This park overlooks the freeway, and we found the road noise at night to be a bit of a problem. A dirt road takes you to the park. The sites were level grass/gravel. The cable TV worked just fine. Because there are so many parks in the Black hills area, we might try another one next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Passport rate, includes tax and utility. Nice people run park. Very open, no shade. Road to get to place very dusty. Saw a golden eagle and jack rabbit. Would stay again. WiFi worked great, very fast. Clean showers and restrooms. Offers phone for local or calling card. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park outside the bustle of Rapid City, but close to the all of the Black Hills attractions. Our RV site is gravel but most are grass. Limited 50-amp sites - definitely call ahead if you require 50-amp. Friendly management. Entrance road is a one mile gravel road - but fairly well maintained. Close to I-90 - sits on a hill overlooking the interstate with limited noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.
