Park Personnel were very nice and helpful. The security group was active and made the park feel extra safe. The park is alive with animals including alligators. They were not a problem but are visible around the park. The only problem we had was locating Short Stay. The entrance sign on route 52 heading North toward Mouck's corner was not labeled Short Stay Naval Recreation Park. Its a great park to stay in and we will be returning. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. Fishing boat rentals available. Park was very clean and secure. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I would give a higher rating if there were sewer hook ups. Beautiful, clean campground. Run by the Navy. Open only to authorized DOD people. Short drive outside Moncks Corner. Good store, good security. GAP accepted. Great fishing in Lake Moultrie. New bath house. We camped here in a Motorhome.
