The road coming into camp has a bit to be desired. It is a "1 lane ONLY" gravel road for 4.5 miles. Do NOT want to meet another rig on this road! A bit disappointed at this horse camp. The restrooms were out of tp and the garbage was piled high in them. The office area was nice and clean with room to sit and visit. Wi-Fi available in the main office and also phone available as no cell service in this remote area. The owner leads the riders out for a daily ride at 9:30 am. We had 20+ riders in our group. The so-called trails were more like deer paths, and the horses were often walking over and through thick trees without being able to "see" where you are stepping. Not the type of trail riding I prefer as I'd rather ride out in our own group where we know what types of horses we are riding with, which is just much safer. And getting poked and stabbed by trees for myself and my horse is not what I prefer. Didn't see any wild life as the group was too big. We camped here in a Motorhome.
