To start, this CG is mostly permanent residents. Not necessarily seasonal, but year round. I was in between two. I don't know where the other transient sites are. Mine had everything, but only 20A. Didn't know that till I was backed in. Roads are pretty narrow but paved. Back in required pulling onto lawn of trailer across street. All that said, it was shady, nice and the showers were clean (returnable fee for key). There was Saturday night entertainment. A nice touch. Lots for the kids - playground, sand, a variety of pools, baseball diamond and also all the old timer games. I would have rated it higher, but for the transportation to the city. If you have a toad, no problem, just go to the metro and you will have it made. If not (like me) it's a cab ride (about $25 + tip round trip), then take a bus to the metro (both have single ride or multi-day options) to anywhere in Montreal. Considering that there aren't too many options, I would stay here again We camped here in a Motorhome.
