Another one of Oregon's wonderful state or county parks. Well maintained, clean beautiful park. Restrooms were stocked and kept clean. Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but I'm not concerned if I can't connect so really doesn't bother me. Very quiet peaceful setting, lovely dog area, and a great little nature trail down by the river. Will stay here whenever I come to Eugene. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are paved and level. Hookups are in the right location and worked fine. Park is quiet and has several different kinds of sites (see their map with pictures). They have a 2 acre dog park which is super. This is a very nice park near several places to do outdoor activities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate includes $10 reservation fee ($33 a night). Long spaces, about half pull-throughs, well spaced. Campground looks quite new, is very clean. We felt really safe here. Wi-fi worked well. Close to lots of shopping. A little pricey for a county park, but we would stay here again because it's so nice. It probably gets pretty crowded in the summer with picnics and recreation on the river. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a hard park to rate. If it were not for the noise from Interstate 5, it would get a 9 or 10 rating. However, this is significant noise from the very close I5. During the time we were there it was cold enough that we kept the windows closed most of the time so it was not as big a factor, but anytime you went outside it was a significant sound. Other than the noise it is an excellent campground. The sites are well spaced, but without much vegetation,so not a lot of privacy. It is well kept. During the time we were there the WiFi internet was not working. We could connect, but no internet. We had good Verizon cell coverage, but the signal was so weak that we did not have high speed Verizon internet. The Verizon map shows good coverage, but we could not connect to the 3G, so it was slow. We have satellite internet and TV and we were able to find sites where we could get both to work, but most sites have too much tree cover. The park web site does list sites that are able to get satellite, but we did not find that to always be accurate. The park is nicely dark except for lights on each pedestal. We like dark parks, so we wish they did not have lights on the pedestal, but it was not too bad. The camp host was not very outgoing, but he got the job done, so that was OK with us. Overall, it is a good park to stay to visit Eugene, a nice city with lots of bike paths, and the area. We would stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Certainly one of the better county parks we've encountered, but not as much of a bargain in price as many are. Long pull-through loops can hold the largest RV, and hookups are modular and conveniently located. Lots of grass and trees, but arranged so that most sites have a clear view of the satellites. Free cable TV was fuzzy, and the Wi-Fi was weak and would not connect from our site. Quiet at night, with a short walk to the river access and playgrounds. A nice destination park for families. An annoyance is that a $10 fee is levied for reservations even for drive-up campers. For an overnight, we'll probably look elsewhere in the area the next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a great park! And what a surprise! This is a Lane County Park but one of the nicest, most spacious RV parks that we have encountered. The hookup pedestals are new. The area is well manicured. It is not laid out like a parking lot, but rather the sites are beautifully located among the trees and around the central green. The sites are asphalted and level and there are both pull-through and back-in sites. Both cable TV and Wi-Fi work well. This is one of our favorites! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice little campground outside Eugene. There was grass around the campsites & plenty of room for a 40' RV with 4 slides. It is well kept & you can walk or ride your bike through the day use park. Some spots were unable to get their satellite to work. We were in #32. We couldn't get satellite TV, but they did have cable. We got good phone service & our Wi-Fi worked fine. We would return if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

County park. Great setting next to the river park. Full hookups, quiet. The restrooms are basic with no showers. Tents are allow at the RV sites. We enjoy this park and use it to wander around the Eugene region and will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Asphalt interior roads and campsites. Fairly level. Connections are well-placed and operate well. Good night lighting. Good space between sites. Reservation online and first-come campers have frequent conflicts. The grass was almost knee high and is not well-groomed, but green and plentiful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a treat this park has been after the cramped private parks. Large grassy areas between sites. Long, level paved sites. Wi-Fi was weak and cable was minimal, but who cares when the space is so lovely. There is also a wonderful fenced in dog park. It was very quiet and felt very private. While no trees between sites, park is full of mature trees. 2 negatives: 1) bathrooms (stainless steel type, no showers, no toilet paper, no door on men stall); 2) voltage never higher than 114. This is a lovely, green, well landscaped public park. There is a large fenced in dog park in one section. Although miles from downtown Eugene, the park is on a major road so it had easy access to downtown and the Belt line. There were plenty of places to picnic and ride bikes. However, not having any shower facilities was a minor drawback. The reservation system is clumsy and expensive and not needed on a Spring weekend when we were there. A very nice feature of the park's web site is that each RV site is rated for satellite service, and the rating is accurate. We had clear TV the 3 days we stayed in Eugene. We will stay there again during our next trip through Eugene. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I agree with previous rating. The cable may or may not work. I had trouble hooking up and went to the manager. He said he had satellite in his RV and thought the cable was only two or three local stations, but that he had never tried it. Other than that minor flaw this was a nice place to stay and convenient to all attractions in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We read about this park on the RV Park Reviews website and decided to try it as there is nothing else in the Eugene area close to I-5 without being right up against it and we are glad we did! There are 5 long pull-thru sites and all were empty when we pulled in. The trees running along 4 of these sites might make satellite TV a challenge but for us we were able to pull it in. The roads and sites are all paved and there are some nice walking trails. You could hear the I-5 road noise slightly if you were outside but not from in the RV. Getting back onto I-5 northbound is also a breeze as you only have to continue north on Coburg Road at the entrance to the park and it is a short drive into Coburg and onto the I-5 with no doubling back. If you need fuel before getting onto the freeway there is also one of our favourite fueling stations right on the other side of the overpass at exit 199 called Fuel'N Go which has better prices than elsewhere in the area and there is no problem for any size RV getting into or out of the pump as this was designed as a commercial fueling station. We will definitely be making this park a regular stop-over on our way north. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is such a nice park - we come to Oregon often and just found this nice County Park close to everything. The all paved sites are well laid out, lots of grass. Everything is very clean. We were here during the rain but could see how pleasant it would be to be here in the Spring or Summer - we will be back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is about the best you can get, if you are looking for beauty along with your hook-ups. When the county park system adds more "premium" sites this will be the best around for hundreds of miles. We last stayed in this park two years ago. Since then they have added excellent, fast Wi-Fi. The sites are large and paved, with lots of space between them. Verizon voice and data service are good there now, but the Wi-Fi was so much faster we stopped using our Verizon data card. There is a great trail next to the river and lots of space to walk the dog. The 50 amp power was strong even under a heavy load. Satellite reception would be a problem at few sites because of trees, but most have a clear shot at the southern sky. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a clean, quiet park. Sites are 15 feet wide and at least 55 feet long, level or nearly level asphalt. Most are back-ins, and about half of the back-ins require backing to the right (mostly the odd-numbered sites). Some sites have shade. Roads are wide enough, asphalt, in good condition. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Verizon data service works well. Cable is Comcast basic. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Non-refundable reservation fee of $10 per reservation. The sites are paved as are access roads. Area is grass and very kid and pet friendly. Site spacing is probably 40 to 50 feet from your nearest neighbor. Although I-5 is not far it only provides some white noise if even that. Access is great. We would give this park a 10 for those self contained and if they didn't want an on-site laundry. The biggest drawback for smaller RVers is that this park doesn't have showers. Bathroom were old but clean the one time we used them. The park fills up very quickly so reservations are highly recommended. Rate does not reflect the $10 reservation fee. As the others have said, this is a wonderful park. That said, we just finished 14 days here and the Wi-Fi in the park needs some work. We were in site 27 and the signal came and went the entire time we were here. We will stay again, but I hope whoever is responsible for the Wi-Fi service in the parks department, will have the vendor check and possibly upgrade the service. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a county run park with full hookups. Lovely place to stay north of town with plenty of trees, grassy areas, walks, and access to the river nearby. paved sites with plenty of space between RV sites. Picnic tables and fire pit at every site. No showers and no cable TV. there is a handicap site that can accommodate late arrivals if all other spaces are taken. we would definitely stay here again. Very nice park close to Eugene and Coburg. Good walking trails and nice dog park. Good Wi-Fi did not try the cable TV as we have a satellite dish for TV. Planned on a 4 night stay, and spent 6 nights. We will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The sites are large, paved, private and each has a good picnic table. A welcome surprise was the Wi-Fi that worked well. There is a large well-cared-for dog park. There is river fishing within the park. I suggest reservations, especially on the weekends, as was sold out when we were here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park when visiting the Eugene area. We parked in Site #6 which is a very large pull-through. Bathrooms were in need of updating and a good cleaning. There are plans to add 60 more sites with new bathrooms with showers. Camp hosts were outstanding. Great hiking along the river. We will be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here in a 40' quad-slide motorhome with tow vehicle. We enjoyed this park very much. We had full hookups, 50 amp, satellite, table, firepit and paved parking area. The sites are large and long. We enjoyed the night fires (wood sold at office) and family visits/BBQ. Personnel were very nice and helpful. On-line Reservation is wonderful to work with and gives information about every site. Maximum time limit is 14 days, monthly. Would have like to have 30 days but understand how popular this park is so 14 day turnover is good. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Absolutely one of the best parks we have ever stayed in. We could not find one thing wrong anywhere. The pads are paved asphalt and very level. The full hookups are state of the art and in the correct spot on our site. The 50 amp service was spot on. The water pressure could be a bit high which you may want to step down a bit. The hosts were extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. You will want to make reservations if you wish to stay on a weekend. We will definitely stay here again and again. Fantastic municipal campground. Good for you Eugene Or. Beautiful level sites, full service, very very private. Wi-Fi was really good ( we were in pull-through #4). Park-like setting. We were in a 28" travel trailer. Added bonus: 2 acre off leash park: very pet friendly. I do not believe there were showers, but we are still giving it a big "10". Highly recommended. We just know this might be the best campground on a 3 week trip. PS: great website for making reservations too! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice. I think this is a county park. Clean with a river for canoe's and fishermen right in the park. All new hook up (Monuments) 50amp and 30amp. WiFi was a bit weak at #17 but I was able to do what I needed. Located 2 miles north of town, it has the feel of being much further away. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a gem of a campground! One of the loveliest and most appealing we have ever stayed at. Price includes $10 reservation fee. Beautifully maintained and manicured sites are so far apart you feel like you are the only one here. New lighted utility posts and services provide much more and better utilities than your standard national, municipal, or state park. Convenient to Eugene and the interstate. Wow!! What a great campground! This is one of those places where you arrive and think...I wish we could stay a week instead of just overnight. It is a beautiful park, well-maintained, huge sites with excellent facilities. Wi-Fi is strong and SAT reception is not a problem. The sites are so large that even though the campground was full, it was quiet and did not feel crowded. The hosts were friendly and getting settled in was quick and painless. If you plan on stopping here, reservations are recommended. Our $35 included a $10 reservation fee. This is one park we will make a point of returning to. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very pretty and spacious campground. Has friendly hosts. Over 500 TV channels, but mostly duplicates. WiFi was not accessible, but has good Verizon 3G reception (although congested). Has very nice hookups and was very easy to maneuver. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I asked my wife what she would say about this place, and she replied, "Oh my stars!" Which is an exclamation of wonderful. As previous posters have said, this is a gem of a place. We are not sure of what is in the area, and it will be raining for the next 4 days. We have an appointment with Freightliner on Friday, and we will return here to the park for one more night. All of the staff have been very helpful, from the receptionist on the phone, to the host at the park. He brings all of the placards that you will need, to your space. He works with you for any of your needs. Pet friendly needs to be described as: an off-leash, fenced in, pet park. And it is very large. The best way to book a reservation is through the Internet. You must book 3 days in advance. It may be possible to book in a short period of time by calling the number provided on the web site. I'm thinking that the Armitage Park Campground should be a well kept secret, but to be fair to all who camp, it is a very nice place to spend a few days. The park offers more than just camping. There are picnic areas, and a boat ramp to the McKenzie River. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a gem! All the sites in this large county park had a huge amount of space between them, the most we have ever seen. If there were not trees separating the sites there were flower beds instead. The host was friendly, the hookups were modern, plenty of garbage and recycling. Did I say quiet? We could have stayed much longer if we knew how sweet this park was, but we had to get home. The only negatives were that the wi-fi was down, and a playground would have been nice, at least there was a large grass field for the little one. Make sure you drive past those highway side RV places on the I-5, you won't be sorry you came here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful campground with huge sites for either pull throughs or back ins. Distance between sites is large and there's great privacy. The full hook-ups and cable TV, and Wi-Fi are excellent. Satellite TV works well from the no tree sites. Access into Eugene and nearness to the McKenzie River is excellent. This Lane County park opened in February 2009. Large, level sites, all suitable for big rigs. Some pull throughs, some back-ins. Some shaded, some in full sun. There is a large well-maintained grass area in the middle. The campground is adjacent to the off-leash dog park. In fact, the only way into the campground is through the parking lot of the dog park. Excellent 50 amp power, although the pedestal at our first site was defective--one leg would sporadically drop to 88 volts. We changed sites. The trees are large, mature beauties. It is also adjacent to a huge day use area with trails, picnic tables, large open areas, rest rooms, etc., right on the river. Verizon voice service here is excellent, but data service is poor. They say they will have Wi-Fi here eventually. Only one restroom building in the campground, and it has no showers. There are additional restrooms in the adjacent day use area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very neat & clean park. Says it's for big rigs, but it was pretty tight. We have a 45' motor home + tow, and we were worried we wouldn't make it through the park okay. We were not too happy with the nightly rate either. Folks on other reviews said they paid $35 & the RV park's website did not have rates posted. We paid $44 because they said their summer rates started on April 1st. It's a cute park, but not worth the rate, considering there is no pool or anything else to do there but walk around. We will keep on driving next trip through this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy drive from Bend to Eugene, but even at that we always appreciate an RV park where it is easy to register and the folks are friendly and helpful even to the point of printing out a local map for us to go shopping, and sight seeing. Everything was clean, picked up, and the restrooms were spotless as well as the laundry facilities were clean. We had a pull-through which made it easy for us as we only stayed two nights. As always it is nice to go to a new RV park and find that the place is like its website. The only noises were slight traffic noise plus once or twice heard a train in the far distance. We do not give out 10 Rating generously, but this RV park could have gotten a 12 from us. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly, helpful management. Nice environment. However... Can be very noisy, adjacent to two high-speed highways. Park road is narrow, tight, one-way, so arrival and departure can be blocked by other RVers -- don't be on a tight schedule. Beautiful campground, very large trailer friendly. Concrete pads, with patio furniture and grassed in between sites and throughout the park. Small and very friendly staff. The bathrooms and showers are new and spacious, handicap friendly. I would have given them a 10, but I did have problems with the number of stalls for toilet/shower. There are 3 stalls, each separate which contains a toilet/shower and sink. So if all showers are being used one has no access to the toilets. This was a problem for us and could be for folks who do not have facilities within their units. This campground does not cater to "tenters" so be aware. I would definitely stay here again. Great family owns and runs this park. Very friendly and extremely accommodating. The park is well maintained, the Wi-Fi is very good. They serve free breakfast on Saturday morning, when everyone has a great time getting to know everyone staying at the park. The only negatives might be the fact the roads and sites could be a few feet wider (we have deep slides), and one side of park is near a major road. So would recommend staying on the north side of the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Whoever designed the website has never set foot on the property! We've been in parks designed for big rigs, and this is NOT one! It's adequate, but not great. And as for: secluded without freeway noise. No trains or planes either. "Frogs and owls are the loudest things you’ll hear all night at Deerwood." Please?! Good choice of a park for proximity to Eugene. Easy access off of I-5. The interior roads and sites are all paved. It is a bit narrow on some of the turns, but we did not have any problem in our 40' class A. We would suggest, however, to unhook your tow vehicle prior to entering the park. The front office staff was very helpful & friendly. Our price reflects a premium site, back-in, about 70' long, very private. Each site has a small wrought iron table & 2 chairs. One negative is that the interior road is a one-way circle around the entire park. Easy hook-ups. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The nightly rate I've given is based on their weekly rate so it would be more for nightly. This little gem of an RV park is in a beautiful setting just south of the town of Eugene. There's plenty of grassy areas and trees throughout. All sites and roads are paved and we have found it to be the perfect spot for enjoying the sights and sounds of Eugene. Tough to get a 40 footer on some of the site pads. We dug up some lawn because of a tree in the backing up area for a large rig. Nice park and was the first place I have ever seen that offers a full course free breakfast every morning except Sundays. Very smart. Deerwood is more quite but unlike the Deerwood website advertises you can indeed hear road noise. The premium spaces in the back are away from the road noise. Not all spaces are good for big rigs. We had to pick and choose our spot for our 40FT fifth wheel as the road around the park is quite narrow. Some spaces now have new, wider concrete pads. We noted that the few pull through spaces were very narrow, close together and also near the highway at the front of the park. Overall a nice spot to spend a night or two in Eugene if you pick your space carefully. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground with helpful, friendly staff. We're in a back in, premium site. I'm not sure where the thirty dollar rate came from mentioned in other reviews. Premium sites are $42 a night and regular sites are $38 a night. The main difference I see is that premium sites are concrete and a little wider than the black top regular sites. They also have some pull throughs. Everything about the campground is well maintained. It has good cable TV and fast Wi-Fi. Today is Saturday and they prepared a free breakfast for everyone. Bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, juice and coffee. A real nice touch. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were here for a week. Rate was reflective. Asphalt roads in park. Lots of grass in the center of the park. Very well cared for park. Normally they have a breakfast on Saturday mornings. However, for July 4 the owners were out of town and there was no breakfast. Next to I-58 so there is some road noise, especially on one side of the park. Only 2 restrooms with showers at the entrance to the park, so you have to walk a ways to get to them. Laundry has 4 machines. They take quarters. However the park does not own the machines (maintained by an outside company) and the office does not carry extra quarters. At our site our Satellite TV and our mobile broadband for the laptop worked well. At some sites you would not be able to use Satellite because of the trees. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Traffic noise might be a problem for lighter sleepers in sites at south end of park. Lots of interior lawn to play or relax on. This campground looked great on the internet. There is nothing for your kids to do here! No pool, no spa, no sports court or even a playground. There were a lot of long term and full timers in the campground. The pull through sites are really close to the freeway and you can request a site away from the noise that accommodates a large rig, but it's tight!! Sites are close together but well groomed and clean. Sites are paved and level but there is no privacy. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. This is not what I would call a travelers RV Park. It is a retirement community. About 90 percent of the residents are full time have there mail delivered here. You can not reserve a place in advance if you have one you like. The staff is rude and the "Locals" are very territorial. My 7 year old son received a verbal reprimand for riding his bike too fast. Yet, those same "Locals" can drive the wrong way through a 5 MPH one way loop at 25 MPH. The pet policy is not enforced as my site had a constant invasion by dogs when my wife and I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast on the porch. I think this could be a good fit as a summer home for someone over 75 that has few intentions of leaving there RV. Beautiful setting, very disappointing feel. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small and very nice park. It is a pretty setting with nice landscaping, including a beautiful central lawn area with lovely large trees. The layout is nice with large enough spaces, both back-in and pull-through; they are not overly large, but certainly sufficient. Sites are level asphalt, and blocks are required under jacks (no big deal, as another reviewer stated). The location is just south of Eugene and very convenient to I-5. The wireless works, but signal is weak. The management is friendly and helpful. We will return the next time we are in Eugene. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The only thing I didn't like about this park was the road noise. If it weren't for this I would have rated it a 10. The manager was very helpful and let us know where the nearest store was and made sure that we got a long enough pull-thru site.Sites are level and yes,they do require a pad under the jacks,but big deal. Bring your earplugs! We scored this so low due to the FREEWAY (Hwy 58) noise and proximity is 10 feet away. The staff claims they cannot hear the noise, no site is free of the noise, you can't hear each other talk outside your coach so sitting outside will be tough. Although you will get approximately 2 hours of no noise between 2 am - 4am. Website photos are "snapshots" and you cannot view the whole park. The office and laundry are converted mobile homes. The sites are blacktop and you have grass at each site. There are lots of trees. And of course you are in Oregon so be prepared for rain everyday! Deerwood is probably the best park in Eugene. It's right off Interstate 5 and there is a little road noise but not bad. The park is really pretty in the fall. Also Wi-Fi is now included in your campground fee - no extra charge. We arrived after dry camping for a few days and when I dumped my tanks the sewer overflowed a small amount. Very nicely landscaped (with some little trees turning all sorts of beautiful fall colors!). Great spots with concrete or asphalt for the RV/tow vehicle parking but grass alongside. Trees surround the park. Do know that there are no refunds (not an issue for us, but something folks should be aware of!). Also, they require that you have blocks under your jacks to protect their surfaces. Nice location near (but not in) Eugene. Right off I-5, on Highway 58. Some reviews said highway noise was a bit of a problem, so I asked for a site farther from the road, and that helped a lot. Nice staff. Many RVers were there for extended stays (e.g., for the whole summer), but they have fairly high standards for RV appearances, and also all owners seemed to take pride in keeping all their stuff looking nice. A small park, close to Eugene which was easily accessible via I-5. Sites were spacious and very clean. Great landscaping and large mature trees in a park-like setting. Service staff friendly, courteous and very helpful. We had only one complaint. At various times throughout our stay we noted a distinct vegetative, septic odor eminating from a few campsites in the park. It seemed to be in a specific area in the center of the campground. There seems to be a sewage distribution network that either is leaking, or needs venting repair. It was quite sulfourous at times. We landed in this RV Park after getting a blowout on I-5 nearby. The staff was amazing. Over the phone, before we even arrived, they looked up towing services for us, and it only got better once we were there. It is a beautiful park with lots of trees and elegant landscaping. The sites are level, cable TV is good, and they even serve a Saturday morning breakfast of eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage and coffee. We stayed for a week because of the damage to our trailer and loved every minute of it largely due to this park. It is located south of Eugene so you don't have to go through the city at the end of your drive. There is an excellent espresso drive-through two miles away and a Ray's grocery with lots of organic food. Also, there are nice hiking trails a couple miles from the park. WiFi is available if one is willing to pay. We used our Verizon broadband card. We couldn't have chosen a better place to breakdown. It was a haven. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Deerwood is an easily accessed park from I-5. There was a back log at the check-in when we arrived as the area at check-in has room for only one rig. The people behind must idle on the access road. The park has abundant landscaping and many shady sites. However, even though there were shady sites we were not allowed to choose an empty shaded site we wanted. The unfriendly person at check-in said we had already been assigned a site and no changes could be made. The laundry facilities were clean, but again the unfriendly office person said he couldn't keep quarters in supply for everyone. We had to go into town to get quarters and took our laundry with us to a very nice laundry in Springfield. Ninety percent of the occupied sites contained had pull-alongs. There were only 6 motor coaches. A high percentage of the sites held permanent and semi-permanent rigs. No choice of sites, the unfriendly manager, and so many permanent residents over-shadow the lovely camp grounds. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to Eugene with easy access on and off I-5. The nearest grocery store, however, was about 5 miles away. The park is beautiful with trees and a large open grassy area in the middle of the park. We were given a site that was far from the road and we felt like we were camping in the woods. It was very quiet and dark at night. However, some of their sites do sit right next to the road, so try to request one away from the main road. You are given a plastic table with two chairs instead of a picnic table. The plastic table was very dirty and unusable. The downside of being away from the road is that we were a bit of a walk from the bathrooms and laundry. But, it is manageable as it is not that big of a park. Thankfully it never rained while we were there. The bathrooms are very clean and are the type where you get the entire bathroom to yourself. The first bathroom I tried, however, I could not get any hot water. But the second bathroom had hot water, the water pressure was strong and it was very clean. The laundry rooms were very clean as well. There are four washers and four dryers. The prices were very inexpensive compared to what we had been paying. The washer was $1.25 and the dryer was $1.00 for 40 minutes (note, no change machine in the laundry room). The owner provided us free wireless access for the first 24 hours. But after that we had to pay for it (which we chose not to do). The signal, while we had it, was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A pretty park, however. a few items should be mentioned. My motorhome is 40', the pull throughs are not long enough for MH and Toad (CRV). Ask for a back-in site. Roads are narrow. Pull through sites were wide but paved area was narrow so as to walk on the mud and flower beds to get at equipment for hookups. Hookups were at the very end on pull-throughs needing extra length of hoses for motorhomes, or unhooking toads and parking in front of MH. This is a beautiful park south of Eugene, Oregon. There are lots of trees, good shade, and great landscaping that is well maintained. There are currently about 75 RV slots, which can accommodate big rigs. Spaces 1-11, and Spaces 65-75 are near the highway. Although the trees hide the road from view, there is still some road noise if you are in those slots. RV sites are blacktop paved, and pretty level, with some pull-through and some back-in. The back-in slots are a rather sharp, tight "back-in." The people in the RV across from me applauded after I backed in all by myself. Each site has a plastic round outdoor table with two matching plastic chairs. Laundry facilities and restrooms/shower rooms are adequate and are accessible for "physically challenged" customers. There are pet walking areas, as well as areas to wash your dogs. There is a covered picnic area for large parties. The state of Oregon emphasizes recycling and this park has recycle facilities included with the nicely fenced garbage area. The cable TV was limited but had good channels, no "junk" channels. Park is located on a bus line which runs weekdays during commuter hours. Although the park advertises "wireless available," it's with a 3rd party provider. You can get it free for 24 hours, but after that you must sign up for it with the provider. The "free 24 hours" has a catch to it, you must sign up with a credit card. (Therefore, I am saying "NO" to wireless being "available.") On the other hand, the park has it's own phone switch. For a dollar a day (as of this writing), you can have a phone line with a phone number. I found this option preferable. The dial-up worked adequately for my needs. The only thing I didn't like about this park was that it was not within walking distance of any grocery stores, etc. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had read other reviews about excessive traffic noise, but we didn't notice this as we were located in space 26, away from the roadway. One of the nicest private RV parks we've stayed in. Counter to what others have said about the road noise, yes there is road noise IF you are in the front rows by the highway, we were in the back against the tree line and there was some/little road noise. The park is beautiful, well groomed lawns, all the facilities are in great condition. The staff, Eric, we spoke to to make reservations and we met upon arrival was a very pleasant young man. There is little or no parking space at the office for signing in without causing a backup. We got caught up in a situation where we, 53' fiver and a 40'+toad Class A at the same time tried to vie for the same space. He patiently waited while I hurried my check-in. Overall, I'd suggest this place, it's nice VERY nice. There are 30 amp spaces and 50 amp spaces so be sure to ask if you're in need of larger amperage. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very attractive facility, very clean and well-kept. Would have given it a higher rating but did not due to the following: 1. There is a charge for wifi and the service is horrendous. Don't even bother with it. Complained to the manager, called the company, but to no avail. 2. Requested a pull thru but was told they "reserve" them for late arrivals and those that don't disconnect. Yet, while I was there, spaces got filled with rigs staying 3+ nites and the rest remained empty. Got lousy excuses from mgmt regarding this. 3. Advertising states the park is quiet...it is not. Very nice park and very nice owners. Try to get a site on or close to #47. It's a back-in, but furthest from the road noise & quite quiet. Spots are very deep, and water/ele. are at the back, but we had plenty of cord to reach. Internet is a pay service and quiet pricey for a week ($20). Easy access in & out off the freeway. The park was easy to find and the owners were very helpful when we need directions. One thing that could be improved is letting the pull-thrus be used by rigs that are staying more than one night. The bathroom situation is also bad. There are only two restrooms for the whole park. These have the shower in them, not separate. If someone uses the shower, it ties up the whole restroom. This is a clean park with some train noise. Sites are narrow, short, close-together, close-to-level asphalt in fairly good condition, with little or no shade. Roads are medium wide asphalt in fairly good condition, with lots of speed bumps. The office might have been open once, briefly, while I was there; I never met any staff. This is not a resort and there is nothing Premier about the place. It is right on Hwy 5 and the noise 24/7 is bad. I made my reservation late and was told only a premier site was available. Well, it was 60' long and close to their man made 'lake,' but it was also sitting on top of the highway. OK, then the Wi-Fi was about worthless. Premier but Wi-Fi that does not work? And, only a handful of TV channels. Premier with only 17 channels? Also, at least 1/2 the sites are occupied by long term residents. Not that I have found that a bad thing, but seems these folks think it's OK to allow loose dogs, loose cats, both causing a problem for me and my dog. I certainly won't be back and only gave it a 6 because the rest rooms were clean, the grounds fairly well kept, sites were concrete, but mine was not real level. And, there are not many choices in the area for RV parks, so this may very well be the best in the Eugene area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My first time as a "full timer" and staff was wonderful and very helpful. Escorted me to site and provided assist to back in. The is a great lawn and paved pad/ roads. Most of sites are pull through. Wi-Fi was good at my site and quiet with some background from interstate. Very pet friendly and long walk area as well as 2 fenced in areas. Leashes are strictly enforced. Clean and well picked up sites, bathrooms and showers. Loved the whole experience and will be a "full timer" for some time due to my job and this was an excellent start. This is our fourth stay at this park. Only one night this trip, we have stayed here longer. The area we like is the newer area in the back. Wide well kept spaces mostly pull throughs. There are a lot of long term residents in the middle of the park that are starting to visually bring the park down. As always the accumulation of clutter, wooden steps, decks and multiple BBQ's, just looks bad. However, the park is convenient to the I-5 freeway and there's a big gas station just outside the park where any size rig can fill up. We will stay here again as we often travel the I-5 on our trips. Park is filled by predominantly permanent residents. Overnighters are parked in separate section near the back and they are larger and nicer. If you are staying a week or more, you are moved into the small and cramped live-in section. Many of the live-ins "work off their rent by mowing, cleaning, etc". The showers are clean, however one women's handicapped stall was broken for 3 weeks and counting when we left. Grass and sprinklers are in disarray, laundry room is sometimes clean/sometimes not. Office staff can be good or bad depending on who you speak to. We got a virus from the Wi-Fi; it is not password protected. Cable has 16 channels, but not all of them are viewable. The I-5 traffic is so close at times the trailer shakes and it is so loud very few can sit outside to enjoy the nice summer weather. If you want a pool for your kids, they have one. They have a community center, but it closes at 6 PM, as does the office. We have slides on both sides of the trailer and had to walk in the grass as the asphalt pad was covered by the trailer. My wife and I have stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. The only negative we ever had was when we choose a site next to the pond. The geese like to leave presents for you to step in so you have to watch you step. Other than that it's always been a good place to hang out while seeing the sights in the area. This was our second stay at this park. We like the newer sites at the back near the pond. Our site was spacious and very long with a concrete patio and table. The utilities are placed correctly to allow for slides on each side. No other park in the area even comes close. They even deliver a paper to your site every morning. We also like that there are no "camp fires" allowed. Really don't like those fires. Pet friendly with a big fenced dog area by the pond. We will definitely stay here again when traveling up the I-5. Nice park well laid out. We chose this park based on a recommendation from a repair facility in the area where we were having work done. That and the pet exercise areas influenced out decision. This park is next to the I-5, which is noisy. The sites have grass and are clean, although there is no screening between sites. The lake looks like a man made small lake, is quite small and is located at the furthest end of the park. If you are not parked there its unlikely you would visit the lake. The lake area sites look newer than the area we stayed in. The pool, located at the club house near the front or the RV resort, always looked a little cloudy, not crystal clear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was average. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The site we stayed in was a 70 foot long pull through with plenty of space for opposite-side slide outs (2 cars + small enclosed trailer + tow dolly + RV fit with plenty of room). This is basically a very nice park, with a couple of issues. Actually it is not in Eugene but in Coburg, OR. The park is clean and well maintained, the spots easy to get into, even with a very large MH. Would have rated it higher but it is now well over half filled with long term residents. Have stayed here three times in the last 8 years and each time, there have been more and more residents and fewer and fewer short term RV's. There are also at least 50 geese at the lake, with predictable results. Neither of these are positive points, in my opinion. Also, the Wi-Fi was unusable, jerky and slow, apparently they have far too little bandwidth for the number of people using it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our second visit here. We choose to stay here both times after picking up new Airstream trailers at Sutton RV in Eugene. Just wanted to make sure we didn’t have any new trailer bugs that needed attention. We will go elsewhere next visit to Eugene. The I-5 noise is really bad as the park sits right up against the highway. When the big triple trailers go by our rig actually vibrated at night. I can’t imagine how much exhaust fumes people breath in by staying here. Location, location, location. That said the park is also run down. The AC in the laundry room does not work, the ‘fitness center’ is a closet and the restrooms need a remodel. Three seems to be a lot of long term residents which is OK, but the two small laundry rooms were very busy and we had to watch a wait for machines. Got to be a better choice in Eugene. Nice desk staff, we picked site next to pond (lake) we were escorted to our site but he made a hand gesture so we thought he wanted us to go straight, he made a rude comment about us not following him, made us feel bad. When we arrived at our site we noticed the grass area was full of duck and dog waste. We looked around and the sites around us were the same. Called desk. He said it was duck droppings and couldn't control them, but it was not dog waste. In the time it took us to set up, we saw 3 different full timers bring their dogs to do their business on the grass at the sites around the pond. A really great park! The only downside is that it is near the freeway, but it is convenient. The Wi-Fi is a little slow but improvements are coming. The staff were courteous and friendly and the manager is a true gem. We stayed here on our way north and he went way out of his way to work out a computer problem we had. We stayed at this site 5 of the past 7 years. This last visit we noticed some differences. There were some longtime visitors which had untidy units and campsites. The grounds were not as nice as they were in the past. The Wi-Fi system was too slow to really utilize it properly. The washrooms were still very nice and the management and staff were very friendly and considerate. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had stayed here every year since 2003, except for last year, and found the park has definitely gone down hill since 2007. The grounds have not been kept up and some of the long term residents have pretty run down units with junk all around their site. The Wi-Fi was very slow, painful to use. On a positive note: the staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was good and the main reception area and clubhouse were very nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Have stayed here many times over the last few years. The courteous, attentive staff really set this park apart from the rest. From the pleasant greeting at the front desk, the escort to the campsite, the delivered morning paper, the continental breakfast, and attention to every detail and request, the service is excellent. Yes, the freeway noise is there, but that's a small inconvenience when contrasted with the service, amenities, and friendliness of this park. The easy access to the freeway makes this a most convenient spot, whether passing through or staying for a while to enjoy the many sightseeing, recreational, artistic, and shopping opportunities here. This park was extremely well kept and landscaped, showers and restrooms were spotless white tile. Office personnel were exceptional and very helpful. Went above the expected in every way. Very reasonable rates and offer online coupons for discounts that brought our nightly fee to only $37. Pull through that even accommodated the extra vehicle that was traveling with us. Worth every penny and more for the caliber of this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice place, clean, well kept, free WiFi, newspaper, breakfasts. Showers etc. were clean. Small pool, hot tub but pleasant. Management personnel very friendly. Well landscaped, each site has bushes and trees to line the pad. Quite a bit of noise from the freeway but it didn't bother me and I'm a light sleeper. We'd stay here again! I agree that this is the best in the area. I rate based on my experience in all campgrounds, so I rated this a 7 leaning toward a 6. Easy to get into and good wide sites. Even though I was about as far away from I-5 as you can get, it was still very noisy and I my coach is extra insulated. It was early spring and the campground was in good shape after a harder winter. There seems to be a mix of residents and travelers. Very opressed area because of Monaco Coach in bankrupcy and it seem to leak into the park when we were there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stay at this resort frequently as we have family in Eugene. We have stayed at another park in the past but this one is the best. The sites are paved and there is grass with trees for shade. It is right off I-5 so there is some road noise but if you pick a site away from it you are fine. Great amenities such as continental breakfast, newspaper to your site, pool, rec area, very pet friendly, and free Wi-Fi. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The manager goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate your needs. It is also centrally located for all Eugene activities along with being reasonably priced for all that you get. Wonderful place to stay and the only place we stay when we come to Eugene. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park -- we weren't here long enough to take advantage of all the amenities we paid for, but we would come back for a longer stay if we're in the area. Our site is just barely long enough for our 36' fifth wheel and crew cab truck -- when we leveled there was not enough room to park the truck without angling it under the front of the trailer. There is quite a bit of noise from I-5, particularly since the weather here is generally good enough to keep windows and door open most of the time. But there's a nice grass area with a picnic table next to the concrete site and the site seems pretty level. Water pressure could be better, but power is good. Wi-Fi is the type you have to subscribe to but satellite dishes work well. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park really has their act together and its a CLASS ACT. Attention to detail for RVers. The separate building has a rec room with pool table and TV as well as a nice laundry room and bathrooms. The main office/store is also a nice lounge area. In the morning its Continental breakfast. Pool is very nice. Only small negative is that the spa was locked (not yet county approved) but there was no sign to explain. Lots of attention to detail. You are escorted to your site and assisted in parking. VERY pet friendly with 2 enclosed areas and lots of grass down the long drive for walks. Nice pond with ducks. Not far off the freeway but not much noise that we heard. GREAT park. Next time we will stay longer and enjoy the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park with easy access from I-5. Long driveway adjacent to cows. Beautiful fountain at entry. Check-in via a nice hotel style registration desk, with an attached souvenir store, and adjoining area for a continental breakfast. "Follow Me" Golf cart led us to spot. Our site was level. Freeway noise was low (although present). Quite! Lots of very large, new model, RVs were in the park during our stay. Newspaper left on our steps in morning. Breakfast was simple, but good. Hosts were friendly. We'll stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our third visit to Premier RV Resort and we will come again in the future. The park has some very large sites for the larger motor homes and fifth wheels, and they are easy to get in and out of. They are located just off I-5 in Coburg and are very near the Monaco and Marathon factories. In addition, Cummins, has a location the other side of the freeway. The park has a great pool, various games, a barbecue area, and other amenities. With coffee in the morning and a newspaper at my door, what more could be ask. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our 3rd trip to this park and one of our favorites. Everything is immaculate, rules followed and enforced, friendly staff, well groomed sites, daily paper on your steps, coffee and muffins every morning in the reception area, and very pet friendly. The sites are the widest we have seen, picnic tables, dog friendly with a fenced dog run area for off-leash fun. We will return again next year! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park. It's clean, the help is very friendly and always available. We've been here several times. The best things about it are (1) it's incredibly spacious. It's really designed for monster rigs. It's the only park in the Eugene area that is. 45 foot bus + a large car is easy to get in and out. You can't say that about ANY of the other local parks (Harrisburg, 10 miles north isn't local in my mind). I've been to all of them. (2) Help is incredibly friendly and service is excellent. (3) Clean with lots of nice areas around it. Individual shower rooms. Large baths. (4) Access to Eugene is very easy. Down side of this place is that it's incredibly noisy, with the constant freeway traffic just a few hundred feet away. And the price. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice, clean park. The management and staff are great to deal with. Very easy access from the highway and just across the street from Monaco and many places that work on your RV (Cummins, Allison, Freightliner, etc. I would give this place a 10, but there is a fair amount of freeway noise. We stayed here in a 40' motorhome while having our coach worked on at Cummins Coach Care across the street. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you are fond of goose droppings, this is the place for you. It is everywhere: in the dog runs, around the lake, etc. We asked to be moved, but were told the park is full. However the site near us that would have given us access to a droppings free site was empty for 3 days. The park management doesn't care that you can't go outside your site without stepping in goose droppings. The management could care less, as they deal with this problem every day. Find a park with no geese and you will be happier. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this park. The pool was kind of small, but my husband and son had it all to themselves when they went swimming. We had a nice pull-through far away from the highway noise. We had shade at our site (all sites have a tree and a picnic table and a little fence separating them from their neighbor's hook-ups - a great plus for people like us that have little kids that like to play with our neighbor's sewer hook-ups!). We got a paper delivered to our door in the AM and we feasted on free toasted bagels and cream-cheese and Starbucks coffee in their lounge. The staff was over-the-top nice and friendly. There's a huge pond/lake area on the property that is great for kids to watch the geese/ducks. There's even a basketball court. We would have liked to have stayed longer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great RV park (not really a resort considering only one small pool whose water was murky throughout our 2-week visit). Excellent staff; very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Read other reviews for detailed info -- most of it accurate and similar to our own impressions. The so-called "continental breakfast" is, however, nothing more than coffee, commercially packaged pastry and bagels, and some apples and bananas in a basket. Why bother, since we keep gourmet coffees, fresh breakfast pastries, and fresh fruit juices onboard our coach. But, it was more important to me that the basics were covered: facilities were clean & well maintained, and pads were paved, clean, and surrounded by beautiful, well maintained lawns. A good place to stay if you are visiting Eugene, having service at one of the nearby factories, or just passing through. Final note. Avoid, at all costs, "Fly By Might" -- the only coach washing service that services the park. They do poor quality work (wash but do not dry -- and they do not disclose this when you call for an appointment); damaged our coach's wind gauge (brings in the awnings) with their equipment ($160 to replace); and are completely un-apologetic. They use high-pressure hoses, work very quickly, and seem to have little appreciation for the high-line coaches they are working on. Let the coach owner beware. But, even this unfortunate incident, did not mar our visit nor our enjoyment of Premier and appreciation for their staff. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park that is friendly to all size RVs. At $42 it's a little pricey for a mid Oregon city and the competition. The laundry room is really clean but they should invest in more washer-dryers. People were waiting both days that we were here. Site space is reasonable for a RV park. The breakfast and newspaper is a nice plus each morning. Safety and cleanliness is top-notch. Wal Mart, Costco, Safeway and Fred Meyer are all close by. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is exceptional. The grounds are in tip top shape. There is one section for monthly. They have 2 laundry facilities. For cold wash its $1.00, for warm its $1.25, for hot its $1.50. The dryers are $1.25 for 55 minutes. The staff was great. They deliver a newspaper to your rig daily except Sundays. They also provide a continental breakfast in the lobby. We stayed on the end near the freeway and there was a lot of freeway noise but other than that we could stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The friendliest and most helpful staff we've encounted yet. Excellent sites and very quiet. Very modern. Free continental breakfast. Sites in our part of the park looked brand new. All with concrete pads and very easy drive through. Spaced wider than many parks. Easy to reach from highway. We will always try to stay here when traveling up and down I5 corridor through Oregon. RV manufacturers and equipment supplies to the industry all around. Great place to stay while getting rigs worked on (multiple manufacturers close by). We camped here in a Motorhome.

There is a $5.00 a year charge for WiFi. When will they learn to just include it in price of the site? $41 a little pricey but it includes continental breakfast and newspaper each day. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offered to make our reservation for our next stop. Laundry was $1.25 to both wash and dry. Some sites get freeway noise though we did not find it annoying. For an overnight stop, this park is very convenient, clean, and spacious. The staff is helpful and full of customer service. The owner lives on site, so he has a vested interest in your satisfaction. For satellite users, there's a clear view of the southern sky. I was there during a hot spell in the summer. The pool is too small for the number of sites/people. It's very pet friendly. The downside of this place is that Interstate 5 is outside your window, so it's incredibly noisy 24 hours a day. But that's why it's so convenient. Other downer is the price. This is the most expensive place I've every stayed. It's too expensive for what you get, unless you're just heading through. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park right off of I-5 in Coburg, OR. The back spaces (new section) are nice and big pull-throughs and easy to get into and out of, even with the towed vehicle hooked up. We stayed here one night and did not disconnect. The pull thru spaces are less than fifty feet long,so for my 30 foot (exterior length) trailer and Toyota Tundra I was sticking out at both ends. The park is mostly permanent residents and looks shabby. Everything is clean, but very old and not updated at all. Trains pass all night within mere feet of the park on an elevated rail line and road traffic noises are also loud. Way too expensive for what they offer. I would not stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here because of the Good Sam ad that boasted "sparkling clean bathrooms." Couldn't be further from the truth. Spider webs (and spiders) looming in the corners in both bathrooms, and the larger bathroom was just filthy. Did laundry there, and the whole place smelled like sewer and non-working washers were shoved into a corner of the room, and one of the three top-loading washers and two of the dryers were out of order. Was told sewer lines ran below it. The buildings were old and not well maintained. There was street moss at each RV site, and the permanent side had sites that were just downright junky. Wish I could say the staff was friendly, but can't even do that. Won't stay there again unfortunately because the river was right there! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Like the other reviews said, they have tight overflow nightly spots on a blacktop parking lot style. I did not check here before booking this place and should have. Nice host but the real problem was the train that ran next to the lot on a Friday night starting from 10 PM to at least 3 AM every hour. We were put in a black-top parking lot with a few trees, right next to the train tracks. The "park" is in a less-than-desirable neighborhood with ill-kept homes in the permanent resident's area. We tried two different cable boxes, but couldn't get service. When checking out, I was told the charge on the boxes must have expired. Really bad service! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is really a parking lot-type park, with sites one on top of the other and quite short and narrow. The Wi-Fi was really fast. We could only get a dozen or so cable channels. The bathrooms are in an older building but are clean and up-to-date inside. We heard 4 or 5 freight trains come by in the night and they were very, very loud. Friendly host. Many permanent residents. The spots were short and a tight fit. The whole area was blacktop. We had a difficult time getting out of our spot. They were too narrow and had trees too close together at the entrance of each spot. The train tracks are very close, but not a bother us. Parking your car or truck near you RV was also a problem. I advise anyone over 30' to stay away. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This really isn't an RV park. It's a Mobile Home park with a few overnight/short-term RV sites. For the price, you get friendly, decent service, large laundry, easy access to all that the Willamette Valley and Cascades has to offer, nearby shopping, dining, and U of O, and you have a clean area. It's great for a short term stay. The downsides of this place are that a major train track runs right at the back of the RV parking area, with traffic on it 4 or 5 times a day/night. Also, the spaces are pretty tight, yet adequate for large rigs. I wouldn't want to try to get 42 feet plus a car through the site when the place is full. We stayed in an off season. I wouldn't return to this place during a busy season, just because I don't think I could get my 60 feet of equipment into and out of it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

115 sites, as stated in their literature, is very misleading. The majority of the park are monthly sites, park models and motorhomes. The pullthru sites are truly awful if you have a big rig (and even if you don't!). Very narrow, hard to maneuver, nothing but concrete and so tight you can't put your slides out on both sides, not to mention a total lack of privacy. What is nice about this park is if you can get one of the river sites. Lots of grass, large trees, shade and overlooking the Willamette River. BEWARE...these are "parallel parking" type sites and the road is not flat, so some difficulty leveling the rig. Also, they are water/electric only so good for a short stay. A bit outdated, with electric on one end and water on the other, so be sure to have long hoses and/or electrical cords or carry extensions. Site #1 is not used so if you can get site #2, you've got lots of room behind you. Despite all written above, having all that grass, shade and the river makes for a lovely spot to just kick back and let the world go by. Yes, there are the usual trains with their whistles but after awhile, you don't even pay attention to them. We camped here in a Motorhome.
