This was a nice relaxing park which we enjoyed thoroughly. Fire rings and a fire every night reminded us why we are campers. However, one must choose his site carefully if you are in a big rig. Good skills in backing is required to back into most sites. Dump station is a very tight turn also and the drain is on the opposite side of the camper, not a problem just a small hassle to run hose under rig. Proximity to Nashville was great. Nice area of town also, felt very safe there. Each site is rather unique as some are square, circular or triangular, again, backing into requires patience and knowledge.....We would stay here again if in the area...... We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is fabulous - you are within seven miles of Nashville, but you'd never know it. So quiet. Lots of nice, shady spaces - there isn't a bad site in the place. Lots of room to walk your dog. Staff is friendly. The folks that keep the place clean are truly to be commended - the restrooms were spotless and they came around every few days and raked the spaces and blew the leaves off the pads. Just wonderful - I hesitate to rave about it because I'm afraid there won't be room for us next time we want to go back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was just as other's have said, a really great find. There is a swimming beach, next to the playground. There are some sites that share a common driveway in case you're camping with friends and family. It's close enough to downtown but far enough to be "in the woods". There area few geocaches in the park to do also. There are a few laundry machines, though we didn't use them. The sites are all spacious and nestled in among the trees. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful campground for nature lovers, as the sites are all large, well-spaced, and the trees give lots of privacy. Can't beat the price of $20 including tax. Our site had 50 amp and water, a cement pad and a round cement table with seats. Some sites are on the lake. There isn't a bad site in the place! We stayed here while visiting Nashville (a short drive away), and were very glad we did. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park has 60 sites on a 1 mile loop; all sites were full for this weekend - May 17. Many of the sites are narrow and tree lined. Most are back-in and there are only a couple of pull-thru sites. There is a beach and playground for children and a good boat dock area. All sites have nice tables and campfire rings (no firewood available for purchase at the park). The sites are very private and we enjoyed being "buried" in the woods. The nightly rate reflects a Golden Age pass discount of 50%. You can reserve this campground at recreation.gov online. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Seven Points Campground COE, 1810 STEWARTS FERRY PIKE, Hermitage TN 37076. Information: (615)889-1975. All but one of the 60 sites are reservable in this busy park; not good for those without reservations. Large, level sites are well separated. Great showers, cleanest bath houses we have ever seen. Water and 50 amp electric at all sites. Boat launch, swimming area, laundry facilities, public telephones, cramped dump station. We will go there again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

My first trip to Nashville and I had the luck to pick the most beautiful and spacious campground I have ever stayed in. Huge sites, meticulously landscaped, sculpted stone tables and seats. The Army Corp of Engineers know how to do it right. Situated on a gorgeous lake, it was hard to believe I was twenty minutes from downtown Nashville. Only $20.00 a night for my pop up. If it wasn't 800 miles from my home I would be here every week. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Not sure what to add to what others have said. Rate reflects Golden Age passport discount of 50%. There is plenty of room between sites. The loop is about 1 mile and makes for a nice walk. Although there is a slope at many of the sites, at the end they are all level. Site #11 looked especially nice right on the lake. Family in that site had made their reservation 6 months before when reservation window opened. Campground hosts are friendly and knowledgeable and come back year after year. This campground is open 4/1 through 10/31, and reservations would be needed any weekend in that period. We stopped by during the week in mid-April, and all of the best sites on the lake were already taken. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of if not the best park we've camped in. Our site was lakeside and it was perfect. From I-40 there are two exits that get you to this park. Do not use Exit #226 as this is a narrow winding road with a lot of low hanging tree branches. Use the directions from the park website instead which is a much better route. The park hosts told us this is the #1 COE park in TN so, if possible, reserve sites in advance. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A truly delightful campground right on a large Corps of Engineer lake. The campground hosts were delightful, knowledgeable and great people. We spent a week. This is definitely on our radar for more visits in the future. It is a twenty minute ride into Nashville and a ten minute ride to shopping. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice campground. Roads & sites are paved with asphalt. Sites are very long so RV size is no problem and a lot of room between site. Only a few pull through sites which would not hold a large RV. Most of the sites are back-in and entering from the road is a sharp turn. We stayed in site 40 which is not on the lake shore but is really a nice site. TV reception is reasonable. There is a dump station at the entrance. Shower, laundry and dumpster near the entrance. Restrooms on one side of the campground circle. There should be another restroom and showers for the 60 sites. There are a couple of parking areas and a boat ramp. I would have given this a better rating if the there were another restroom and shower. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Price with Golden Age Passport. Narrow paved roads. Laundry needed cleaning as did the bathrooms. Gravel pads, large and shaded. We would return. Convenient to the Grand Ole Opry. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park barely meets "big rig friendly" criteria. With a single lane road and ditches on either side in places, it can be a challenge to get in your spot. Backing down 110 feet can be also. Beautiful park and lake. Only one shower house and one bathroom. Unless you're close by, be prepared to walk far or drive. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Truly one of the nicest campgrounds that we've stayed at anywhere. Huge wooded sites right on the lake with paved roads, swimming beach & all for a great price. We would have given it an 11 if there would have been sewer hook ups! Very nice proximity to Nashville's activities. Lots of baby ducks visited our site while we were there. This is truly a beautiful park. The sites are some of the largest I have ever seen, and the waterfront sites are spectacular! All sites are paved and have water/30/50 amp electric with a stone picnic table and fire ring with cooking surface. The lakefront sites are really on all-sports J. Percy Priest lake. You can anchor your boat or personal watercraft right on your campsite. There is a small swimming beach and boat ramp onsite. The beach and entire recreation area are reserved for registered campers, which is a nice contrast to the Cook Day Use area, another Corp of Engineers recreation area about 10 minutes away, which is packed with day-trippers on weekends. However, you do receive free access to the Corp of Engineers day use areas with your camping pass. The only minus here were the bathrooms. Contrary to other reviews, we found them very messy and in need of attention. However, the sheer beauty and spaciousness of the campground merits a high rating. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is a Corp of Engineers park on a Corp lake in the edge of Nashville and a pleasurable palce to stay. Although we were only there as a 1 night transit I was impressed with the facilities. Clean and well kept as are most Corp facilities. Prices reasonable and the hosts were friendly and courtious. I recommend staying at this park for either 1 night or a extended time. Only draw back is it seems to have a Skunk population that likes to come out at night so watch carefully. Sewer facilities are a dump station at the entrance. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever visited. The sites are huge, with lots of room between sites, and the waterfront sites are especially nice. The campground is well laid out, there's a nice swimming area. It's also very convenient to Nashville. I recommend it highly, and will be back! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If in Nashville,this is the only campground I recommend. Close to the city and on Percy Priest Lake. Fires permitted. Most sites are private and not close to each other. There are 2 bath houses. Only open until Halloween though. Opens in April. Sites are paved with gravel areas. Some concrete also. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park. As usual in a KOA staff was very friendly and helpful. They had rented out the music barn while we were there and apologized in advance for the probable noise. They informed us that they were increasing their security to prevent any trouble. There were no problems. Park is very close to Grand Ole Opry, shopping and lots of other things. They even have a concierge, who was helpful. Pull thru was level, with a decent separation from neighbors. We are a big rig and had no trouble. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here in 06, and the campground has gone downhill and we won't here again. Unkept sites with branches and unlevel-patched blacktop. Hubby had three Ticks drop out of the trees above our site in a matter of hours and bite him. We feared if a good storm came along the tree abouve our site might loose some huge limbs since they were dead. We left after one day (wanted to go first day). We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our second time here. It is a great home base for exploring Nashville and the Opry. The facility was clean and quiet considering your proximity to the highway. You can never go wrong staying here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Location is great. BUT the price wasn't. There are a couple of other campgrounds right next door for less money. Other then that, the park was clean and easy to get around in. We stayed in the "deluxe" site which had a picnic table like all the other reg. sites, but we did get a fire thing which wasn't worth the money. Some of the sites had a table and chairs in the sites but not all. So either don't bother with the deluxe site, or make sure you get more then the other reg sites for your money. We have stayed at this campground many times but it keeps getting better. Just weeks ago they have added cable TV to the park. Only campground on Music Valley Drive to have cable. Many improvements are constantly being made. More big sites for rigs like ours (4 slides and 37' 5ver). Staff extremely friendly from General Manager to check in personnel. We stay at the paved sites with concrete patio and patio furniture. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stopped here for an overnight on our way home from FL. The campground was very muddy. Lots of trees made for little grass on the sites. The roads are narrow, and we barely fit in our pull through site. Many of the pull through sites would require disconnecting your towed vehicle. There was a nice pool and dog walk area. I think it would be a nice campground for people with pop ups or small campers. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here because Two Rivers RV Park, where we usually stay, was full. These sites were extremely tight and close, there was mud everywhere, no cable TV available, and they were at least $20 more than any of the other nearby RV parks. I guess that explains why we were able to get a spot there when the others were filled. On the plus side, they have a very nice dog walk/dog play area, and a nice playground if you bring kids. We would not stay here again though. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We camped here only overnight but would love to return. Very friendly, escorted to our site. Sites are a good size, level concrete pad with room for our toad to park also. A very nice off leash area for our dog to stretch his legs. Close to restaurants and shopping and only down the road from the Opry. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to see Nashville. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park. Navigation thru park was easy, sites were spacious and level. The big drawback was the price. Even for the close proximity to major attractions the price was a bit steep. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Alabama. We loved having a large pull-thru site. The playground for the dogs was a great advantage. 'Cock of the Walk' restaurant next door was very good and Camping World is right next door to that. We would have rated it higher except we don't see why someone would pay $20 more a night for this campground compared to Two Rivers which is just a block or two down the road, unless perhaps pull-thru sites and a playground for the dogs is worth that much to someone. Even the coffee was expensive here since my husband at first thought it was free and then after pouring 2 cups for us found out he was paying $1.49 for a small cup. This time we had a coupon for a free night at KOA so it was definitely worth it, but if we didn't have that coupon we would have stayed elsewhere. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is very convenient to the Opryland Complex and travel to downtown is easy. The sites are adequate and they have almost all pull-thru sites. Some sites come with outdoor fireplaces and patio furniture. They have two dog parks which are great to let your dogs run and play. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a huge park located very close to the Grand Ole Opry and convenient to the interstate. The sites are a little close together, but the park is easy to navigate. The people are very friendly and helpful. This is a very dog friendly park, with two fenced in dog pens complete with exercise equipment. There is free wi-fi that works OK. There is no cable TV, but the antenna reception is acceptable. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is typical of the KOA campgrounds. They are old, and not equipped to handle the modern RV's. The sites are very small, and narrow. We have a 38' motorhome, and couldn't open both slides due to the narrow site. You can tell that this park was build along time ago when no one had slides, and equipment was smaller. I thought that paying $53 a night was like highway robbery. Until they improve this park, they should be ashamed to charge that when compared to other parks who had more to offer, and level, good sized lots. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the nicest KOA's I have been in. It is pricey especially the premium patio sites which are the most expensive. The patio sites have a large pebbled cement patio with a patio table and four chairs. There is also a patio glider and free standing fireplace. The patio sites are large enough even for the big rigs with multiple slide outs. The pool was large with a pavillion next to it for shade. All of the staff was friendly and tried to make sure your stay was enjoyable. It would have been nice to have cable TV for the prices they are charging. Overall, the park is close to all the Nashville attractions and offers Grey Line Tour bookings to all of the local attactions. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pricey but located within 5 minutes of the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills and General Jackson Showboat. The pool area is very nice and large with a covered pavilion so you do not have to sit in the sun while watching the kids. My only negative is that they do not have cable. A campground in a major city should have cable at these prices. It was clean, the staff friendly and attentive. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The Nashville, Tenn KOA is the first to realise the need for fun and ease for dogs. There are 2 separately fenced in areas with agility equipment. The equipment is not regulation size but its still fun. There are benches in each gated area to let the dogs run and romp while you relax a bit. I could only hope that the other KOAs take note and also have future plans for a similar area for dogs. Many people vacation with there pets and this one of the best there is. Sites are average size and the rest rooms are clean. I would recommend the Nashville, Tenn KOA to all. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We paid $47 for one night. We were given a back-in spot which was full of weeds and generally rundown. We were told they provided wifi but it never did work. No cable TV. This facility is overpriced. If you have to stay in Nashville this should be your last choice. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Have stopped here overnight for several years enroute to and from Florida. Nice campground, next to Campers World & several nice restaurants. Did not have reservations, and came in after office was closed. The rate was much higher than in the past, and staff explained it was their "after hours rate". Seems awful high for mid winter when all amenities are unavailable. Will probably find less expensive accomodations for future overnight stays. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice but expensive, especially in the winter when none of the extras are available and everyone just stays in their RVs. Very pleasant staff; upon check in, they identified that their website had charged us for a 50 amp site that we did not need, and they promptly refunded the difference. Even the premium sites are very small. We would consider staying here again if we were spending a longer time in Nashville, but as we were only looking for a place to sleep on our drive to Florida, we will probably choose a less expensive park next year. Their premium site was so short, our 32' 5th wheel with truck (we didn't even drop trailer) stuck out into the road. Had to park extra vehicle in grass. This campground is way over-rated. The other campgrounds on this strip are the same but much cheaper. I don't mind paying for a premium site if I get a premium site. Needless to say, I won't come back to the KOA Nashville. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly and helpful staff seems to know the best restaurants to visit and sites to see on this, our first visit, not Nashville. The sites are "snug" for our large fifth wheel but roads are paved and adequate. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great campground. The staff is all very friendly and helpful and the park is very clean and nice. We stayed here over Thanksgiving and they had a nice dinner that everyone in the campground was invited to attend. The only reason this park didn't get a 10 from me is that the sites are a bit close to each other. We were near the highway and the noise from it was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped at this campground a couple of year's ago and it was okay. Our return visit was a surprise at how much improvements had been made. We requested the large pull through deluxe site which had a pebbled concrete patio and a fire place. WIFI is free to use and everyone tries to make your stay a good one. There is a tour desk for scheduling tours of Nashville thorough Grey Line tours. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with wonderful service. Had one of the new sites with furniture and fire pit. A little too much highway noise where we were, but we were at the extreme end of the park. Other sites won't be as loud. Has a spot to wash the RV which is great. First rate campground that I will visit again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are narrow, but typical for the area. Still no cable TV hookups. WIFI is available, but signal is very weak in a lot of the campground and their internet connection is intermittent. They were having sewer issues when we first arrived, but the staff worked hard to fix it. Plenty of shade and the staff is friendly, but the park is showing its age. Excellent location and quiet if you're not at the edge by the Parkway. On our next trip to Nashville, we will try one of the neighboring parks before staying at the KOA again. Only negative was I reserved a 50 amp spot and did get one only the 50 amp connection was dead. I hooked up to the 30 amp connection and it worked. They didn't seem interested in fixing the problem and they already knew about it. It was a nice park though and we thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I am not sure how KOAs (or other campgrounds for that matter) manage their reservations, but this one seemed a little weird. When I made the reservation weeks in advance I asked for a 50 amp pull through. I was told they did not have a PT available but that they had a back in site. I wrongly assumed they meant it was 50 amp, so I took it. When we got there I again asked at the desk if they had a 50 amp PT. The person checking us in said she would see, but another desk person immediately said they didn't have any PT's available, only back ins. I said that was OK, and they showed us to our site. As with most KOAs the road was narrow, and we had trouble backing in. Fortunately there were no RVs in the sites on the opposite side of the street or I don't think we could have gotten in since we had to pull forward into those spots. An inconvenient tree and light pole didn't help, but we made it. We located the sewer on the correct side of the site, but then we discovered the water and electrical hook ups were on opposite side. We have long cords and hoses so this still would have worked until we found out the site was only 30 amp. So we went back up to the office to ask for a 50 amp site. I talked to a third lady (the first two weren't there then) and explained that we thought we had reserved a 50 amp site and asked if they had one available. I'm sure the look in my face was priceless when she said, "Would you mind being in a pull through?" I suppose they could have had a cancellation in that short period of time, but it seems a bit unlikely. I did't even try to find out why we were refused a PT the first two times. This site was easier to get into but very close to the next space over on our utilities side. In fact our sewer opening was almost under their picnic table. I felt sorry about this, but it was really their problem, not ours. The rest of the stay was fine. The camp is shaded and the spaces are clean. They are making some super sites which contain patio furniture and landscaping, but I think they also had a super price. The pool looked very nice, and the bathrooms were clean. They do not have cable TV, and we never did get the WiFi to work although they said it should. We think they are overpriced, but we would probably stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second time here and spent only one night. The pool was for the season and I thought the price was a little high for what you get considering that there are several other campgrounds on the same street within a couple of blocks from each other. All the campgrounds are within a couple of miles of the Grand Ole Opry, but you will need transportation to get to downtown Nashville. The park was clean and the staff helpful. They especially advised that the restrooms and main building were reinforced as tornado shelters as we had several go through the area that night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If you are looking to stay close to the tourist areas of Nashville, TN then relative to the other two campgrounds this is the best or atleast equal too. Everything was clean and seemed updated. Our site was a pull through with W/E and we had no problem getting around with our 30+ft TT. Things are a bit tight for my personal taste, but we knew that when we decided to stay in Nashville, rather than further out. Fortunately, it wasn't very crowded due to the time of year I suspect. There's lots for the kids to do...pretty much the same as Jellystone - two pools, playground, game room, Putt Putt Golf etc. Also, the WiFi was fast & easy to use. I wish that there was more space & the prices cheaper rates, but this is what you get in town. We would stay there again anytime. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Graet park. Ddelux sites have beautiful patios and furniture w/ woodburnig fireplace. Very friendly staff. We extended our stay 3 days because it was so nice. Head and shoulders above other parks we have stayed at in georgia and tennessee. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Staff was very nice, escorts to site. A little tight getting to some sites with our 40' 5th Wheel. They offer some deluxe pull through sites on concrete which are better and longer, but they are at a preminum to get. We stayed there for almost a month. Their Wi-Fi worked fine most of the time. Nice park, friendly staff, close proximity to popular Nashville activities. Transportation available to many Nashville sites. Camping World within walking distance. Stayed 5 days and wasn't long enough. Plenty of tv stations available without cable. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice koa. Newer bathhouse was clean. Close to the opryland hotel and they offer tours at the front desk. There is a large barn on site that offers musicians a chance to play for a crowd. Nashville is a fun city lots to do. Will come again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Beware, the entire top part of the campground ( the NICEST) part has been leased to a motor home dealer and is no longer a part of the campground. Very overgrown trees prevented use of the awning, the entire area was a muddy mess and the 50 AMP sites were in the middle of a row in the center of the campground. NO CABLE even though it has been promised for 3 years! Not designed for slides. Our neighbors had a patio side slide and with their slide and ours out, they only had about 4 feet of patio space. It looks like all of the campgrounds on Music Valley drive have gone downhill badly and are shriveling up, slowly. I seriously doubt that we will go back to KOA again. We had a reservation for a prime spot and were only informed of the loss of those sites 2 weeks before our trip. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites were very small, if you have a slide out it almost extends into the next site. We had a pull thru and I had to park my truck sideways in the site which barely fit (Crew Cab Long Bed truck). Cable was not working at the time we stayed there. Walking distance to Camping World. I would recommend Cock Of The Walk next door, this restaurant has very good food at a reasonable rate. When they say the best catfish they are correct. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Had planned to visit there in July '03. Just confirmed that they, in fact, do NOT have cable-tv although they advertise that they do. The office staff said that they never got around to finishing the connections. I have stayed at this park at least 20 times since 1985. During the 80's it was the greatest park I have ever visited in the country. Now, the staff is rude and the quality is no better than any of the other low-end campgrounds. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is most definately a big rig CG. We pulled our Airstream and the backin sites were pretty small. No fires allowed but there is plenty to do here. It is close to several major attractions. We spoke to a lady who sponsors a big rig rally here and was very complimentary of the accomodations of the staff. We are more into rustic campgrounds and this had more of a trailer park feel. But, it was clean. Cable TV wasn't available but I understand it now is. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park is convenient to the Opryland area, easy to get to and within walking distance to Camping World. The pull thru sites were small and too close together. Sitting under our awning, my feet were close to the sewer connection for the site next to me. Could not fully extend awning because it would hit our neighbors slide-out. Security lights were too bright. Staff was friendly. While we were there, there was a huge thunderstorm. The park drained 1.50+" of rain away very well. Restrooms & showers were very clean, as was the pool. Our site had 30 amp service. We camped here in a camper.

Of the 3 Nashville CGs on Music Valley Drive I think this is the best. The new side is better than the old. Nice people at checkin and the CG is quiet, yet close to everything. You can walk to Camping World and several different places to eat. We camped here in a camper.
