Normandy Campground is beautiful. For those of you who haven't been there: there are 3 public showers/restrooms and lots of lake sites, the sites are 50/30/110 electric and water. There are picnic tables and BBQ stands and fire pits at each site. There is a beach area with sand and a boat dock just for the camp ground and a public use boat dock. On the negative side: some sites were a little too close together; and a few more trees would have been nice. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The first mistake we made was to come here on a holiday weekend. Noise from our neighboring campsites continued on to near midnight. Noise came from power boats on the lake early in the morning. The campground was totally full. We got the last site. Other than that - this would be a nice place to come stay. Sites are very large. Some have utilities, some don't. Some sites are on the lake. Nice swimming area. Sites were fairly clean and maintained. The good thing is you can use your Golden Access card to get camping for half price. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
