The park is very well maintained. They have constructed new stairs to the beach and the staff was very helpful. We arrived in the pouring rain and the woman on duty still walked to the site and helped direct me backing in. The Wi-Fi works great. We would have stayed here longer but did not know that you can not bring dogs into the nearby Parc National de la Gaspesie which limited what we could do in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Two things make this CG a little hard for me to rate - most everything was in French so I'm sure I didn't know of all the services they had, and we were there during a bad storm, so conditions were certainly not optimal for recreation! The owners/staff mostly just speak French, but were friendly and, I think, enjoyed practicing their English with us! The CG wasn't fancy but was laid out in a way that was easy for us to get into our spot. It has great ocean-front views and access (with nice new stairs they built). The "3 service" hook-ups (water, sewer, and 50amp) were great, looked newly done. If I remember correctly, they don't take credit cards -so bring enough Canadian cash. Also, the CG is a little hard to find, since they are not on the main road through town, but rather on the closest parallel road to the ocean. But if you look on their website, they show a good little map layout. And they have a great German Shepard that I fell in love with! I wish it had been better weather for us for our stay here (I had wanted to go explore the Chic-Choc mountains, but with the storm, we couldn't even SEE them!), but I'm glad we at least had a good place (although exposed because of the oceanfront location) to wait it out. We camped here in a Motorhome.
