Bare bones park behind a RV dealership. Gravel lot with fairly level concrete pads full of permanent residents with dogs out and loose; the one that came up to me was very friendly. Reminds me of a oil field camp. No TV off the antenna ( or at least I couldn't get any). Good wi-fi saved the night and Tivo movies. It is quiet and the hookups are good. I will think twice about staying here again, though, at $28 a night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Easy access if traveling North. Harder to find from South. Excellent Wi-Fi. 2nd time to stay and will stay again. Wouldn't want to spend weeks here, but works great for an inexpensive one night stay with 50 amp electric. We camped here in a Motorhome.
When I review an RV park I don't deduct a lot of points for a lack of "amenities" if I knew before I got there that those amenities didn't exist. This park met and exceeded my expectations because the sites were level, easy to get in and out of, and big enough to handle anything. The Wi-fi worked great, as did my cell phone. There is a laundry room, but not much else. It is behind a small RV dealer, but the entrance is visible and easy to get to from the main road. There is a little road noise, but not too loud. There isn't too much grass; it's mostly gravel with cement pads for the rig. I would stay here again while passing through the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is a small park STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Has several sites that are concrete slabs with hookups (Water, sewage and electric only). Park sets behind a small RV repair and sales shop. Small unpaved dirt road that provides access to the park is through the New RV display lot next to the repair shop. Property that park sets on has serious drainage issues and floods during a heavy rain. Area around slabs outside the little bit of gravel there is stays muddy/soggy. Okay for a night stay but any longer would not be relaxing or enjoyable. Park is better suited to the contractors that come through the area. Not a family park. No amenities and not close to any attractions. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
