Rated 10 just for our riverfront space. Park is a bit run down and the front of the park needs a bulldozer. Get down to the river-front spaces though and the view and sounds are awesome. No highway noise and friendly folks running the place. Try the skillet for breakfast / lunch. Dinner at nearby Holiday Farms Resort was not great. Will return! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this park. Even though it is an older park primarily geared towards long term residents, we were surprised to find most of those sites vacant and most monthly/yearly tennants are all together along the west side of the park. The managers, a retired couple staying there in their RV are without a doubt the nicest hosts I have encountered in years. We arrived late and they were very gracious and got us right into a spot even though my reservation had been lost in cyberspace. The next morning they had us right in a premium riverside site as soon as another rig notified them that they were pulling out. They knew it was our anniversary and wanted us to have a great site. And great it was. Right on the river! Needless to say we left them a nice gift and will definitely stay there again. The park's website does nothing to show the beauty there. The park is well kept and the laundry, showers and community areas and facilities although old, are absolutely spotless and in good order. Neat place! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very nice country park, well away from the highway, beside a rushing river. All sites are well shaded, some on river bank, some with view of river, others bit further back with carports. Nicely kept grounds, a good place to relax. Its off rte 126 East of Blue River. We camped here in a Motorhome.
