This park is clean, quite and a nice place to stay. The owners do a back ground check so you know the people next door to you are okay. There is a small lake on the property to fish in. Pet Friendly. Lake Lavon is also about a mile down the road for those who are into boating and fishing. It is also a hop, skip and a jump to Dallas. I have been here twice now and will come back if husband is working in the area again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
