Our trip here was almost a disaster, thanks to the online reservation system. We reserved electric site #86, that was supposed to easily accommodate our 30 foot trailer, and when we arrived it was clear that it would barely fit a pop up. Actually the pop up that eventually took that site was having trouble leveling because of the slope. The woman at the contact station was very nice, and not at all surprised by our issue, and said this has happened before. Being Labor Day weekend, she could only offer us a site with no electric, which we took. The park itself is a typical PA State Park with some nice trails and a little lake. The sites are close together in the electric area, but big and much nicer in the dry camping area. If we ever return we'll camp in the dry camping area and be prepared by bringing a generator. If you don't mind being in the pet loops, those sites are much more big rig friendly, although close together. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park itself is very nice. There is a great hiking trail that goes all the way around the lake. The park store seemed adequate. The only issue I had was that one of the restrooms smelled worse than the worst vault toilet I've ever found. Some of the sites weren't very level, but we can leave those for the tent campers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice State Park, walking path around lake. Quiet setting. Easy access from RT 81. We camped here in a Motorhome.
