monitored the park on a regular basis. The park is about a half mile from Hwy. 401 and sometimes you could hear the road noise. but not often and not too loud. Appears to be many permanent residents. They were in an area of their own. A large pond has fish (catch & release). Wash room and showers were clean, free and large. Downtown Windsor is about 25 minutes away. I would stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
