Pretty spot and all spots are shady. There is a great mini golf course right across the street from lake, just yards away. Bathrooms and showers very clean and nice. Store well equipped with food, ice, bait, etc. Store closes at 6 pm weekdays later on weekends. Great small lake for kayaking, fishing, swimming, very warm in early July. We we are from Northern CA use to 110 degrees. Close to the small town of Selma. Close to Oregon caves. Easy access for any level driver with any level RV. Gorgeous location. State Park around all of the lake with trails, playgrounds, horse camps, and other camp sites. Picked this spot out with a pin stuck in the map, and we will come back here over and over. Loved all of it. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
