Worst RV park we have ever, ever been too! We have been full-timing for two years and this is the worst park ever. If you don’t plan on staying at this park for a year or more, the owners treat you like garbage. Bathrooms were disgusting, sites are unlevel, Wi-Fi did not work. Plus, watch out for the crazy cat lady. She and her partner think they own the park. Does not leash her animals and thinks it cute when they run under your rig (it almost seems like her cats don’t like her either). We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We have stayed at this park several times. Not sure where the other party that gave a bad review stayed, but must he or she must be mixed up. Staff excellent, pet friendly, restrooms and showers spotless. We have fulltimed for almost five years and this park is hard to beat. Everyone was friendly and by the way, the laundry was just fine. Great golfing next door and the park has a driving range to warm up on. The owners are good people who will try their best to make your stay the best. Next time you are near Exit 36 on I-81 in Tennessee stop in. Great place for a night or longer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice, small campground that is easily accessed. The roads and sites are gravel and level. Each site has a picnic table. Somewhat close to the next site, but ok. We visited the Andrew Johnson Presidential museum in Greenville, which is about 12 miles from the campground. The campground staff is very friendly and there is a driving range on the premises. We camped here in a Motorhome.
By-pass this campground. There are plenty of better RV parks within 30 miles. Made reservation months in advance. When we arrived, no reservation. Some how they lost it. Site was not level. Laundry room washers were dirty. Washers and dryers were covered in pet hair. Dog droppings on our site. If you could name something bad, it was here. Had power problems. The wifi was poor, gave up trying after a few hours. Owners and staff were very dismissive and unhelpful. Will NEVER stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Great overnight park. May be a destination park in summer but not in winter. Nice family run. Bathroom were clean and warm. Will stay here again on return trip. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This park is very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed using the driving range while staying there. We were in a motorhome pulling a bass boat and had no difficulty navigating. We look forward to staying again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a great camp ground and owners will go out of there way to help. Will return, great TV, Wi-Fi, cell reception, easy on and off, and a truck stop for fuel. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Stayed one night and park was everything that was advertised. Especially enjoyed the level pull through that allowed us to stay hitched for the night. WiFi worked great. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Nice clean park with friendly staff. We had a nice long wide spot. There were some trees but they weren't too big. Our Dish worked fine. We had good cell service . We had difficulty connecting to the internet. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We were driving after dark..and the owners were very helpful directing us from 81..easy access..and they showed us to our site...very clean and you can tell that this is an owner operated park...will definitely stay here again... We camped here in a Motorhome.
Easy access off I-81. Clean, neat park. Owners very friendly and helpful. Pull-thur and back-ins. Driving range on site. Did not notice that some sites were seasonal. Trees are small - more shade would be nice. Excellent WiFi. Close to town and restaurants. Used as a base to visit Andrew Johnson sites in Greenville. Park was quite full even in October - would recommend reservation. Large grassy area to run dog. Off highway so no noise. Site was level. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Pros: Easy access. Quiet area. Cable and WiFi worked good. Golf driving range provided a place for the dogs to run after hours. Clean laundry. Cons: Very little shade. Half the park is seasonal. Overall the park was nice. However, in the heat of August shade trees would have been nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Stopped here on the way North and again on the way South. Nice quiet park, full hookups. Very friendly staff and the owners are actively involved in running the park, and live on-site. If I was going to be in the area for an extended stay, we would stay here! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This lovely campground is convenient to the Interstate and features a wealth of amenities, well-organized into a relatively compact but seemingly spacious area. The facility is extremely well maintained, and the restrooms are immaculate. The highlight, however, is the husband/wife team of owner-operators, who obviously see this as a labor of love. Patricia will absolutely make your day when she greets you. We stayed a single night near the start of a six-week trip and look forward to visiting again on our way home. This one's a keeper! We camped here in a Motorhome.
We spent a week in this quiet, very well maintained park. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We would certainly stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The lack of trees is the only negative... Great staff, everything is as the site says and more... We stayed 3 nights and loved it... what a good place to chill.... We camped here in a Motorhome.
We found the park to be immaculately maintained. The staff/owners were very friendly and the park was quiet. Only spent one night there while heading home, but would recommend this park for even a longer stay. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We used this campground as a stopover. The staff was great, and the facilities were clean. We camped here with small children and would camp here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Great WIFI, Golf Driving Range on site, Quarter mile away from 18 hole golf course. Super-Walmart 15 miles away. Three Truck Stops at Interstate exit. Stayed for a month. Will stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
On-site owners are wonderful and extremely accommodating. sites are long with a nice width and most importantly level. rest rooms/bath house is immaculate and one of the cleanest i have ever seen. campground is convenient to highway and well marked for directions. very quiet and peaceful. will stay here everytime we are in the area! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We rolled in late at night and needed help with our directions. The owner talked us thru it and even waited outside for us to arrive. They were very friendly and helpful. The sites are nice and it was very quite. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This family owned and operated campground is very convenient to I-81. The bath house was sparkling clean, and the sloping country landscape was beautifully manicured. Extra picnic tables and BBQ grills were scattered through out the grounds giving it a very cosy atmosphere. There was no additional charge for WiFi internet service or drive through sites. A driving range on the premises beckoned me. We wished we could have stayed several days. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Excellent, clean, neat and tidy campground. We stopped here for the night and found easy access from interstate 81. The sites are pull throughs and level. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. There were 3 small stocked ponds for fishing. The one hidden up on the hill was particularly pretty with the purple flowers on the trees in bloom. There is also a driving range with a small natural turf teeing area. The 50 amp electric was good. Free WIFI was much appreciated. Also good cable with many stations was also free. Bathroom facility was modern and absolutely spotless. The park was very quiet. Overall a very pleasant facility and one at which we would have stayed longer if travel plans permitted. We will definitely tell our traveling friends about this nice park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very clean campground with grass area at each site. Easy on and off from the highway. Park management very friendly and accommodating. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First off, the name of the park is now changed to "Baileyton R.V. Park". It is no longer "Baileyton Camp Inn". (Owner requested I include this information.) It is located off Interstate 81, exit 36. Park is 1 1/2 miles from 81. Phone (423)234-4992 for inquiries. There is a golf driving range on site. Very clean showers and rest rooms and laundry. Has a dumping station and propane fill up station. Owners are very cooperative and friendly. This is a very quiet location. At this time there are quite a few full timers in the park. Good cell phone reception. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent four months at this cam pground and couldn't have been happier anywhere else! The owners are wonderful people who make you feel like family and do the best job taking care of our needs. The bathrooms are absolutely spotless. The grounds are kept well-manicured at all times. They even weed-eated our campsite regularly, without inconveniencing us. Their location is great! The campground has excellent access to Interstate 81 and is convenient to shopping and tourist attractions. We enjoyed the rural setting, with the views of the mountains, as well as the ponds where we could fish or just go to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Baileyton Camp Inn is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in and we would definitely stay there again! We feel we made some good friends in Patricia and Dick, the owners. I just can't say enough good about this campground and it's owners! Everyone out there in RV land should consider this campground when they are visiting east Tennesse, North Carolina, Virginia, or Kentucky because you can be in any of these locations in less than an hour! It's the perfect place to stay! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is easy access from the Interstate. Overall, this is a nice park. At first glance it looks like a nice, neat, quiet park. However, I wasn't pleased with the tall grass on the site which was higher than my ankles in places; or noisy motor cycles which the park allows. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent stopover...even for a couple of nights if you have a golfer in the rig. Lovely country setting with long pullthroughs and spotless facilities. They're talking about adding Wi-Fi soon, also. Lots of roaming space for the kids. Walking trails. Golf course next door. Rolling hills all around. Nice folks. This is a definite "come back to" another time (and season...we were in snow.) We camped here in a Motorhome.
