We almost didn't come here based on the previous bad reviews, but there are few choices in this area this time of year (after Columbus Day, when many parks close for the season). We found the office staff friendly and helpful. The roads coming into the park aren't the best, but we've driven on worse. Yes, the highway is close and noisy, but that's what earplugs are for. The rate is a little high for what you get, but we've also paid more for less! The 50A FHU level pull-thru was just what we needed for the night to be on our way tomorrow. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while traveling through. Not much to say other than there isn’t a lot of other parks to choose from. The park has easy access to & from Interstate 84. The park is located at the end of street which parallels the Interstate. The park is along a river. Checking in was interesting as no one was in the office. There was a sign directing incoming RV guests to go into the restaurant. The staff there looked around for the RV park staff but couldn’t find one. So the restaurant staff registered us and used the restaurant’s credit card machine to accept payment. The interior roads were gravel. The sites were a mixture of grass or gravel. The roads were narrow and the sites were not well defined. One RV blocked the road by not completely pulling into the site. The sites were generally level. Not much privacy between the sites. They have some full hook ups – water, electricity (50 AMP), & sewer connections. The connections are about in the middle of the sites. They also have what looked like electric and water only sites. Believe those were 30 AMP sites. A portion of the park is open to the sky as there are no trees so satellite reception was good. There seem to be a lot of long term residents in the area of the park covered with a tree canopy. This area wasn’t very inviting. No designated pet area but there was sufficient area to walk the dogs along the roads and near the river. There were no bag dispensers around the park to pick up waste. For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter. We didn’t use the restrooms/showers/laundry room. Didn’t look in because the building looked scary. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My first real bad rating but we needed a place to stop on a long trip just for the night. The place is not where I would ever go if I needed to stay longer. The only goodness was, the field that we got our electric and water only site was well away from everyone else. Real dump of a place but for the night it was conveniently off the highway and everything worked. No local TV channels but we were fine for the night. If i had no other options and had to stop in the area again I would but only because I had to. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
