The rate reflects winter season rates. No water, no service center. Electricity and firewood. We had two lovely fall days there. Good cell phone signal. We camped here in a Motorhome.
There are several campgrounds within Echo Lake Provincial. Park. We stayed in a tenting area up on the top of the valley. The views were incredible! Challenging hiking paths, be prepared for very steep hills. Saskatoon bushes were heavy with fruit all around the campground. The sites do have some shade but are more open. Good for cool breezes, but not so good if you want seclusion. The beach has lawn areas, playground, volleyball, and good sand. Water is a little green, but toughen up and make like a pioneer and make the best of it! A very enjoyable campground, and the town of Fort Qu'Appelle is a short drive away, for supplies, and some interesting shopping and restaurants serving this cottage community. We camped here in a Motorhome.
