The sites were somewhat level and large gravel pieces. There was no Wi-Fi signal from our hotspot or any cell service (with ATT). Cable and electric were an additional charge. The park was down a steep drive behind a mountain and four miles from the highway. The bathrooms were "being remodeled". We didn't use them, just looked in on them. We would not stay here again, even though we used Passport America. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This at one time I think was a great park. They are working on cleaning things up. No planned activities, but Lincoln City is not far. Verizon service horrible. Dog run great, a big open field for them to run. The people who run this are very nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I'm sure that in the summer months and absolutely NO rain this park would be adequate for a night or 2. We stayed end of October and the sites were flooded. The roadway to the sites was flooded. There is Wi-Fi but only at the office which closed at 4:00. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Right on the river with lots of dock space and boat launch. Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi available at the red barn/office, well-stocked stores, nice hiking trail. Weak Verizon signal but good for satellite dishes. Spaces close together and I had to add a T for water hookup with permanent resident. If I didn't need better Internet signal in my trailer, I would stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Rate reflects RPI plus extra for power/cable. This park is very quiet and in a pretty valley. If you fish, this is the place. Staff is very friendly. Sites are fine, power was good. Dog friendly. Could be muddy if it rains. The store has needed supplies. On Sundays, they cook a big breakfast. We will be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Found this park via Passport America website and obtained an excellent price by reserving in advance. In retrospect should have taken a look at the park before making a reservation. The RV sites were at least ½ mile from the office, located on a bend in the river. WiFi is available at the office but not at the sites. The “roads” to and through the campground were dirt; actually they were mud as it rained quite frequently. Lots of area to walk dogs, but the amount of mud acquired during the walks was exasperating to deal with. The showers were coin-operated; nothing like inserting another quarter into a slot in the midst of a shower. There were two washers and one clothes dryer. Left the clothes in the dryer for over an hour with no detectable change in the level of wetness; had to haul the wet clothing back to the 5th wheel and drape them around. Needless to say we will not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very friendly at office. Lots were fine as we were on gravel. Washrooms and showers were not clean. It was raining so there were a lot of water holes as there wasn't drainage. I don't think we would stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful area but park was very muddy and boggy. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. Sunday brunch was nice. Park was noisy with about 100 people in tents that had their festivities in the wee hours of Friday and Saturday nights. Quiet time was not enforced. Wi-Fi only available in the clubhouse. Owners and managers working very hard to get the park in shape and trying to recover from January floods. We would return in a drier season. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The 50 amp sites are all rock. 30 amp sites have grass. Some shade. No internet or Wi-Fi in the campground. Some cable TV channels had very poor reception. Walking trails needed much TLC. "Golf Course" was a lawnmower path 5' wide ran through a pasture of grass 18" high. They called it "Pitch and Chip" and charged extra. Had docks and a boat ramp. Nice fish camp but we weren't here during fishing season. Park needs some care taken to it. Would not stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here with RPI which was $10 a night and additional charge for utilities of $2 and $2.50 for cable TV which didn't work. There is Wireless internet 1/2 mile away from the campgrounds at the clubhouse. The lots are not level. The staff was not friendly. When we checked in, we requested one night and would let them know in the morning if we wanted the second. We were charged for both nights. I went in the second day to say I wasn't staying and asked for the second day refund. I also asked for a refund on the cable TV. She said it was the cable company's fault that it didn't work, not hers and didn't refund the cable cost for either night. There are several places in the park that appear to be for full timers. The showers cost you twenty five cents for minimum time. I used $1.00. The water pressure in the shower was not much more than a drizzle. I won't stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Not a bad little park. It is 3 miles off of US-101 to the park office and then .5 miles down the gravel drive to the campground which is right on the river. This gravel drive is probably the mud that was mentioned, it is a good gravel road and leads only to the campground / marina which is all the same owners. It goes through a pasture, with cows, llamaa, and a couple of goats too. Very nice effect. Had coyotes wake us one morning (5:15 am) and saw an elk track on our way to the Sunday breakfast they put on. This alone is worth coming for. $6 per person, includes coffee, juice, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, and probably something else that I'm forgetting. An outstanding breakfast. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is located on the river. The sites are very narrow and we did not have a picnic table. No room to sit outside so did not even unpack our chairs. We did not use the bathhouse but was clean but run down. Did use the laundry which is also run down but clean machines. The road into the park is gravel and muddy as it did rain while we were there. The park was quiet with few children even over the 4th of July holiday. We stayed here to utilize our Passport America discount. Might stay again if in the area and want to save a little money. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The setting for this park is a beautiful meadow with a big river next to it. Lots of colorful birds and great blue herons. The employees are all so friendly. We saw elk in the meadow a couple different times. They have done a wonderful job making trails to walk the dogs. When the rain comes the trails get muddy but there's enough roads to get a good walk in. I thought the laundry room and the bathrooms a little dirty. Stayed her for a week and found it to be a great spot to explore Lincoln City and the beaches. We'll be back for sure. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here two years ago and new owner has made many improvements. Others talk about mud; give me a break, this is Oregon coast, it rains!! Staff helpful and friendly. Cleaner and dryer than two years ago and new owner making things better daily. Like access to fishing and leaving boat at dock, extra charge but is reasonable. Restaurant offers special meal deals for RVers. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pleasant location by the river. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely some kinks to be worked out by the new owners, who appear to be working hard to make improvements. Examples include: WiFi at the campsites (the Coast To Coast directory says that it was already available, but in fact WiFi was only at the check in area during our stay), gravel at the sites (trucks with gravel were arriving when we were leaving), upgrade to 50 amp, etc. The road down to the sites and around the campground is definitely potholed, and rain makes for lots of puddles and mud. Not sure of owner's plan on that. We liked the availability of hiking paths, the pitch and chip golf course cut out of the field, kayaks, etc. In summary, a decent place now with some blemishes and hopefully improvements in the near future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The "rules" included the statement that you could not use A/C, electric heaters, heating strips, etc. They provide 30 amps, but don't want you to use it! Maybe because it was spring they hadn't really got set up for summer yet, but there was mud all around, about 1/2 of the sites weren't really usable, the road was in HORRIBLE shape and all of the campsites needed gravel put in so you didn't sink up to your hubs. Manager had no idea on where to put units. Put us in a site that wasn't big enough. Luckily there were some maintenance men working and they helped us park in a site that would handle our rig. The camp site is about 1/2 mile from the main road (and the clubhouse) and looks like it wouldn't take much of a hard rain to have that river flooding into the campgrounds. This is a membership park and we stayed under ROD. Will not return, there are better options in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park with great people. We were headed up 101 with no place to go, and this park was an oasis! This is different camping than we were used to - no fire pits, few picnic tables, and very close together. The spaces are tight - you won't get your awning out, and you might not be able to back in. This was a little disappointing considering you're on 85 acres. It's a fisherman's paradise. Docks, boat trailer parking, cleaning stations, bait, you name it. They had an ice cream social going on, and a movie in the big barn. I can't say enough for the great staff! The cable was out - they were working on it when we were there. It's obvious the new owners are doing A LOT to improve this park. I would be interested in seeing it next year! Quiet location, nice people, lots to do, VERY family friendly. We only stayed one night, but it was a great place. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice looking sites when not flooded due to no drainage and a small narrow drive way. Owners are nice but they shut off the internet (at 10pm every night) and block what web sites you can go to (EBAY and others). The shower is extremely small and they say 50 amp service but it is not (took 4 times longer to heat things in the microwave than other campgrounds). They only get 19 fuzzy channels (cable), over all not worth the PA price of $18.00 per night! Stay some where else if possible. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Coyote Rock RV Park is a rustic fishing camp located on the Siletz River. The owner and staff were very friendly. The roads and pads are gravel. About one third of the sites are on the river. The remaining sites are either open or shaded by mature trees. The entrance to the park is very steep. If you like to fish, this could be your park. Twenty pound fish were regularly caught in the Siletz. It’s a Passport America park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Really cute resort: on the waterfront of the river. Has a boat launching ramp, dock, boat rentals, bait/tackle, fish cleaning hut/station. Very friendly and helpful owners and fellow campers. Grounds has volleyball, tetherball, horseshoes and of course fishing. There are also 5 adorable treehouses for rent. Only stayed one night, but would love to stay longer. Pet Friendly. Highly recommended. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park. We chose a riverfront site, which backed right up to the Siletz River. The employees here are very nice. Only one washer and dryer and the spaces are a little tight. They do a great job of helping people back in, so don`t be put off by it. Electric is low at times. We would definitely camp here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects "Passport America" one-half price per night. We have stayed in this RV Park the last three times we have been here and always enjoy it. The owner/manager are very nice people and always try to accommodate you in any way they can. The Siletz River is right by the park plus they have a dock you can fish from. It is close enough to Lincoln City and yet still in the country so you get the country feel. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The front office staff was very helpful and personable. We got a site across the road (#24) from the riverfront sites which I think was a better deal. Our site was nearly 2 sites big compared to the others which looked awful close to me. The entrance to the park was quite steeply down hill with a sharp turn to the right, almost too sharp for my toad on a dolly. The park Wi-Fi was very slow and iffy, I did much better with my Verizon hot spot. The are many nice shade trees and the utilities worked well. The view on the river was lovely and being a ways out of town made it very quiet. Our rate was Passport America. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have come to this campground for over 20 years, back when the salmon fishing was actually good on the Siletz River. Unfortunately the Chinook runs have diminished and it's rare for fishermen to catch a beautiful fish most days. All salmon are hatchery fish, so you can keep what you catch. The park has boat moorage which allows fishermen to take off early in the morning or come back late at dusk. There is crabbing in the Siletz bay; however ,negotiating the shallow bay waters can be significantly risky. The park sits back from the ocean a few miles which provides shelter from the strong coastal winds. There are many returning campers who are loyal to the park and may be rather cliquish for new campers wanting to enjoy the area. This park sits on a beautiful spot on the river and provides lots of activity for boating, fishing and relaxing. The owners live on the property and are wonderful hard working folks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our $13 rate was our Passport America Rate which they accepted without any problems in August. The campsite is very nice, the "Riverfront" sites are really nice and spacious and at a very reasonable price of $31. However we did not stay on the riverside, but our spot was spacious. The campsite is ideally situated about a mile off of the main road between Newport and Lincoln City. The campsite is quiet, and the people in the office are very friendly. Although we are on a river, I have yet to see a bug which is a welcoming break. The free WiFi is OK, it's fine to check emails and do some basic surfing, but it does drop on a regular basis. There is only ONE shower for the gents, and the water is slightly warmer than cold. If you like fishing and boating, then this is definitely a campsite for you. All in all I would definitely stay here myself again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This has the best park owners we've ever encountered over 5 years of being on the road full-time. We wanted to stay longer so they let us move 3 different times. Our discounted rate was through Passport America. Saturday they have homemade sweet rolls if you get there by 9:00 a.m. River runs alongside the park and you can sit out by the river behind or in front of your rig if you're in a river site. Very family friendly. We would most definitely recommend this park and would go back again because the owners are so accommodating. I would have rated this park a 10 if it hadn't been for the dusty roads. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of our families favorite local RV Parks. Very genuine, helpful staff. The location is so serene and peaceful! We would highly recommend it to all. We go there often and will continue to do so! Don't forget the fishing rod! It is a place where you can forget about life's stress and the hustle and bustle and appreciate what God has made for us. If you like the city entertainment and crowd it is located close enough to Lincoln City you can enjoy the best of both worlds. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed one night along the river on a Monday. The campground was almost full, but not busy at all. It was quiet, clean with a nice setting of water and hillside. We like getting away from the main highway (101), though we heard a bit of traffic noise from the adjacent road. The Wi-Fi quit at night for some reason I didn't investigate. Fishing, fishing, fishing, that's the key here. We'd stay here again on Passport America when it's not busy like this. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a lovely campground on the Siletz River. We had a view of the river and of the docks provided by the campground. This park is fabulous for those who fish (we don't). This is a great destination campground for those that like to fish. It has boat docks and boat rentals. The river sites have great views. The interior sites leave a lot to be desired. The sites are close together in some areas and backing ingress can be difficult. The manager was nice and was helpful. The Cable TV kept losing the satellite and was very annoying and only had CNN and CNN HN cable news channels. Fox Cable News was not available. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent. The signal was good and the server would connect to the Internet, but would not connect to specific WEB sites about 50% of the time. The laundry facility consisted of 1 washer and 1 dryer located behind the office. We went to Lincoln City (6 miles) to do our laundry. The Passport America 50% off rate is good Sun-Thur. Do to the poor Cable TV, Wi-Fi and inadequate laundry facilities we wouldn't stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here over the long July 4th weekend (when we couldn't get into the State Parks.) Sites are narrow and just barely long enough for our 37' MH. The park was full and crowded with lots of big families, kids, pets., etc. but just what you'd expect on a big weekend. The owners/managers were very hands on and were constantly cruising through the park. We had a space on the river and the view was great. Don't miss the Kernville restaurant just west of the park on Siletz Road. Great food, service and view. We would stay here again but hopefully in the off season when it's quiet and Passport America rates are accepted. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pretty setting on river, and would like to give a higher rating but the bathroom was too cold & spartan, trash overflowing and showers dirty. Cable tv okay, didn't use wifi. Owner nice but didn't inform of cheaper interior sites and then he closed the office for a day which meant no laundry access. Not worth full price but PA rate for overnight is alright. Looks good for family in the summer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were here before the season started and it was not crowded at all as I am sure it would be during the season. Honored the Passport America half price rate. This park is right on a salmon fishing river. Our coach was 15 feet from the river. Very beautiful and serene.Seems to be well run. Entrance is a little steep. Fishing dock and rental boats right on site. All in all a well run, good place to camp. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 3 nights... nice owners. We got there late on Friday.. and we buzzed them up - paid for the spot and he helped direct us into our parking spot @ 10:30PM. Park is a little too crowded - spots close together, but still ok. We came for the crabbing - but had a horrible return.. and the rented boats took forever to come up the two miles of river when working against the flow. Lots of things for the family.. they had a field with volleyball net, basket ball hoop, they had horseshoes, and some other things... tent sites where some of the family stayed were actually in a wooded area with small trails linking them. Only other part that we did not care for was it being close to the road... and some folks (which I can understand) like to go to bed too early. :-) Otherwise.. great place and would go again. They had a dock and fishing could be had - mainly for the kids though.. my daughters first time fishing and she caught 6 (un-eatable) bullhead fish - little 3-5 inchers... on her cheap pole. My wife commented that it seemed like they like to charge for every single thing or service they had to offer - but at the same time - they did not always keep the best of track. :-) Good place otherwise! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Absolutely gorgeous river. Our RV faced the water with privacy for view. Fishing dock, boats, cleaning area. Very friendly owners-best we've ever had. They provide firewood ($5) for campfires. Wildlife viewing. We highly recommend. Small store. Convenient drive to coastal cities. WiFi and cable worked well. Only negative-hookups are on the right side of the sites forcing newer coaches to face away from the river. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Escorted us into our site and assisted w/parking. Responsive to heads-up on maintenance issues. The park is a mixture of permanents and travelers; the emphasis is on serving anglers (fishermen). There are two small docks where fishing boats tie up; an overflow trailer storage area; and a boat launch. Unfortunately, they do not seem to enforce their dogs-off-leash policy, and dog waste was found here and there. Water pressure at our site was low (25psi). I can see where this may have been quite a nice park at one time, but as with all parks built in the 60's this one shows some signs of its age. Driveways and sites are gravel. There is little grass other than a couple of day-use park areas. Our rig is a 42' coach and honestly, we got in and out, but the steep driveway in and out of the park did give us pause. And, some trees need to be trimmed in order to access the sites. We made it in and out, but just barely. They are making the effort here, and we'd recommend it to most, but probably not a rig any larger than ours. Close to Lincoln City, Newport, and beaches. Beautiful area nearby with wetlands and views. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is just across the street from the lake, although we had no view of the lake itself. Very clean and well-maintained campground. We self-registered and pulled into to a nice level site (they all look to be so) with easy utility access, including cable TV. Easy to access with our 31' motorhome and tow vehicle attached. Restrooms & Showers are good and clean. The sides are on the side of a hill. They are not a level as one would wish but a board under the down hill side tire made leveling okay. The site is asphalt with the park roads the same Site - level, ground surface & hardness, size, site access & park roads. The internet we tried was slow. It is a quiet park. The park is well appointed and maintained. We met friends that wanted to show us the coast. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great little park. Only negative is lack of space between sites. With slides out, only about 6 feet between units. Very clean & free showers/washrooms. Office clerk and groundskeeper were extremely helpful & courteous during our stay. Will return again some day. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very clean and spotless campground. As stated by other reviewer, sites are narrow and all are blacktop. No tables or shade. Restrooms and showers are spotless. Staff is friendly, and shopping is close. Right off SR101 so egress is easy. A great stopping place for the night or to use as a base for area exploration. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is nice and clean, BUT most of the sites are very narrow. No room for a picnic table as there is only 3 to 4 ft available beyond my slide out. Similarly no campfire ring at most sites. Again the park is clean and well run but I have no desire to sit outside on the very narrow pull through which is something we normally enjoy doing. Otherwise the CG is nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An okay place, but only if you can level your coach. Sites are terraced, seriously sloped. We chose a cheaper back-in, which was wrecked with ruts, potholes, and cracks. 30amp plug-in was strangely upside down. It was too late to move. Great cable TV lineup, bathrooms spacious tho outdated. No shade at all, but fairly quiet setting. Will try state park next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice, clean park with paved drives, although ours was not exactly level. Our biggest criticism of the park was this "unlevelness," but with the help of some leveling blocks and our hydraulic levelers, we were able to get level without much effort. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were here in the very beginning of the "season," and the park was nowhere near full. There are some residents, but all RVs were in good condition and all sites neatly kept. The location, while not spectacular in terms of views, is pretty and very convenient (thanks to our towed car) to "downtown" Lincoln City, the beach and Chinook Winds Casino, for those who are so inclined (we are not). We enjoyed our two night stay and would have extended, if we hadn't had other obligations. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It was a very clean and neat park. Restrooms and laundry room were very clean and conveniently located in the middle of the park. There were four RVs in our travel group and they checked us in quickly and put us all next to each other. The spots were pretty close together with no room for fire pits. However, there was a nice group area with two large fire pits at the end of each row. One very small closed in dog walk by laundry room and another away from the park in woods where the dogs could be off leash. The Wi-Fi signal was strong when it was working. It was very intermittent while we were there. We would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

RV park is located at the north end of Lincoln City. Has easy access from Rt. 18 from Salem, OR. Located on an incline, the sites are terraced, about 75' long, plenty long enough for our truck, fifth wheel and car. Paved sites are separated by grassy areas and gravel. They are a bit close, but OK. However, the interior lanes are a little narrow and turning into our site was tight! Has good electricity, water pressure 52 PSI, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of open sky for TV satellite dish. Close driving distance to the beach and stores. Very friendly staff. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground is up on a hillside, so you'll need blocks/jacks to level out. Quiet, a little traffic noise can be heard, but not excessive. Good wi-fi signal. Good overnighter campground, but wouldn't want to stay for more. I have 2 smaller boys, and there's not much for them to do. There's a rec room, but it's just for clubs to rent, not for kids. An easy to find, nicely located park just off Highway 101 on the North side of Lincoln City. All paved roads and sites, terraced on a hill overlooking the lake. While our site was a long end of row pull-through (60') with lots of room, it was not level and required a good deal of raising/blocking on one side. Great cable TV, and the free Wi-Fi generally worked well. Good Verizon cell and air card service. No permanent residents that we could see, only host sites and travelers. Nicely landscaped, clean, and quiet and dark at night. Hookups were all very good; it's nice to be in an area where the water quality is very good. We'll stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is pretty close to perfection as RV parks go. Our spot was very adequate for a quick overnight, pull-through place. The park is close to Devil's Lake so there were lots of folks here fishing. We did not have a reservation and got the last spot available (a Saturday night). The park is very easy in, easy out and is pretty new with a lot of thought being given to the layout. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

We stayed the month of August and rate reflects the monthly rate. The park was quiet and well maintained although the sites are close together. Interior roads and site parking is paved. The Wi-Fi was fast, reliable and free. The west side of park is along a grove of trees that effectively block the wind and noise off the ocean and highway. Essential shopping is very close as is the local Indian casino. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground was not our first choice but the place we stayed on the sand had a large group over the weekend and we had to make other arrangements. That said, this campground was clean, with nice sites, terraced a bit so the neighbors were not much bother. All the amenities were great. We stayed at this park for 2 nights, only because there were no other parks available while waiting for our reservations we had at another rv park. Our site was in between permanent residents which we do not like at all. When we arrived, my husband mentioned to the lady in the office that we would prefer another site, but she had no intention on changing the site, it seemed. The sites are close. The permanent Rvs which were in very poor condition were the most negative for us. The price we paid was too high for this RV Park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

It is a very clean and neat campground. It is extremely well maintained. The sites are all paved and are very long for any size RV and tow vehicle. It is easy to get in and out. There are beautiful surroundings of forests and hills but no trees in the park. There is great Wi-fi access. Beautiful Devil's Lake is across the street but there is no access from the park. There is a small city park with dock and ramp right up the street. It is close to casino and plenty of restaurants. The utilities are top notch. I would give this park a higher rating except for the closeness of the sites. It would have made for a lot more pleasant stay if they had just added a few feet between rigs. Our neighbor's awning almost touches our coach. There is not much room for sitting outside of your coach. The end sites are very roomy with fire pits but good luck getting one of those. We stayed here for a week and would stay here again but not for such a long time. This is an excellent park for short stays or over night although some of the back-ins are roomier. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access for big rigs with lots of pull-throughs. All sites are paved. Friendly staff and we would stay here again. The con to this park is that the spaces are so close together. This is a good 1 or 2 night spot, but IMO not a place to stay for any length of time because of the size of the lots. NOTE: My Garmin GPS wanted to direct me through some back streets to the park from Hwy-101. For better access: If north bound on Hwy-101, turn right on W. Devils Lake RD and the park is located 500 yards down the road on the right hand side. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park overall. It is a Good Sam Park and they keep it very clean. You are right across the street from Devils Lake. Our site actually had a view of the lake. Even though you are close to 101 the forest between the park and the road kept the noise buffered very well. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Have always stayed in this park when visiting the oregon coast and Lincoln City area. Very nice, clean with park all pull thrus. The only downside is the sites are close together with only a few feet separate the spaces. Laundry room has good facilities, but park does get somewhat crowded on weekends. Park has new owners as of June 07. Sites are way too close together. Not one shrub or tree separating any site. Not a single tree in the park. Most sites not level. All sites had dead grass between them, but new owners appear to be removing some grass and replacing with river rock. WiFi is pay thru a provider with credit card used online when connecting. Lots of permanent trailers around perimeter of park, some with noisy kids and dogs. Park is not on lake and no lake view! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is a nice alternative to the nearby state park campground. Views of the lake are
somewhat limited but the park itself is well groomed and neat. There are a few seasonal / long term residents but the park does not have the trailer park feel that many do when long term residents are present. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and were genuinely interested in finding us a site that best met our needs. A good park for overnighting or longer stays. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here 4 times. Close to shopping and Chinook Winds Casino. All within 1/2 mile. Hospital 1 mile east of RV Park. Very friendly managers. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. We love this place. If we wish to boondock we stay at the Casino RV Parking area and they allow you to stay overnight if you are self contained. Only 3 miles north of Factory Outlet mall. I recommend it to all. We camped here in a camper.

We stayed for 3 nights in this park and it was a pleasure. Nice, tiled restrooms - and they were clean! The sites are paved but somewhat narrow. With a slide out you have to watch the power pedestal and the pavement. Off the pavement on one side and you are not going to be level. The hookups worked fine and Virgin mobile worked to our satisfaction too. Some sites are too short for bigger RV's. We had to search a bit for a spot for our 35' 5th-wheel, however no problem for getting in and out. Short walk to lake and info center and even into downtown and the waterfront. We will definitely stay here again next time we are around. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great value. Great location. Short walk to lake (and boat dock). Short walk to information center. Paved sites. Showers were hot and nice. FCFS - can only book for one night at a time. Reservations are accepted. Most sites were level and large enough for slides. Full hook ups - $23. Recycling available. Big rigs will find it tight and only a few sites will be suitable. The tow vehicle would not likely fit into the site with a big rig. Our car would not fit (we have a 34 ft Class A). We could not back into some of the large enough sites because of trees and a narrow access road. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Devils Lake is tucked along Highway 101 in the middle of Lincoln City. In November it is a wet campground, with A loop nearly always closed by now - but if you can get a spot, and they are hard to come by, do visit. Part of the world class Oregon Park system, Devil's Lake is no exception. The park features a lakefront dock, a connecting boardwalk through nearby wetlands connecting to a rustic kayak and small boat launch. Walk a bit further to oft visited D River state park at the Pacific ocean. Our stay was puctuated by high winds, making the ocean a spectacular show. The park provided cable and full hook-ups were very welcome due to the heavy rains - and the sheltered nature of this park becomes very apparent when the ocean winds reach gale force. This is a great park from a people standpoint this time of year, as most are shopping or enjoying a show at the nearby tribal facility. Tehy only come in at night, and are quiet after dark. For small children the smaller loops, lake and ocean walking access, and the interesting plants all make for a memorable and non-commercial time. We come back to this park again and again, and make new memories every time. The restrooms are older, and the showers are limited to B-loop - so you will be treking if you need that facility. Everything is Oregon State Parks clean and quiet, with enthusiastic Rangers and volunteer hosts. You can't beat an Oregon State Park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Think this campground is worth going to only if it has not been raining for a bit to give it time to dry out. Sites not very level. This is one of our favorite parks and I'm surprised it was not listed earlier. It is virtually downtown Lincoln City but a rural-campground feeling. The winter rate was only $18 which included cable TV. We were here during a winter storm but felt well protected from the wind in this little cove by Devil's lake. Many of the sites were floods with 2-4" of water but we easily found one that wasn't and knew it would not get worse since it had been raining hard before our arrival. Unfortunately for the state park system but fortunate for us, very few other campers were parked here. We checked the other RV parks in Lincoln City but preferred this park for its privacy, grass, trail to the lake, quiet, dark (no flood lights through the skylight at night), price and feeling of safety during the storm. I can highly recommend...could not give the park a "10" because it lacked WIFI and did not have a pool or laundry. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very peaceful, lots of green lawn (formerly a 5-hole golf course). Must be an Elk's member to stay. Had a nice Labor Day weekend breakfast put on by the lodge. We decided to start our trip a day early and this was the closest RV site available to where our reservations were at. It was extremely crowed and for the cost per a night I would expect more. If you need a place to stop at than this place makes sense, there is very small store on site and LPG refills are available. There is also a playground on site for the kids. Very nice shady area about four miles from downtown and beach. Decent size lots that lean a bit on the smallish size. Great store with good prices on gifts. Large playground with lots of toys for the kids. Devils lake is around the corner. Old laundry machines that are too busy. Good, friendly and comfortable stay for the money! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a fairly clean park. It's quiet at night, but about 6:30 AM I started hearing noise from several small engines, perhaps chainsaws. Sites are concrete, narrow, not level, in good condition, with no shade. Sites are partly separated by narrow strips of grass. Back-ins require backing on the right. Some back-ins have plenty of space in front, but others are tight. Sewer connections are slightly below ground level, centered in concrete bowls, with 4 inch diameter fittings. At least with my RhinoFLEX hose, the raised rim of the bowls makes it impossible to get a secure fit. Roads are asphalt, wide, in very good condition. Staff is friendly. WiFi works well. Water pressure is high. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I now know how the Walt Disney character "Goofy" spends his retirement time...he designs RV parks! This place had all the potential one could imagine when it was a vacant lot. After "Goofy" did his work the result is slanting spaces, sewer hook ups that will not accept standard screw-ins because of the concave design, spaces so tight one really gets to know your neighbors, Internet that would not connect in spite of two visits from office staff, curbing designed to test your shock absorbers, a traffic jam due to no check-in parking, and no place to buy a sewer hose extender due to "Goofy's" placement of the drain. On the bright side, the $2.00 breakfast at the Casino (not designed by "Goofy") was quite good. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Not a destination park, but OK to park and visit the area. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The park is mostly paved, the sites small, but otherwise mostly well kept. The shuttle to the casino was prompt. If we did not want hook ups we would consider parking in the casino parking lot which had a nice view of the ocean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very friendly staff, nice level paved sites, nice showers/restrooms. Back-in sites are a little tight, but pull-throughs are larger. Close to great shopping, and Chinook Winds casino when free shuttle. Wi-Fi is hit and miss, mostly couldn't get more then 3 bars. Not a family RV park, but if your wanting a clean nice, safe place for the night, I would say this is your place. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

For big rigs, the park is a disaster. The roads are narrow, the sites are very narrow, and it's almost impossible to level your coach. However, it is very popular and it is convenient to the casino and stores but be prepared for noisy and obnoxious neighbors. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had stayed here 2 years ago and had no problem getting a pull-through site during the week without a reservation. This year they were full on a Monday as we traveled south along the coast. A week later we were able to get the "so called last available" site. It was a back-in and very unlevel. As we were trying to set up, the guy from the office came over and said he made a mistake and the last available site was XX, not the one he gave us. Fortunately that site was more level, so it worked out for the best. It seems that more RVers are using this park for extended stays on the coast. The park has adequate facilities (FHU, cable, and Wi-Fi) but as others have noted, the sites do have some problems with leveling and sewer placement. The convenient, in town location may be the reason it is now difficult to get a site here without a reservation in the summer. As I mentioned in my review 2 years ago, the park has no recreational facilities (pool, playground, clubhouse,etc.). It has nothing for kids, or adults who want something to do in the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We agree. Sites way to small for current RV's with slides. And sites not any where near level. And yes, sewer is way to far back for most motorhomes. We will dump at next park. Not worth the trouble to back up to dump. Price is okay and people in office very pleasant. Understand it is under new management and some of the problems with electrical and water leaking at faucet are being take care of, but nothing anyone can do about the size of the sites.. This is a poorly engineered park with concrete slabs that are level but very close together. My biggest complaint other than the very limited space for the TV was the location of the sewer which were at the futherest back point of the site. In my case I would've needed 25'+ of hose to get close! The sites are not the same with some shorter and some longer but always with the sewer in the rear. Slabs were not level either. The casino has a wondeful breakfast and friday night buffet. Good size non-smoking area also. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We were very disappointed in this park. It was very unlevel even though they do have cement pads. The sites were very tight and your table was on the opposite side of your RV. They were very nice about refunding our unused days because we were not pleased with the park. They do have shuttle service to the nearby casino and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small, newer park with modern full hookups, good cable, and WIFI. The only other thing in the park is a small building containing the tiny office, a laundry, and the restrooms. There is nothing else in the park. The sites are level pads and spacious, but there are no recreational facilities for anyone, kids or adults. Casino is a bit of a walk, but there are shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The center of north Lincoln City is about 2 miles. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has easy access off hwy 101. The park appears to be recently built. The beach is down hill approx 1/2 mile. This is a perfect park to stay a night or two. New park so little shade. Very nice and clean. Roomy spaces with concrete pads and grass with tables. Dog friendly. Chinook Winds Casino 2 blocks away. Shuttle bus to Casino every 15 min. Only complaint was noise from heat pump or something. Our space was right above the office complex. Cable TV was not great, but they were supposed to be working on it. I have stayed at this park a number of times. I have noticed an improvement in the landscaping: especially the grass between the pads. And there is now a young enthusiastic couple managing the park. Be sure to make a reservation: the park is often booked solid many nights especially the weekends. Great location. Great sunsets. Note: Tents are allowed if they are overflow for the camper. There are no separate tent sites. There is an indoor spa, but no swimming pool. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is well managed and maintained. You can walk to the ocean through the Inn at Spanish Head's tunnel, if you can't cross the very busy highway 101. The pull through spaces in the lower section especially for a 40' motor home with slides, are very small with hardly any room to extend an awning or even sit outside on a patio without feeling cramped. The lower level is very noisy from cars and especially large trucks going either up highway 101 or down, and has no views of the ocean. Next time we will request a back in space in the upper portion of the park, which should be a bit quieter. Lincoln City is unique in that it really doesn't have a main center of town, just a variety tourist stores along highway 101. This RV Park which is in the southernmost part of the city is not really in walking distance to any shopping or restaurants, although Moe's is close by and a great place for family meals, you'll have to drive. Overall, it is a good place to stay considering there aren’t many of this quality in and around Lincoln City in walking distance to the beach. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The RV spaces are very close together...hard to back into! The streets are narrow so maneuvering can be difficult. Wifi is great, fire pit was fun, and the flowers are nice. Our motorhome is 38!ft with three slides. The space was so small and narrow that there was no room in front of the RV for our vehicle. There was barely enough room for the truck and a picnic table on the side of the motor home. Will look else where when visiting this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground, but not super kid-friendly. The indoor pool was well kept, but we were watched like hawks to be sure we didn't leave our kids alone. The sites were small but well groomed and paved. The showers were new and clean. The office and store had great information about the Lincoln City area and Oregon Coast. The location was great because it was just across the street from the beach access. However, you had to go through a hotel to get to the beach. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park. Our average rate was based on a spring special. We camped here in a motorhome in a premium site up on the upper level. The lower level is a bit noisier due to proximity to Hwy 101. The grounds are immaculate with flowers at every site. Some back in sites are a bit shorter, so be sure to ask for an appropriate site for your length coach. We really enjoyed the evening get-together at the fire pit. Nice view of the ocean from there. The hot tub and restrooms were very clean. The managers are very friendly and will give recommendations to local restaurants and day trips. We would definitely would come back here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed the time we spent at this resort. The managers are welcoming, hospitable, helpful and friendly. The park offers views of the ocean and is within walking distance of the beach, located on Hwy 101 in Lincoln City. The clubhouse is outstanding, all facilities (hot tub, game room, party room, restrooms, showers, and laundry) are immaculate. In our 3+ years of full timing, this is one of the best maintained parks we’ve found. Our paved level site was long enough for our 35 ft fifth wheel and truck, and had plenty of grass and a picnic table. All roads and sites are paved and well groomed, with grass between each site, and gravel around the hookups. As Wi-Fi is important to us, we feel the performance could be improved. We look forward to our next stay here. Our rate was a monthly rate. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The hosts are awesome. When I called for information, they asked what we were interested in seeing. She then told me that she would make some phone calls and would call me back. She called me back with the hours and prices and also recommended The Spanish Heads restaurant for Thanksgiving buffet which was absolutely delicious. The indoor spa was so relaxing. The ocean absolutely gorgeous and walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park right along Hwy 101 in Lincoln City. All sites/roads are paved with grass in between. They have a nice hot tub and immaculate facilities. A bit of road noise, not too bad on the top level. Kind of tight on upper level where we were. Our 42 foot motorhome barely fit. Overall, a nice park and we'd stay here again. We recently stayed three nights at this park and loved it. Very convenient to the town, restaurants and shopping. The park was exceptionally well kept and clean. We had a long back in space (73) that was wide enough to accommodate our slides and still access the coach steps while walking on the pad. There was a small patio with table at the rear of the site. The park is very dog friendly which is nice because we have two small dogs. The cable TV worked fine. There is a community gas fire pit with benches where you can sit and look out over the ocean. We really liked that there were no campfires allowed. We would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Maneuvering into these sites can be a challenge for big rigs. The assigned sites are long enough, but some tight turns and vehicles that "hang over" into the driveway can make maneuvering difficult. I have stayed at the park a few times before. Can't beat the location. An easy walk through the tunnel and down the elevator in the Inn at Spanish Head and I was on the beach. Seems to be some management changes going on. Management has gotten the message about the poor cable TV service. I saw a worker installing a new system. 40 plus channels and decent quality. This park is right across Hwy 101 from the beach and there's easy access by public stairs. Great beach, great park. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Lots of activities going on! Firepits are on every night and guests gather with their beverage of choice for Happy Hour. A few sites have ocean views. We parked up on the top level and it was quiet and peaceful. The new manager is trying hard. This is a very nice park with some site having ocean views. The electric and water are fine. Most sites are a little narrow and a little short but are manageable. The streets are paved and sites concrete. The Wi-Fi is slow and they are upgrading the cable TV. With a little more training of the staff, this park will be getting close to its potential. We were pleased with this park. First of all, the staff was GREAT. The site was a back-in, paved with nice landscaping. The big complaint here was the size of most of the sites. Too short for a big rig and way too close together. We had no room for our car and our car is really tiny. We were told when calling for a reservation that there were no sites available that were longer. After we got here and stayed a week, we noticed other sites that were either longer or had a wider front to park the car. They stayed mostly empty so don't know why that happened. Cannot give it a 10 because of the sites and no security. Otherwise, it is one of the nicer parks along 101 in that area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If I was in a different site, I could easily rate this much higher. What I DIDN'T like about it was that the site is too narrow for a big rig and too close to my neighbors. To park my toad, I have to almost be touching the MH on a perpendicular. Water pressure is very low, but usable. There ARE a few sites that will accommodate a big rig, but I wasn't able to get any of them, although I tried before arriving. It seems that the sites will accommodate a large 5ver better than a large MH. WiFi is free and fast and all hookups are in the right place, easy to access. There are two dog runs available, both in good shape. Staff is professional and helpful. I can see the ocean (barely) from the window of my MH, although I'm not parked at a site where the view is much better. The location of the Park is good as it can easily be used as a base for sightseeing along the coast. The local police are constantly giving out speeding tickets on Hwy 101 (25/35 mph) so you need to be careful when out and about. There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from plus a casino. There is a Safeway and several smaller chain groceries, Bank of America, Papa Murphey's and Wal-Mart 22 miles away in Newport, not to mention numerous junque (tourists traps) stores. I really like this place but I wish I had a slightly bigger site for my 40' MH. There are a couple of sites that would allow me to rate this as high as 9 in that case. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Appearance is very well addressed and the management was really nice. Although, they didn't seem to know too much about the area when asked questions. Sites were a little shorter than would have liked (36'-5th wheel) but they were very nice about parking vehicle in the next spot over and kept us spaced apart for that. Wi-Fi, cable TV all worked good. They do have a nice Spa and laundry room area. Park is close and handy to things in the town and other nearby towns. Probably the most negative thing I can say, is the water pressure seemed to have low pressure. Other than that I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Nice grass for walking dogs. The rate is based on a weekly rate. This is a nice park with concrete pads and some grass between sites. There is a picnic table at each site. I do not agree with an earlier poster that this is a great big rig site. There are very few sites, if any, that would hold anything over 40 feet. We are 39 feet and also have a problem with width due to their decorative trees and our slides. We cannot open one hatch due to the power pedestal. The slide out on the other side infringes on the parking area so we cannot park our toad on our site. They need to remove or severely trim the trees to give you both the width and length to handle a 40 foot rig. I was also very surprised to see an employee at 11:30 am riding around in their golf cart with an open beer in his hand! Otherwise, it is a nice park and the location is great. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I agree with the other reviewers about the park being very clean and the staff friendly. The park is on top of a hill (which is out of the Tsunami Hazard Zone) and some distant views of the ocean are available from some sites. My only reason for not giving this park a 10 is the "free internet" service. It is provided by the same provider as many of the parks that I have stayed at, but this park has some bad twists. It limits you to a certain amount of data and after that shuts you down to dial up speed. Worse than that it just chops you off whenever it chooses to make you to agree to their terms and conditions. This usually happens at least once per day. My wife cried when she had been working on an internet greeting card for her mom and was almost done and CHOP. Lost it all so that they could get us to agree to their terms and conditions for the 20th time. Otherwise, great park in a great area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Across the street from the beach, but it's a 8 story climb (stairs) to get down/up. Can hear the ocean from your coach at night. Utilities worked OK, FHU/30amp. Cable TV limited, didn't use wifi. If you are heading north on 101 this is a NICE PARK for Big Rigs, the rate is good and the staff very helpful, they even took us to our spot and helped with hook ups. The park is showing some signs of use but its set up well with EZ hook ups. The cable is very basic but Wi-Fi is fair not good enough to stream Netflicks. We would stay here again. Easy access off highway, big-rig friendly and navigable, clean and nicely landscaped park. Staff friendly and helpful, and we were guided to our spot. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for repairs the night we stayed here, but free Wi-Fi is offered, as well as a free continental breakfast and newspaper each morning. The campground is located on the opposite side of highway from beach. We noted there is a pedestrian/car tunnel under the highway that gets you to the beach side, but when we saw that the beach appears to be a good 300 meters lower in elevation than the road, we didn't have time to find out how to actually gain access to the beach (I presume there is a hefty set of stairs somewhere along the road!) We stayed overnight in one of the 45-foot pull-through spots in the second row up from the highway where there was a fair bit of traffic noise from the road. Although there is a nice fenced dog area for smaller dogs, it is really not big enough for exercising our big dogs. We needed better beach access for exercising them in a safe environment off the highway, so we just stayed one night. If we didn't have the dogs and were looking for a nice central location to explore this area from, we would not hesitate to stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV Park was one that we really enjoyed. It is situated atop a hill off Highway 101, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are a few sites along the upper level that has an Ocean view, and wonderful sunsets. The Park has 2 levels and some really nice deep sites for Big RV's. They offer some excellent Wi-Fi that was really nice and fast. Everyone of the Staff was really friendly and helpful. The Park has a Fantastic Club House with a small gift shop, a large common area for large groups and a Big TV. The Public Restrooms/Showers were spotlessly clean and had very large showers. The weekend we stayed there the Park offered a FREE BBQ for everyone who was staying in the Park. The weather cooperated so we went to the BBQ. We met some really nice people from all over the USA and Canada. That was really fun and very nice of the Park to do that Free of charge. For those who not been to Lincoln City, OR, this a great part of the beautiful Oregon Coast, that offers so many things to see and do, I could almost write a book. What I can say is this, go to Lincoln City, stay at this excellent RV Park, and go explore the beauty and bounty of the Oregon Coast. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If you HAVE to go to Lincoln City this is a good, centrally located park. We went at a busy time and ended up with one of the shortest sites for a big rig on the upper level. However, their "short" sites are more than ample to back in and squeeze the toad in next to you. I would recommend the upper level as opposed to the lower level if you hope for a view and less traffic noise from the Hwy. The staff was very friendly and guided is into our site. We liked the cleanliness of the park, the site was well laid out with the usual full hookups that functioned as they should, and privacy was not a big issue for us, although an additional hedge on the other side of the sites would help as they are pretty close together. There are no individual firepits here but there was a communal gas fired firepit, complete with seating around and a view of the ocean just steps from our site. It was fairly windy and grey when we were here so not much incentive to make use of this firepit. We didn't participate in the free continental breakfast but sure liked having the newspaper delivered each morning. This park, overall, is very pleasant, if it has a drawback at all, it's that it's on the opposite side of the Hwy to the beach so be prepared to cross a very busy road or else drive to a different access point. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great RV park right on 101. Many people who had stayed here before said they couldn't remember it being so windy. It was really windy, to the point you couldn't do anything outside. The laundry was great with a TV to watch as you did your wash. Nice continental breakfast and free newspaper during the week. Wonderful indoor spa (great since it was too cold outside). Very friendly people working here. I did have some trouble with Wi-Fi kicking me off Internet Explorer.Will definitely come back again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Our site was too short for both the 38 foot RV and the Jeep so we parked the Jeep in the overflow parking which was near our site. Couldn't pull back any further because the water hydrant would interfere with the doors on the slide. Overall, not a bad park. The beach is easy to get to by walking through a tunnel out of the hotel parking lot next door then take the elevator down to beach level and walk down a few steps. This park is obviously very well run and maintained, and is probably the best RV facility in the area. The personnel are all friendly and helpful, and all the public facilities are clean and functional. Our site, which was located on the upper level of the park: was good sized and easy to back into, with the help of one of the park personnel. It's not far from the beach horizontally, but vertically is another matter: long steep stairways! The morning munchies were a nice touch, and we appreciated the newspaper delivery in the morning. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Some sites are just wide enough for slides - ours was very wide compared to others and had a large grassy yard (Site 4). Rate is net of Good Sam discount and taxes. As others have said, staff is very friendly and helpful, location is good to the attractions of Lincoln City. We stayed in one of the 7 pull-through sites, which have a view of the ocean. It was long enough for our 38' motorhome with just enough space to park the car sideways in front. Because the front of the site sloped downhill, it took a lot to level the coach. Also, the sewer hookup was at the very back of the site, requiring an extension on our hose. If we should stay here again, we would get a back in site. They appeared to be more level and most have space to park a car alongside. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Clean and very friendly park. The access to the Oregon coastline is wonderful. The park has two levels with back-in’s and pull-thru’s on the lower level and all back-ins on the upper level. Sites 65 thru 68 on the upper level look
out West with a view of the ocean. The staff is very helpful and friendly and so are the folks staying at the park. There is a continental breakfast each morning, newspapers are delivered to your site (except Sunday) and they have great WIFI reception. The park and area are very pet friendly. Sites are concrete, ours had room for our 35’ 5ver but a little tweaking was required to get level side to side. Very nice area with lots to do when the weather cooperates. We would stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very clean and very friendly park. It is only a few hundred yards from the beach. The access to the Oregon coastline is wonderful. There is a tunnel under the 101 highway so you don't have to cross traffic. The sites are concrete. They are a bit narrow. The rigs of today are exceeding the campgrounds ability to adjust. There is room for big rigs and the slide outs but it leaves very little room in between. I could not get my awning out in my site because of an electric pole. I could not get my truck on my site so they gave me a nearby site to park it on. The Staff are all extremely helpful and would do most anything to make your stay with them the best possible. There is a continental breakfast each morning. News papers are delivered to your site each morning. WIFI is great anywhere in the park. I do not have an animal but the facilities for animals look to be very good. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was a nice park. But now the new owners have improved it even more. Yesterday and today electricians were installing new power poles and all the sites are now 50 amps. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered in an RV park. We are on the upper level and the water pressure is fine. Unfortunately the sites are a little tight. Not much room for any outdoor living. We would gladly return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have been to this park several times and now that it is under new ownership we have noticed that they have really spruced it up. We were in the upper loop and noticed that the water pressure was pretty bad. The parking spots are all concrete and many have a parking spot for the car right beside the RV spot. The problem is that the RVs have gotten longer and wider with slides so that many people cannot get their car parked at the site. They will let you park your car or pickup against the bluff in sites that are not used as much but that doesn't work if they get full. In spite of this we will go back. It has a great location and getting to the beach is not all that bad except for crossing Hwy 101. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If the sites were a little bigger, and if the pet run was finished (they were still building it when we were there) I would have given the place a 10. The staff was "stupid friendly", I mean that in a good way. The place was clean everywhere we looked. Nice concrete parking pads, although they were a bit small. We were able to fit a 36 ft 3-slide 5th wheel in ok. Not a dog excrement to be found. Walking to the beach is a bit of a project, you have to take your life in your hands to run across 101, then down a side street, then down a nosebleed stairway. We found it simpler to just drive. Note to owner, combine a couple of those little back to back spaces in the upper section, to make a couple of large pull-thrus. Then charge more, they'll be full every night. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were at Oceanview 2 years ago and it is not being maintained as well now as it was then. Most of the grass and shrubs are dead and there are lots of weeds. The spruce trees need to be trimmed or removed. At a lot of the sites, the slides and awnings will be right up against the trees. Sites are overpriced for what you get. On the plus side, showers, restrooms and laundry are clean. Streets and sites are paved and big rig friendly. We also were told that the park was for sale. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground itself is nice. There are level paved terraced sites, and some of them really do have a view of the ocean. Management must have changed since the previous posts, where the people said the staff were nice. The problem with this park is with the staff. When we were checking in, one of the first things mentioned was the fact that they don't give refunds. We were then inundated with a list of rules that if we didn't follow "we'll be at each others' throats and remember, we don't give refunds." The office and laundry room are only open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, and like a previous poster mentioned, laundry cannot be started after 3:30 pm. What's with that? They used to have a hot tub/spa, but it is out of order right now, which isn't really a problem because even when it was open you could only use it from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm! I can't say as the staff were exactly rude, but they sure weren't welcoming and we certainly did not get the warm fuzzies, which is too bad because the campground itself is nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place was a nightmare! First of all, why is it called "Oceanview", when you cannot see anything except the weeds growing all over their property? Next, the office lady was so rude that she threatened to take our bikes away, if we didn't obey their rules. (we were checking in and hadn't even had a chance to get them out of the truck). While we were checking in, another man came in and said," the guy weedeating cut his sewer hose". Don't go here. Oh, and you can't start a load of laundry past 3:30 pm, which means if you need to do laundry, forget the vacation plans. Horrible place. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is a Passport America park, which is how we found it. It is several miles off Hwy 101 and sits on a pretty river. The turn into the campground was tight. We were unable to find any personnel, although I went to a trailer and a building both marked "office", and while at first the place looked okay, while I looked for a host, I realized there was no sign of any short term stays. Every unit there looked long term and the empty grassy sites did not look as if they had been used recently. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
