This RV park is easy on and off of I-35W but that's the best thing I can say. There's no Wi-Fi, no picnic tables, no showers/restrooms, no laundry and the sites are very tight. Most of the tenants appear to be construction workers, so you can expect lots of diesel pickup truck traffic through the park. This is the only RV park I've ever seen with a 20 mph speed limit, and still no one obeys it. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is just off I35W 5 miles north of Texas Motor Speedway. This is an overnight park. Concrete pads is a plus. It is rather close to other RVers. It was quiet and really not bad for where you are. Gas station, liquor store and a small market on within walking distance. I gave it a lower score because I watched people just let their pets "do their thing" and not pick it up and I did find "piles" in our site. Mobile homes right next to the RV park. Several "long termers" stay there and were quite friendly. You check in at the liquor store and pay there. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
