This park is a joke. Their website claims 25 sites but I saw no more than 3. The two sites I had personal experience with had the sewer connections higher than the my dump valves. The grass was at least 6 inches high, no picnic tables, no rest rooms, no showers, no nothing! While we didn't detect any smells during our four days there, it sits approx. 500 yards from a sewage treatment plant. Avoid this place like the plague! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We visited here again in June, 2nd trip, we also went last year for the weekend. This is the place to stay to ride quads, dirt-bikes, or jeeps. The trails are fantastic, it's like 70,000 acres of property with hundreds of miles of trails. We stayed at Windrock Campground for 3 days and had a fantastic time. The people there were great, Gene and Missy are the best! I'm a light sleeper, but we didn't get woke up a single time there. This place is not a KOA, but the place is very very clean, they have a great bathhouse with hot showers, and the kids loved the campfires - we had smores every night. I will definetly stay here again. Next time we're staying a week!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great back country park for people (like us) who ride dirt bikes and four-wheelers on Windrock Mountain, East Tennessee. We really like it cause we can ride straight up to the trails w/o having to load the bikes on a trailer. The people there are real nice, but even so they strictly enforce the quiet hours, and won't tolerate rowdy behavior - which we're thankful for. Nice hot showers and they allow campfires too, great after a long day of riding. This is a great place to stay with kids who ride. We camped here in a Motorhome.
