As others have stated, this is a nice, FREE, no-frills city-owned RV park which is great for an overnight stop or a bit longer. It's located on the NW corner of a large recreational park complex. Great for walking pets. It's old, a bit worn, and dirty, but fully serviceable;especially, considering it's free. The information signboard indicated a 5 day maximum stay. Donations are accepted at a drop box on the south edge of the RV park. The sites are reasonably level, but some adjustments could be needed. We had to add a couple inches on one side of our travel trailer to make it level. Each site has water and 20/30 amp electric. There was no 50 amp service at our site and I didn't check for it at the other sites. Voltage was good. We didn't use the water, so can't comment on the pressure. A sewage dump station is on site. AT&T service was weak with only Edge (read: SLOW) data. Verizon's signal is strong with fast LTE data speeds. I had trouble sleeping here due to the constant traffic noise from nearby US385. Despite that, I'd stay here again for one night when passing through. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park is "free" but we left donation in box (not easy to find.) Sites are reasonably level. Noise not a big issue. This is a great service by a small town; wish more did this so we could avoid Walmarts. Problems noted are: no restroom or shower so be self-contained. No instructions or guides on the signboard, so you have to guess on process. Over the air signal adequate. I suspect if you were here in summer, you could use the facilities, which seemed lovely--driving range, frisbee golf, etc. It was a nice gesture by the town and we appreciated it and got a good night's rest. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This "free" park worked out great for me as a 1-night stopover. Park is right off the one of the main thoroughfares, so easy to find and convenient. Site was level with water and 30 amp electric. Perhaps they have 50 amp in other sites, but I did not check. This a very nice (and generous) offering from a friendly West Texas town. Will definitely stop here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
