Park is in great condition. Nicely maintained and landscaped. And very quiet after camping next to the highway at the previous stop. However, it's way too expensive for what you get. Listed price includes paying for wifi which we needed because the cell phones were too expensive to use. I got a verbal report that the park has been sold and will be turned into condos in two years. Don't know if it's true. No big loss. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice place. Showers are free, contrary to what I had read elsewhere. Huge pool. Many activities. Price was with the Good Sam discount and plus 1 child. You can take the bus into Montreal right outside the entrance. It's not cheap; $2.25 per person each way to the subway, $2.75 per person each way for the subway, no discounts for kids and passes for city transportation don't include these buses. Wi-fi works at the office, where there's also a free internet computer. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Overall the park is impressive with excellent landscaping and amenities. However, the site we were assigned was in the rear of the park with minimal landscaping facing an open storage lot containing trailers, cars, boats, fifth wheels, and other RVs. It apparent that this park caters to seasonal residents which is obvious from the sites assigned. While astheically pleasant, it is not a particularly friendly place. It is very convenient to the bus system and Metro for trips into Montreal. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed at this park to be close to Montreal, and were very pleasantly surprised. The park is beautiful and is the most nicely landscaped park we have ever visited. A large number of the sites are seasonal, but are not what you would expect to see in a seasonal park...this place is very classy. Seasonals here are full timers that winter in the south and summer in the north. The park is a great choice if visiting Montreal as it is near the train station...and also on the bus line to the train station. Very nice free form pool, herb garden for spicing up your dinner and extremely clean facilities. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
