Since the new owner took over, the Park has added an indoor swimming pool and spa and the landscape is maintained and very clean. The men and women bathrooms with shower are very clean and so is the bathroom and shower area near the pool. Nice clean cemented patio and lawn area. Rec area with Wednesday pot luck and special activities during the holiday season. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very nice, clean golf course located across from the Park. Park has storage areas that you can rent for your golf cart. You can access the park off of Hwy 281, where there is construction going on, however, there is no noise level while in the park. You can also access the Park from County Rd 203 via FM 1418 (which is the back way) where there is no construction. I highly recommend this park year-round as you are centrally located to southern Texas points of interest, plus the weather here is consistently mild. We camped here in a Motorhome.
