Overall, this is a pretty nice campground. All of the sites are very long and wide. The interior roads and sites are on packed gravel. The electrical box containing 20/30/50 amp outlets are located within the appropriate location. Electric voltage was good, hovering around 121. Water and a dump station were available at the entrance to the campground. Each site had a fire ring and a picnic table. There was a bathroom with one shower per gender. The bathroom and shower were usable but needed some cleaning. Verizon air card and cell phone worked well here. There was neither Wi-Fi nor cable within the park. There was a camp host on duty. Considering that the campground was full, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We would come back to this campground if we were in the area. We camped here with a 32 foot rig. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Nice shady campground on the Missouri River. Good hiking/bike trail. Too many trees for satellite reception. Good local TV reception to Sioux City. Verizon cell/data works fine. Dump station available. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We camped here overnight. The sign says the first three nights are free and $5 for any days after that. I am sure donations would be appreciated. It is a good stop, as there were groceries and laundry nearby and a playground in the park. They are grass sites and it had been raining, so our site had large, muddy puddles to maneuver around, but we were grateful to have the site. It was a nice town and a great place to stop when passing through. We camped here in a Motorhome.
