This is a spectacular campground and obviously a 'family destination' park. It was easy to find/access. Interior roads were a little challenging but we were able to park in a standard pull-through site, with toad attached, with no problem. Good power and water; utilities: including sewer, were very well situated. Nightly rate reflects RPI membership. The issue was language. I would have rated the park an 8 if it's employees had been able/willing to speak English. The park had Wi-fi problems (understandable as it was hit by a terrific wind/rain storm after we were parked but before we got set up). There was no language problem during check-in but when I phoned, some hours following the storm to ask about the Wi-Fi, the woman I spoke with apologized to me in perfect English for the fact that I could not speak French; she then promptly hung up. Bottom line: if a park does not want English speaking customers, their ads should inform travellers of that fact. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is an RPI park thus the low price. It is a very nice park in southern Quebec. There are quite a few seasonal sites and almost all the license plates are from Quebec. The office staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be with their broken English. WiFi is free and the signal is strong. We found nothing wrong with the park at all. We were told it is one of the best parks in all of Quebec. The countryside is beautiful. We camped here in a Motorhome.
