State Park is beautiful. CG is more like a parking lot. There are shade trees between sites but little to no privacy from site to site. Site #2 is the nicest site by far. If you go,don't forget a canopy because you will be in the sun some or most of the day. As I said the park is really nice with a clean beach and nice lake. There are some really nice trails for hiking too. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
