This park is a joke. Their website claims 25 sites but I saw no more than 3. The two sites I had personal experience with had the sewer connections higher than the my dump valves. The grass was at least 6 inches high, no picnic tables, no rest rooms, no showers, no nothing! While we didn't detect any smells during our four days there, it sits approx. 500 yards from a sewage treatment plant. Avoid this place like the plague! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of space between sites, good gravel roads. Great access to Windrock OHV area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed for a short week between Christmas and New Years, our 5th time on an ATV ride, once again had a great time. We'd read there was another campground nearby and thought we'd check into it, but found this one is MUCH cheaper than the others, our $30 flat rate included tax (another place nearby quoted us $48 + tax!). Plus we love the manager, she is so funny and helpful plus watches out for us and our gear. She's most of the reason we love staying there and keep going back. The bathhouse was clean as could be expected for an ATV campground (lots of muddy boots here) showers were very hot as usual, we used them a lot. It was COLD there, and lots of snow up high which made for good riding. While 4-wheeling at Windrock / Coal Creek trails we wouldn't stay anywhere else, and we will stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We visited here again in June, a 2nd trip. We also came last year for the weekend. This is the place to stay to ride quads, dirt-bikes, or jeeps. The trails are fantastic, it's like 70,000 acres of property with hundreds of miles of trails. We stayed at Windrock Campground for 3 days and had a fantastic time. The people here were great, managers are the best! I'm a light sleeper, but we didn't get awakened a single time here. This place is not a KOA, but is very, very clean. They have a great bathhouse with hot showers. The kids loved the campfires: we had smores every night. I will definitely stay here again. Next time we're staying a week!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.
