Nice older park with plenty of room between the sites. Really meant for long term as most of the ones are used as such. Nothing really wrong with the park unless you are looking for frills. There are no restrooms, showers, laundromat or pool. That is OK with us as we have all the facilities we need in our trailer. It is very quiet there and served our purpose very well. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean place to sleep, no amenities to speak of, stay in sites away from side street We camped here in a Motorhome.

A nice small quiet campground a couple of miles off of Hwy. 35 in Alvin. Very good Wi-Fi signal and good cable, friendly owners, no bathrooms, showers or laundry. If we're around Alvin again, we'll stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
